I would strongly caution any bride considering purchasing a wedding dress from LUV Bridal. I purchased my wedding dress in September 2025 and was told it would arrive within approximately 4-6 months. After months of hearing nothing, I began calling the store for updates in March 2026. After multiple unanswered follow-ups and missed promises to call me back, I was finally informed that although the store had entered my order with "corporate", the dress had never actually been ordered from the designer. Let that sink in: six months after taking my payment, no one had placed the order. I was only made aware of this because I repeatedly called to check on the status myself. Had I not followed up, I have no idea when--or if--I would have been told. By the time the mistake was discovered, the earliest possible delivery date was months later than originally promised, leaving me scrambling to find a replacement wedding dress and pay rush fees to ensure I had something to wear on my wedding day. Management acknowledged the error, agreed to issue a refund, and agreed to reimburse the rush fees I incurred as a direct result of their failure to place the order. I submitted the requested documentation, yet months later I am still chasing them for resolution and follow-through. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is taking a bride's order, failing to place it, failing to proactively communicate the issue, requiring the customer to discover the mistake herself, and then failing to promptly resolve the situation afterward. A wedding dress is one of the most important purchases a bride will make. Because LUV Bridal failed to place my order, I had to rush to find a replacement dress (6 months before my wedding) and lost the opportunity to share that experience with my family. With the wedding ceremony just two months away it was time to look it over to ensure it was EXACTLY what she selected so it could be shipped to her home in Lake Ozark, Missouri. If you are looking for the perfect experience look no further. After inspecting her dress and veil today Luv Bridal is getting it ready to be shipped to Kirsten. She had beautiful satin buttons added to the train and chose a veil that contains the colors she had already selected ahead of time. That was a pleasant surprise for her as she was unsure what to select. I wasn't the bride, but I am a bridesmaid so I had had an experience too! My cousin went here looking for her wedding dress and really had no idea where to start from a silhouette standpoint. The consultant was very good at figuring out what she liked and what she didn't like. My cousin had a style she really wanted, but it seemed like this particular location didn't carry that style. However, the consultant was pulling similar dresses to the style she wanted which I loved. However, when she found a dress similar to what she loved based on photo examples I felt like the consultant got very pushy almost made the entire experience flip 180. She started asking her if she said yes to the dress, immediately started taking measurements and told her the next steps but my cousin still had a few more stores she wanted to look at- just felt very sales driven especially with her giving her $400 off in the dressing room. In addition, the appointment was an hour and a half long but she only tried on a few dresses. read more

I called to see about scheduling a time to view veils for my wedding next month. Unfortunately, the girl on the phone who answered was dismissive, and offered virtually no help. As someone who purchased their dress at the Tempe location, I've loved working with your brand, but this interaction was really disappointing. I have gone to multiple bridal shops to search for my dream dress and Luv Bridal outshined each bridal shop I previously went to. The entire Luv Bridal team assisted me by going above and beyond. They listened to my vision and brought my vision to life. I was able to find my beautiful dream dress off the rack in PLUS SIZE for an unbelievable deal. They even played the song I will be walking down the aisle to get a full experience. I think I even passed my allotted appointment time. I also had a situation when purchasing, and it brought me to tears. Luv Bridal was willing to give me options that allowed me to get my dress. I left a very happy bride. Backstory: My wedding is in 7 months, and plus-size brides normally need to shop 9-12 months early to purchase a dress for alterations and order to fit. I had found my original dress at a different bridal shop a year ago, but they stopped selling the designer and were unable to order my dress. This caused me to look for an off-the-rack or similar dress that can be rushed ordered. I will be updating this post once my dress has been altered with the gold. My daughter purchases her dress here and when we bought it they told us alterations for the additions she wanted would not be an issue. When we picked up her dress, what should have been a joyous moment turned into a horrible experience. I ordered a panel with sparkle and I got a ball of fabric that I could have bought at Micheal's, the sleeves she wanted were non existent and then the employee just kept saying we wouldn't offer that. Well then why do I have a ball of fabric? Along with a group of people who witnessed the sales person offering it. Then they proceeded to tell us they can't do the alterations because they are too busy. Completely useless, you see a young bride crying and your only feedback is well there are places that can do alterations like that. What a joke for an over $6k dress. Highly disappointed. read more

I had a really great experience finding my gown at LUV in Phoenix. LUV was my third appointment, and I came in pretty defeated because I had been put in dresses outside of my budget at the other stores. For context, I am not getting any financial help for wedding expenses so I had a smaller-than-most dress budget and I was extremely strict about sticking to it. I fully expected to have to buy off-the-rack, but my bridal stylist Amanda and the store manager Jenna worked together to get me in a dress I absolutely loved for an insane price that was made-to-order! I was floored. I knew I was not the type to cry when I put THE dress on, but I cried when they told me the numbers and that I 'deserved to get married in a dress I loved.' I also appreciated that my stylist picked up when I was feeling overwhelmed with my guests and their opinions, she took me back to the dressing rooms and spoke with me 1-1 to help me calm down and get my true feelings about the dress. She even hugged me at one point in my appointment because she could tell I was stressing. If you're a bride like me who has a tight budget and needs to stick to it, and who gets easily overwhelmed, LUV is the place for you. Before my appointment, a representative from Luv Bridal called me and collected information about my inspiration photos and budget. These details were not reviewed before my appointment by my stylist. When I told my stylist my budget, she told me to "not look in the back" but did not specify why. During the appointment, she did not recommend any dresses within my price range. Luv Bridal's advertising on Instagram states that they have "off the rack" options starting at $799, however I was not shown any off-the-rack styles or any dress below $1700. I wish my stylist and luv bridal would have been more upfront about the pricing of dresses during the initial phone call or in the beginning of my appointment. I felt rushed through the entire appointment. My stylist directed me to look through three racks and prompted me to start the next rack before I was finished with the last. When I tried on the first dress, my stylist said to me and my family that she would loose sleep at night if I did not choose this dress. She said I would have to give her a good reason not to pick it. Although meant as a compliment, I felt pressured as this was the first wedding dress I had ever tried on. The stylist continued to bring up the first dress throughout the appointment and it felt as though she wanted me to choose that dress so that the appointment could end sooner. Later when trying on a more form-fitting dress, my stylist asked if I had played sports growing up. I said yes, and she replied that she could tell because of my ribs. This made me feel uncomfortable and I would appreciate it if stylists did not comment on clients' bodies. When I elected to try on a dress out of my initial budget, the stylist asked me while changing me if I was paying for the dress or my mom was. I felt this was judgemental and inappropriate to ask. When I tried on the last dress and expressed that I liked it, the stylist quickly took me to the mirror in the front and paired the dress with a veil. I said I needed time to think about purchasing this dress, and after that the stylist disappeared from my appointment without asking if I wanted to try on anything else. We had 30 minutes left of our appointment when the stylist walked away, leaving my family to wonder if our appointment had ended. I felt that Luv Bridal did not have good price transparency, and the overall experience was pressured and rushed. I bought my wedding dress at another bridal shop the next weekend at it was a night-and-day experience. The stylist at the other shop was kind, helpful, and transparent with budget. read more

Truly one of the BEST bridal experiences I've ever had. I've tried other bridal shops and tried on dresses at multiple other stores in 2 different states, and Luv Bridal was by far the most fun, comfortable, and satisfying. Stylist Markell helped me pick out a dress that in my mind had mostly been a blurry vision, and it's like she focused the lenses in my mind by putting me into the perfect dress, as if reading my mind. No one had been able to do that for me before! I had been struggling to find dresses to try on that felt like ME, and previous bridal stylists never fully understood my vision. When I met Markell at Luv Bridal, that immediately changed. It's like she read my mind after I explained my venue and how I wanted not-so-traditional dress options. I adored every single dress she helped me select, and then all fit my vibe perfectly, which was truly a shock to me considering I'd had no such luck at multiple other stores beforehand! The first dress she showed me was nearly the one I went home with, and I was shocked when she told me no one had ever taken her up on trying it on before! Truly breathtaking, and from that first dress she showed me on the rack, I KNEW she understood me. I truly cannot emphasize enough how incredible Markell was. I felt heard, seen, and appreciated the entire time, and not once did I feel like I was going to have a panic attack! Seriously, if you consider yourself to be more of a non-traditional bride, but you're still looking for the dress of your dreams, go to Markell at Luv Bridal. I am so unbelievably grateful for her, especially since I genuinely didn't think there'd ever be the perfect dress I'd connect with, before I finally made it over to Luv. This was the first time since getting engaged where I truly felt like a bride. I didn't feel like I was pretending, or putting on a show for my family. I felt like me, the bride I was always meant to be. I wish I could share pictures of my YES dress from Luv, because of course I did find her there! But my wedding isn't until Feb 2027 so it'll have to remain a secret for now I just can't emphasize enough that for the first time, I'm genuinely eager for my wedding day to arrive instead of stressed time is going by faster than I can plan. They have a nice snack bar, plenty of seating and great lighting and mirrors. I wished they had a bigger selection of short dresses, they only have 2 in the whole store so this place really is only for traditional wedding gowns. Beware you should start shopping many months in advance. The wait for a veil was 4 months and for dresses 6 months. I would 100% come back if I was on the hunt for a long bridal dress. They're professional, kind and can fit any wants/needs the bride has. There is a small basket of essentials in each fitting room with a hair clip, deodorant wipes, chapstick, etc. Those things ended up being very useful. They even provide little treats and refreshments for all the guests, how fun! I was paired with Becky who truly made it an incredible experience. Prior to the appointment there is a questionnaire to fill out that goes over your styles and budget and wedding details. My only concern was that budget was not better addressed at my appointment. My stylist found my dream dress for me and did not mention that it was very out of my budget until after I had said yes to the dress and taken it off. I attended Luv Bridal this past Saturday, and my stylist was Summer. I had a wonderful experience throughout my appointment up until the very end when I decided to not make a purchase. I found a dress here that I loved, however I still wanted to attend my second appointment that I had later that day. Initially, when we first came here, it was Summer that assisted us and she was adamant about getting my sister to get a larger size. So my sister was at 35 on waist and she sized her for 18 on her dress she could have did a 16. Fast forward to today. Her final dress fitting. She tried her dress on and was extremely sad and knew that it was gonna be way bigger as what we told Summer when we first ordered it. Well, Summer is no longer with the company. However, we met Juliana. She's absolutely amazing, sweet, kind. What are the odds? They had a size 14 for my sister that just came in stock same dress. Perfect fit! We walked away with the 14. We did try to ask for a discount. The manager said it wasn't that off. But in our eyes we knew it was off. They could have at least taken 300 to $400 off the dress.
