The installer tried to charge me for extras that should have been included in the price and then argued with me about it. I wanted to stop the install then, but decided to let it continue. Big mistake. Just a few short years later, the floor is pulling apart, has lifted in places, is warped from water and will need to be replaced. I'm sure my hardwood floor underneath is damaged as well. I am very disappointed in the whole experience.
