Coronavirus struck my wedding and the no return policy was fully in place with no flexibility. I asked if the store would take it back into stock as a consignment; the dress wasn't altered or even worn. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy. On the nice side, the clerk who handled my call gave me the name of a bridal store who does, wish I'd have bought my dress from there. But her kindness is why two stars instead of one. To be fair, I was mostly happy with my buying experience and the dress was nice and modest without being bland. The strict Return policy wasn't made clear during purchase, but I was able to find it on their website. I am just disappointed in the full customer experience! read more

Absolutely love this place!! They have an amazing selection of casual, formal and bridal dresses. I get the majority of all of my casual dresses there because they are so comfortable and absolutely stunning! I always feel so confident whenever I wear them!! What an amazing experience! I was nervous going in to find the ONE dress for me, but it turned out to be the best adventure ever (especially since I also checked out quite a few other wedding dress boutiques)! Tessa made this event fabulous and exciting! She knew what dresses to grab after I started to recognize the style I was looking for. The customer service was off the charts, and I honestly felt I was over at my best friend's house trying on dresses! I also ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE my wedding dress! They were quick on the order and delivery. When I went back in to try it on--I received the same amazing treatment! Seriously cannot express how much Closet Full of Dresses is a great place! The only good thing about this place is the assistant honestly. I think her name is Tessa. The owner is horrible. I walked in for my second visit and she was working alone and was slow and standoffish as well as dismissive. Unfortunately I won't recommend because of this experience. I have nothing but great things to say about A Closet Full of Dresses. I had spent the whole entire day trying on dresses and stressing about altering them to make them modest, and was so overwhelmed. My aunt told me to try looking at this store. I called them and they immediately squeezed me in. From the second I walked into the store, I felt 100% better and was actually enjoying dress shopping. I felt like I had that TLC say yes to the dress experience. The girl working at the time was so helpful and positive and helped me find the perfect dress in less than an hour. If you're looking for a modest dress of any kind (wedding, bridesmaid, prom, etc), then this is your place! Such amazing customer service (from Tessa) and beautiful dresses at a reasonable price. I was looking for a specific color and style for my bridesmaids dresses and they had them! My bridesmaids, who live out of state, weren't able to come try on dresses for awhile, and the store held them for a MONTH until my friends could come to town! Great Selection of beautiful wedding and prom dresses! We took my daughter-in- law to try on wedding dresses. We made an appointment and the owner Jerolyn was very accommodating and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of modest dresses with sleeves, including a dress selection I would wear for my son's wedding. My daughters who are not yet old enough for prom are excited to shop there for their prom dress. And knowing where to buy a prom dress in the future for a reasonable price is a relief. I loved everything about the store. From the design, decorating, cleanliness, and placement of the mirrors, everything was well thought out for a bride to try on a dress. We did have a larger group (at the appointment) when my daughter was shopping for her wedding gown, because she has 4 sisters and 2 sisters-in-law. She was very specific about the number of people when she made the appointment. Even though we tried to take up as little space as possible and were very quiet (because we were made to feel very self-conscious), we could tell immediately that our numbers were unwelcome and were made to feel like we were inconveniencing everyone. Every time the owner walked by to hang up a dress, she made sure that we felt like we were in her way (we really weren't). The girl that was helping us was really trying but the owners were fake friendly and made the experience something that we would very much like to forget. read more

The worker was so nice and helpful! I was blown away by how patient and encouraging and positive she was. She respected your privacy when changing into the dresses and I would show her pictures of dresses I liked and she would bring me ones very similar to it! The store holds a ton of different sizes in the different designs. I had been wedding dress shopping for a week straight and wish I went straight here. One of my favorite parts was we could walk out with the dress and not have to worry about it not shipping fast enough. I got my wedding dress, veil, and bridesmaid dresses all in one stop. Pricing was not great (700-2,000 range), though, and despite having an appointment I had to wait for them to finish with some walk-ins before being helped. Ultimately I purchased my dress somewhere much cheaper, but this was the second best place I visited. read more
