I rarely write reviews, but Bella Lily made my bridal experience beyond amazing!!! This was my second bridal shop, and my first experience elsewhere was terrible -- I felt rushed and kept being asked "what do you want?" instead of being guided and helped to figure it out. Wedding dress shopping can be stressful, and the Bella Lily team truly understood that. They did an AMAZING job pulling dresses for me and were so patient and kind. They helped me try multiple styles and fabrics so I could really discover what I loved. I found my perfect dress and, as a chronic second-guesser, was able to confidently say yes!!! They even had the cutest drinks to celebrate (including non-alcoholic options since I don't drink!), which made the day feel extra special. Best day ever -- thank you for making me feel so beautiful! We purchased my daughters wedding dress here. Beautiful dress, but when we purchased it we were led to believe alterations were available to be completed at their shop. We were also led to believe that the additional pieces we purchased were going to be put on the dress, they were placed in a bag to take to the seamstress we chose to go to. If you're looking for a FULL SERVICE shop that would have the creativity to help you design or add to a dress, this is not the shop you want to go to. They have gorgeous gowns. My stylist, Olivia, really did a great job with knowing what I wanted based on my Pinterest board. Upon my arrival she already had numerous dresses that were exactly what I had in mind and all under my budget! However, if you choose to come here I recommend knowing your bridal size or having an idea. You know your body best. They do measurements before you order and when you pick up. They tell you to size up from their measured size, which I understand. But doing so, I am now paying more than half of the price of my dress in alterations. Maybe this is the case at most bridal shops. I was expecting the need for alterations but not the price of 2 dresses. All of the paperwork you sign is mostly about the understanding of the sizing so that should have been my first red flag and I should have done my due diligence. read more

Bella Lily was a great experience from start to finish! The boutique was comfortable, quiet and smelled AMAZING, which felt more personal than some of the bustling salons I had been to before. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for when I went to my first appointment but was not exactly sure what I wanted. I worked with Brenda, who was an absolute dream. She made me feel comfortable while helping me narrow down and visualize what I wanted to feel like on my wedding day. It was like shopping with a trusted girlfriend who just happened to be an expert in all things bridal. I never felt rushed when I was trying dresses on or pressured to make a purchase. Brenda even took meticulous notes about dresses I had shown her that I had pinned on Pinterest and she arranged for some to be sent to the store for me to try on. Brenda can attest it was not an easy feat helping find the perfect dress for me; I had 3-4 appointments at Bella Lily alone (plus 4-5 appointments at other bridal salons) before I finally found the one. Long story short, once I found my dress, Brenda suggested some great styling tips/additions that could be made to the dress to bring the whole vision together. When my order came in, it was an easy process to come in to try it on and make sure everything was perfect. I even bought all my accessories there too, including a crystal belt, bridal hair piece and veil. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Bella Lily and highly recommend them without any hesitation. I had a great experience at Bella Lily Bridal! The ladies there were so nice to work with. Store is bright and clean, and super cute. I am a plus-size bride (22W+), and they had plenty of options for me to try on. They even accommodated a second appointment for me to try on 2 favorites when I couldn't decide. Ultimately I did not buy my dress from Bella Lily - I found a dress that was exclusive to a shop across town. But do not hesitate to come here. *I wish there were MORE curve options, BUT they have dozens of different styles to try on in curve. read more

This was by far the worst experience my daughter had wedding dress shopping. When we arrived, the doors were locked and there was no one available to unlock them. We had to call to be let in for the appointment. Once we were in for the appointment, we were escorted to a very small sitting area and the girl, I think her name was Sarah, went over the "rules." My daughter could not walk around and look at the dresses and we were not allowed to leave our little seating area. It took her about 5-10 minutes to really drive it home. Okay, we get it, not allowed to walk around. She was so unfriendly and is clearly in the wrong line of work. Dress shopping should be fun and joyful. There was a sweet little blonde that was so friendly....request her! The dress selection wasn't great and the fabric felt a little cheaper but they just didn't have anything to our liking. I was recommended the bridal shop from my employee who had a wonderful experience. Our experience sadly did not match up. We were questioned if we could afford the dresses three times before our appointment was confirmed. We filled out a questionnaire for what type of dress we were looking for and this was completely ignored. We were unable to see any dresses on racks and the dresses were brought to us. None of the dresses were anything that we had requested or filled out from the long questionnaire that was filled out. We were the only customers in the store that day and yet the feeling was they could not wait for us to leave. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Lily. Before my appointment, I actually came here for one of my friends when she was shopping for her dress. I knew I had to come here when it was my time. It is such a cute boutique with a wide selection of dresses - more than some other stores I've been to. Unfortunately, I did not purchase my dress here. I ended up with a dress that none of the stores in Arizona actually had. While I did not find "the one" for me at your store, I wanted to say yes to so many of them. There were so many beautiful dresses! Brenda helped my group out and she was so sweet and understanding. I've been to a total of 6 stores and Bella Lily was my second stop. Before any of my shopping, I thought I would only go to 3 stores and make a decision from there but that wasn't my case. Out of the 6 stores, I would have to say Bella Lily Bridal was my favorite experience. The second being another store that I had to pay for an appointment. Olivia was extremely helpful throughout my entire process in finding my dress. Coming in I had already a few dresses in mind that I wanted to try and one of those was THE dress! Communication was great, my only issue was with picking up my dress. I was under the impression and was told via email that my dress would be packed nice and tightly in a shipping box for when I travel but it was not. The gal who helped me try on my dress once it arrived was not helpful whatsoever. She seemed as if she wasn't happy to be there either, which was very obvious. Her response to me asking for a box was, "sorry, we don't do that." After all I had to spend $40 on a box from the container store to put my dress inside. Taking a star off for poor communication, if someone told me I would pick my dress up nicely boxed for travel please hold your self accountable. read more

I cannot begin to describe how amazing my experience was at Bella Lily! Everything from the scheduling, to the selection of dresses, to purchasing the dress was absolutely amazing! The beauty of the store hits you as soon as you walk in. It's intimidating going wedding dress shopping on a tight budget but they were very respectful of it. Moira Ramos helped me during my appointment and did a great job of guiding me towards my dream dress, answering any questions me and my family had, and hyping me up the whole time! I was able to try on a variety of styles and was never pressured to buy a more expensive dress. Because of this I was able to say Yes To the Dress and didn't feel like I had left any options unexplored. Bella Lily was everything I hoped for and MORE! This was my first bridal appointment ever, I found my dress here and canceled all my other appointments for the day. Nicole was my stylist and I was so so lucky to have her. She knew exactly what I wanted, was mindful of my budget, and made the moment when I knew it was my dress SO special. Overall the selection and experience at Bella Lily was wonderful. The staff are super friendly, the shop is cute, and the experience was great... up until I got my dress. I was advised to order a size 18, ordered a 16, and should have ordered a 14. The manager basically blamed me for not going to a preferred shop for alterations when the issue was the size I was told to order in store. At the shop the sample fit me beautifully, and the staff assured that it ran 2 sizes too small. I was told to order 3 sizes larger to fit my hips. I had ordered a size smaller than what my consultant recommended. When the dress came in, it was considerably large, even with me measuring an inch larger in my hips than what the size chart called for. My dress was easily 1.5 to 2 sizes too large still and because of that the bust had to be altered a LOT for it to not fall off. After alterations to every single part of the dress to make it fit, it still didn't look or feel right due to the bust cups being too large. When I called the shop to recommend they reevaluate the size chart for that dress or that designer (essence of Australia) I was given nothing but excuses and was told I should have gone with one of the preferred seamstresses because it's a popular dress and gets altered all the time. The excuse of the dress is stretchy kept coming up - which should mean I could have gone smaller in size NOT bigger. I was advised to order a size that would have been so big in the top portion, it could not have been altered to fit. As a bride I would want to be able to trust the professionals in the industry to do their due diligence and advise brides as best they can. If this dress is as popular as the manager said on the phone then I should not have been told to order the size I did. Had I gone closer to the sample size it would have saved me a ton of money in alterations, and a lot of stress and disappointment with how me dress ended up. Very disappointed with the managers handling of the conversation, and will not be recommending this shop to my friends getting married. Update: I wanted to update after the comments from the owner. I am aware we take on all liability as brides when it comes to ordering the final gown - which is why I would hope that it would be of the upmost importance to do right by brides spending thousands. I was told that the hip measurements for the size 16 was either 45.5" or 45" , I measured 46.5 when I picked up the dress (and at my last fitting). I understand the picture looks fine, but the dress absolutely did not fit perfect in the hips. I remember being shocked as I was nervous the dress would be too small and I had a handful of extra fabric on the hips. At the store I was told "yay you lost an inch!" 1 inch versus a dress I should have needed to lose 2 inches to fit, and it was still big. That was my whole premise behind calling the shop- to hopefully give a heads up that I don't think the designer size chart accurate. The dress is clearly meant to be form fitting and it looked best on me when it was the sample which was snug and using some of its stretch. Even taking in the 16 another inch the dress layer flat on my hips but was not snug. I spent a lot of money to get my dress taken in and and altered, including having 2 cup sizes put in to the bust because it was so big. I'm glad it looks good in pictures , but I know how the dress felt on me all night and looked compared to when it was a snug fit in the shop. I wasn't expecting the shop to be able to help me in any way with calling right before my wedding - I just don't want brides to be in the same situation with this designer or specific dress because STILL it was very loose in the hips, even though I was an inch or so bigger than the vendor would recommend for that size. It was the terrible handling of my concerns on the phone with the store manager that led me to leave a poor review. My heavily padded bust ended up holding up my gown instead of it hugging my body. Being self conscious instead of confident on my wedding day only adds to my testament. Thank you for your thoughtful reply, I wish the manager had handled it much differently. read more

I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars because these ladies absolutely went above and beyond to make sure myself and my guests were all comfortable and having a good time. My stylist Moira was the sweetest and I love how they will have you link your Pinterest so they can see what you like and because of that Moira was able to pick out my perfect dress on the first try. They were even able to find me my veil! I really loved the owner as well as she was going by checking in with everyone and just had such a wonderful presence. Alyssa and all the girls are the shop were so friendly and so helpful. They really took their time and made me feel so comfortable which I really needed. I had almost canceled my appointment after I had been to another shop that didn't have most of their dresses in my size (a lot of them were way too small on me) and did a horrible job clipping me into the dresses, but Alyssa did an amazing job clipping me into the dresses that didn't fit me so I could still see how they looked and didn't make me feel ridiculous. The dress shopping was what I was dreading more than anything else for my wedding. But I had such a positive experience.
