On a more positive note, I will note that they do offer a wide variety of selections and seem to do quality work. But overall, it's disappointing when quality customer service and professionalism are difficult to find in environments that should feel welcoming and inclusive.

Rather than the salesperson double talk try this instead: "We charge to alter the suit when you buy it but any future alterations are free." I went to the one on Indian Bend instead where Gabi sold me a suit that was twice as expensive but I left HAPPY because she was forthright. Caveat: Me my hearing is really bad so it's possible I misunderstood the first clerk who actually was very friendly and helpful - I just felt like I was getting "sold" on the alterations which clearly rubbed me the wrong way.
