After reading different reviews I decided to give this place a try. My previous supplier did not have any bundles that I liked. When I went into the establishment it was very neat, clean and super chic. Melissa greeted me and helped me beyond. She was not a salesperson at all, which is great. I bought in hair from my previous supplier and asked if I should keep it and get new hair to fill in or get new bundles from her. Any other person would have trashed my previous hair and suggest I get all new bundles. She did not, she gave me her professional opinion to wait on getting all new bundles and add to my existing. I haven't installed yet but the hair feels so soft, thick and I love the weft. They will have my future business for sure. read more

Never buying hair from anywhere else again!! They beat everyone! If you are looking for long weave hair, they have it here for sure they just don't advertise it trust me! I want 26" and it's not advertised on their website but they for sure carry it inside their stores! Best customer service hands down, not to mention the hair! I've tried hair from everywhere believe me the quality of their hair is better than anyone out there! I've tried hair from Hair Are Us, Her Imports, Bliss, Pauline's, Baby Doll, Kendra's Boutique, you name it! None of those places can touch Lustful. This is my honest review here ladies. Their hair is HONESTLY virgin Indian hair ladies. No processing at all. Other places advertise non-processed all natural virgin hair, and their hair is more processed than the meat were eating. Hair Are Us hair sheds like crazy, I used to have to buy a new bundle every time I get my hair done (6-8wks) just to keep it looking full (and yes I sealed my wefts before the install), still sheds and gets shorter and shorter. You know when you go to the weave hair store and you can find that same exact hair pattern/curl every time? Like no matter what they always have the same matching pattern hair? Yes processed. At Lustful, all the hair textures are different and have different patterns, you'll never find the same hair every time because their hair is actually virgin un-processed natural hair. Please go to their Instagram page and watch their video of how they deal the wefts onto the hair, it's natural. At Pauline's you have to hunt them down every 5 seconds just to find enough of the hair pattern that you want, it's so difficult. Lustful hair is silky and doesn't tangle AT ALL, doesn't she's AT ALL and unprocessed. Totally worth the money. And their customer service is the best I've seen like omg!!! Melissa is the best like literally. Jen is just as bomb like they are the most patient thorough professional people I've ever seen. Like when I tell you I've been broke broke but still calling and bugging them every single day asking if a shipment came in that I know I can't afford, and they've been so patient and following up with me every day! Like what! Literally both ladies would PERSONALLY text me every single day giving me updates on new hair that came in and what lengths. Not a group text, not a monthly promo text, I would get a personal text every day saying this new hair came in or the hair I want in the lengths and color I want just arrived. I've never gotten customer service like this anywhere. Even when I was a faithful customer, I would be lucky to even get a thank you from the workers behind the counter at other hair stores. The women at other hair stores were impatient and made it seem as if I was asking for too much to look at the darker bundles or all the bundles to find the curliest out of the bunch or whatever. But at lustful I did the same thing and they were so patient and let me see every single bundle and feel the quality and choose which I liked best, and they did it all with a smile.
