Spray lasted a day or so, the waxing ROUGH AF. I originally found her through Groupon. When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.

It is very rare to find that Golden Trinity in this industry, and especially not when dealing with the more intimate services (waxing, spray tanning, etc). Not only did she fit me in to her schedule on extremely short notice, (called at 7:30am and was at my house by 9am), she also has the most realistic pricing compared to the majority of beauty services in Houston. And don't worry about hidden or additional costs with Andrea, because unlike everyone else, her pricing is flat and up front. No bait and switch pricing like everywhere else who advertise for $45 and then hit you with another $20+ for the instant bronzer--- knowing that you'll end up paying for it because without the bronzer, that would defeat the entire purpose of spray tanning... Instant results!! By the time she began applying the spray tan, I felt like I had known her forever. Which made the experience of being fully nude and exposed to someone you just met, feel more like a spa day with your bestie. Andrea takes her time with the application and is extremely tedious in making sure there are no streaks or imperfections AND spends ample time afterwards to ensure it sets perfectly! Which to me, is the single most important part of the process and something I have not found anywhere else. The color was an amazing/natural bronze tone and instantly noticeable! It completely exceeded my expectations! My only advise to you is that if you are considering using someone else other than Andrea for your beauty needs (tanning/makeup), then prepare yourself for the additional costs, less than perfect results, and the standard and annoying touch up routine for creases, streaks, patches, etc. Word had definitely gotten around about Andrea and she stays busy, so If she can't fit you in on short notice, as she was able to do for me, then JUST WAIT for her next available time! But I'm not sure if it would have made me look elsewhere if I read it before I hired them due to their high overall rating. They didn't get to our location on time so they were still doing my hair which made the wedding late by 30 minutes. The whole wedding schedule was pushed back and needed to be rushed due to this vendor. I asked for Hollywood waves. I got 90s frizz. We even told her it was too frizzy and she did a little more work (it actually looked worse before). I thought this place was good. A professional hairstylist should know how to do Hollywood waves. They also made my mom's hair look like crap. They did okay on my 3 bridesmaids. Even if they did better-than-okay on them, that would be like 50 points out of 100. I texted Tru about our disappointment. She literally said, "For your hair, we actually loved how it turned out." You either can do it or you can't. This tells me they don't know how to do Hollywood waves which makes sense since there aren't any pictures of people with the Hollywood waves look in their pictures on Yelp. It also says my opinion doesn't matter. In her text, she said, my mom "didn't have enough hair to do braids." I literally did the braids on my mom's hair before the wedding and that was without extensions and it still looked cute. So this just confirmed that she (the owner, Tru) didn't care about doing a good job as she was the one doing my mom's hair and had a look of apathy on her face in our bRiDaL sUiTe while we were getting ready. I would have thought that at least her reaction to my complaint would have shown concern or any level of standards to meet the client's expectations. This was the worst vendor that we worked with for our wedding. For some reference, our makeup artist was amazing and did an amazing job on everyone. (Moka Beaute) The picture of me in the comparison photo (right) was taken less than 2 hours after they did my hair. It looked pretty much like that immediately after they were done with it.
