The persons who work there never smile and when I engaged with them once, they were very curt. I go to other LUV s around town and this one's equipment does not seem to cleam my car as well. Soap is still on when dryers begin. I find these dryers like other LUV dryers not drying windows well, or the back and front of car. Another issue-the Drive in and out is terrible! You get your car cleaned and on the way out mud and broken asphalt hit your car. Why can't this be paved for all concerned? read more

We have a membership with LUV car wash and this one stands apart from the quality we've come to expect but not in a good way. The compressed air nozzles weren't working and the vacuum is extremely weak. This makes it very time consuming to clean our car. It seemed there was a lack of cleaning in the Tunnel Of LUV in general. The car came out covered in water spots and lots dirt in all of the body joints. read more

I love this place. My truck looks great. I love the towels and the vacuum cleaners are very strong.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the LUV in town center, they pay attention to your vehicle and adjust the wash accordingly. Brought my car with a aftermarket roof rack and the worker let the last brush come down and rip the rack off, obviously the company won't do anything to fix the issue since it's a older car, i wasn't even upset about the damage since it was a $30 fix but the workers should be paying better attention. I've never had an issue with car washes and roof racks because 9/10 times they notice the aftermarket accessories and adjust the wash to prevent damaging it. read more

I love Luv car wash but this location needs better customer friendly people. Had to wait they had no one to guide cars thru the tunnel until this nice lady helped us. Several customers walked to the feomt office to ask for towels because there was none. The guy working was on his cell phone kept telling us he would get them. He never did a few customers walked up to the hose and had to rinse some used ones to be able to dry their car. This location needs help. Hope I can see improvement so I can update my review. Has nothing to do with the product. read more

$23 for the first month of unlimited is a great deal. Love having a closer location to get more use out of that too! The employees were super friendly and our vehicle turned out great :) read more

I went to this car wash during their $1 car wash promotion a few weeks ago. It is hidden behind a few buildings on Baymeadows. I pulled up and was greeted by an employee that showed me how to sign up for the $1 car wash. She then directed me into the car wash. The only thing I didn't love was how scary it looked when the giant drying roller came down. I thought I was going to crash into it. I've never seen that part at a car wash before. I pulled into a parking spot after to clean out my car. The hoses worked well and I liked that they had little hoses that shot out air to get sand out of all the crevices. I did not like being right next to the pond as I kept looking over my back while I leaned inside to clean out my car to make sure there were no birds or alligators near me lol! They have towels and window cleaner too. My boyfriend and I both had good experiences going through this car wash. read more

Stopped by Luv Car Wash on Baymeadows Rd. on March 15, 2024. Drove to the entrance and was met by a female employee who told me they had a special going for $9.99 to receive two months of unlimited car washes. I thought that was amazing but because they were new I thought they were just trying to get customers started at the car wash so I told her I'd do that. The next month on April 15th I was debited another $9.99 plus tax totalling $10.74. I drove to the car wash and asked for the manager. I got my car washed that day and told the manager what had happened. He said the employee gave me wrong information & I told him to go ahead and leave that debit on my account but to cancel any further payments as I didn't want the monthly withdrawals. I usually can go 5 or 6 weeks between car washes so I don't need a monthly plan. Because the last debit was done on April 15th I knew I had until the 14th to get the car washed so I took it there on that date. I drove through as before, because they had said the cameras get your tag number so they know you've paid for the washes. I did not enter a type of wash or use my card at the machine that day but drove in. However, that evening I checked my account and found they had taken a payment of $39.76 from my account. I called the next day and spoke with a female employee that when I asked for the manager had said she could help me. I explained to her what happened & asked that my recurring payments be cancelled, which I had asked the manager the previous month to cancel. I also asked her to have the $39.76 credited back to my account as my car wash was covered from the April 15th payment. She got very argumentative and finally said they would cancel the payments but could do nothing about crediting my account. That was not true at all. I will never go to this business again & hope people are aware they may begin to charge your accounts whether you joined anything or not as I had never made any long term commitment to them but was cheated out of $39.76. Ridiculous amount for a car wash for the exterior of a car with no interior cleaning. Terrible way to do business to drive your potential customers away by fraudulent means. read more
