Love their bath bombs. My husband bought me a gift basket of bath bombs from here and they were amazing and all very unique. The smell and textures of each are very enjoyable. Just one little bath bomb can last an entire bath. A few weeks later we stopped by to check out the other products they sold. To our amaze the staff was extremely friendly. They have a huge selection of different types of bath bombs and soaps and cremes. One of my favorites is being able to try some of the bath bombs before purchasing. Their products truely are amazing and I cant wait to go back and buy more. read more

Ahhhmazinggg! I first saw these guys in Canada, and thought it was so cool that it was all natural, and smelled amazing. I was so happy when we got a store in the mall! The people that work there are so nice and can answer any questions, and will cut any soap (I like mine in smaller peices, so the blocks are only about $4) If you just ask. It all smells pretty good, and the bath bombs can be cut up into smaller peices for about 4 baths. I love the strawberry shaped massage bar- use it as lotion and it smells DIVINE.. Also love the bohemian and sexy peel soaps. Fresh and fruity. read more

Adore LUSH! I am a complete lushie and use their products at least a few times a week/everyday. I have been to a few LUSH stores, and this one was really awesome. The customer service was top notch! The only bummer is that they do not have fresh face masks in bowls ready to fill up or try, but rather in a fridge. But other than that, they are super friendly and helpful. I will be back for more purchases in the future. read more

I went in the store because it smelled great but the sales people were incredibly rude. Especially the one with short blue hair. She wouldn't know good customer service if it bit her in the rear. She and another sales associate were carrying on a really loud personal conversation the entire time I was in there. I really liked the ocean scrub that I tried before the rude sales lady yelled, yes actually yelled, at me for using my finger to scoop it out of the jar instead of a stick. After that I left and will not be going back. I just ordered some lip scrub and ocean scrub online where it's cheaper. my advise would be to skip the in-store experience, at least this location, and check out the Lush website. read more

I have been using Lush products for about 15 years now, so I often need to stop in for my "regular" items. I'll have to admit, I kind of dread going in to pick up a few things, because it's impossible to do without being bombarded with exuberant "help" from the staff. I know they have to do it or they'll lose their jobs, but ugh. Yes, they're very friendly. Yes, they're very helpful. I'm tired of being asked, "do you know how to use that?" If I'm exhausted after leaving Lush, how do they feel after an entire 8-hour shift? read more

Don't get me wrong I LOVE LUSH cosmetics. I have so many of their products, and treasure all of them. So why the 1 star rating? LUSH sales associates are very annoying and intrusive. When I walk in the store, grab a basket, and you say "re-stocking"? and I say yes, I probably l know what I want. Today I was followed, harassed, and asked like a billion questions. I just wanted 1 minute to be able to observe a few items by myself, I did not need a baby sitter. I am all for great customer service, as a matter of fact I demand it when I'm spending my money, but there is a difference between having great customer service and being intrusive. One girl followed me around and actually took an item out of my basket and said "oh let me see what you got", like she hasn't seen every product in the store already. I love Andrea, her voice is darling and shes not at all annoying, plus her customer service is genuine. I don't appreciate being pestered while I'm trying to shop by employees that seem fake and rehearsed. If I need help or have questions I'll ask you. You don't have to try and pressure me into buying anything, because 1 it wont happen, 2 I know what I like and that's what I buy, 3 it's annoying, 4 it' comes of as desperate like you're working on commission or something, and 5, LUSH products are wonderful they speak for themselves. I will always support LUSH, but I think I'll only shop with them online. read more

So I stop in here, because my home girl was telling me a few weeks ago how great they were and that I'll surely be hooked. Well, her birthday is coming up and I thought this would be a great gift. I stop in thinking this is going to be another Body Shop/Bath and Body Works place, with just a bunch of smell goods. Well, I was wrong, not only smell goods, but stuff that's natural AND good for you! I don't know if I just stumbled upon the best salesperson in many moons(a light skinned Af-Am girl) or if all the staff is as efficient as she was. She was so helpful in explaining the products and natural ingredients. She was so helpful in showing me things that would work for my skin type and problems. I ended up taking the generic way out and getting my girl a gift card, because i was overwhelmed with everything there and i wasn't sure if she had a particular scent she was partial too. I also, got a free sample of a face mask. I can't wait to go back, but i know I'll have to go with the only person that can keep my product addiction in check, my mom. Lush reminds me of that store that used to be upstairs at Arden Mall, many years ago. read more

Entered the store with intent to buy since a few friends highly recommended the herbalism and dark angels products. Upon entering store, there were 3 employees with no customers besides my self and my girlfriend. We were greeted with a simple "hi, how are you". We were in the store for about 15 mins, browsing around and asked a few questions. The staff was too busy talking to each other about their alter egos and pretty much rushed us out the door with their vague and unhelpful answers. I'm sure Lush has great products judging from online reviews but the staff at this particular store is horrendous. read more

Amazing customer service! The 3 sweet employees working on Tuesday 2/21 evening shift were so amazing and so sweet! They took their time exposing everything and was extra sweet to my baby which was heart warming. I got some goodies including bath bombs and bubbles. I love the orange bath bomb! Love this place! Employees are always so sweet and helpful. Even when they're busy/swamped, they're still very attentive and professional. They don't hover and never try to pressure you to buy anything either. They just seem truly excited about everything they sell, and very knowledgable about all their products. I am still stunned I was not familiar with Lush until just recently! I was greeted by an amazing crew of people who introduced me to my new obsession. Honor showed me around and was incredibly knowledgable about both the products and the company. Someone should send her to the home base in England already! She was able to find products based on all of my needs. And apparently I also "needed" several bath bombs because you know, stress or something. Strange experience.... beautiful store, seem like great products. But they actually talked me out of buying a mask. It was weird.... I asked the sales associate for a clay mask that hardens and she demonstrated it on my hand. I liked it, was sold. But another sales associate said it dries out skin and might not be a good pick. Since all I was looking for was a clay mask there were not too many other options, so I left. I almost still bought it but she really seemed to not want me to, so I didn't. Might go back, not sure. I appreciated her honesty, but at the same time, having some confidence in the products, well, sells the products. read more

Having been all over the US I remember going into lush the first time and being shown and told about the products they sell and given the typical prepared retail rundown.. But today for the first time "EVER" I got to feel the lush experience like literally and all with the Guidance of a lush ambassador named "Leah" here at the Roseville galleria. Now I've been to many Lush stores in several Cities & States but never have I seen or experienced such a passionate and inspiring and Amazing Lush ambassador as was "Leah" who not only told me things I didn't even know about lush but gave in better detail on how the products really are fresh and and all the awesome things Lush does as a company I seriously could go on.. she's that Talented.. but in all honesty she is truly such an awesome and very knowledgeable Lush ambassador so i hope the people at that store read this and I wish there was a way i could tell the store or even the district manager hell even the heads of Lush how at their Roseville store there is a no joke a true representation of Lush the company and her name is Leah... The best thing about this company is the ethical stance against animal testing and selection of earth friendly products. Without knowing their products, that alone brought me into the store. The second best thing: the smell of the products. I am a huge believer in aromatherapy, and the bar soaps are amazing. I buy a huge amount of bars right after Christmas (when they have their BOGO sale) and have enough soap to last all year. Karma, Sexy Peel, Ocean Salt are the best, I could take 3 showers every day with these scents. Also noteworthy are Bohemian, Dirty, Orange Jelly, Ice Blue, twilight. The Lemony Flutter cuticle cream is the best hand cream in the market. If you save 5 of their black packaging pots, you exchange them for a free jar of their fresh face masks. I love how earth friendly and conscious this place is. read more

I love this store because they are completely palm oil free, and vocal about how the palm oil industry saturates almost all consumer markets while ruining our rainforests which accelerates global warming, displacing indigenous people and slaughtering species of animals that are almost extinct. Lush is an operation that sells great products and conducts ethical business practices. Thank you for offering an alternative to palm oil products. read more

I do like this store so much. I like how much the natural products, the soaps, and the smells. But I give it a 4 star. Yhey won't give me space. I have one question about one product and as soon as I am done, they try and sell me another product. Then I try and leave the store as soon as possible, when I just want to enjoy myself without be gently hassled in the nicest way possible. read more
