The guys at the machine and guiding you in were polite and patient and I love the car freshener. I got the All the Luv option which includes the wash, dry of course but also the tire shine, fusion prime, 3x foam conditioner, entrance bath, 2x clear coat sealant, 2x wheel cleaner, ceramic extreme. You just pull up, put your car in neutral and just let it take you in. The wash isn't long and once you're done, you can pull around to the individual stations to wipe down the outside with dry towels, clean the inside of your car with car vacuums and use an air compressor for the tight spaces. They also have a mat cleaner towards the exit. My car was super clean by the time I left. I love LUV. read more

No area to clean the bugs off your car or anyone to get them off your car. Why have a car wash in the state of Florida, if you can't get the bugs off your car. Haven't they heard of love bug season. Seeing as this place is close to our home. We use their automated system to wash our cars at time. Their machines occasionally will break off an antenna. Ours was a victim. Do not recommend this place. read more

I genuinely enjoyed getting my car washed frequently at this location. Unfortunately, on 6/15 there was an incident in the tunnel involving 3 cars and mine was the only one with damage. Wes, the employee at the car wash started the claim, took pictures, advised me that he would send video footage of the incident, and gave me the info to follow up on the claim. Since then, I have emailed and left messages with their "claims person" to get some resolution with no luck. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and non-responsiveness to this situation. read more

We went to this car wash for the first time today and it was the best experience. Right off the bat, we saw a guy hustling, running back and forth to help the two lanes of cars get through the check in! And then Jason greeted us to help us select the right car wash. After going through the wash, we pulled into the vacuum stall where there was also microfiber towels, window washing spray, compressed air to blow your car dry and a mat washing station with a soapy scrubber, vacuum and compressed air. Jason continued to provide amazing service, was super professional, answered all our questions & made sure we could take advantage of all of the superb services available. My car had a lot of pollen on it so my husband wanted to take it to get washed. We stopped by Scrubbles just to do a cheap car wash and ended up buying their unlimited car wash package for $19.99. The monthly package offers unlimited car washes and vacuuming. I must say it's so worth it! My car looks shiny and polished as though it was professionally washed and their vacuums are very powerful more than standard car wash places! They did an amazing job. Even my tires are shiny! My small son enjoyed the car wash as well and thought it was fun watching all the bubbles and scrubbers doing their job. read more

Your Atlantic Blvd., Car Wash the workers are amazing. They're always there to help. I have one suggestion. When you give us the air freshener give us a towel you won't lose them you'll get them returned one per person glass cleaner have somebody out there working monitoring because it's people were abusing it. This is such a fancy car wash! 3-4 rows of brushes, many wash options, this place has it all. When you get done with the actual wash you can head over to the different mat washing stations and then your free vacuum station which includes a compressed air cord to blow put all the excess water or dust from your nooks and cranies. They even have towels for you to use! read more

I am so happy to have a shiny new Scrubbles close to home- and even though it's been open- I hadn't been through it yet until a couple days ago. This location is spacious (unlike the one close to the beach). Somethings that have changed since I first started using Scrubbles (the Town Center location). No rear wiper cover is applied- I don't know if that is a shortage item or just something they did away with. No paper towels are available and they were giving out cloth towels, according to John- but none were in sight when we went through. There is plenty of vacuums & the mat and rug cleaners. No more Glass cleaner spray is available either- but without paper towels... Still a good option- I will bring my own towels for the car and windex too, in the future. read more

Was really excited to have a nice car wash with a vacuum area near my home finally. Finally tried it today and thought it was really nice. Had a bit of trouble with the touchscreen menu board trying to select and pay for my car wash but overall was a good wash. Vacuum area was nice a spacious. Had really great mat cleaners on both ends. Best part is they give you a towelv at the entrance to wipe off any wet areas after you drive thru which I've never had another car wash do and really liked. read more

Went in to LUV and have membership. I typically always have a phenomenal experience, but today something happened to where the back of my car was scraped and dented. When I brought my car around to ask, they checked the security camera and the only thing they said was it was nothing blowing around just possibly from the brush of the wash? But absolutely no solution offered and didn't get to say anything before he walked away. While he checked the security camera, the girl working told me they just got the tunnel redone so it may be issues with that. But zero solutions other than nothing was apparent in video. Extremely disappointed. I tried my best just to be kind because I know it's not the workers responsibility in the sense of damage. However, I do feel as though he'll or solution should have been offered at all? I just wrote this as a heads up for anyone going to this one. Be careful and if something happens speak up. The car wash value deal is nice which is why I got membership moments prior to this incident but I will be canceling it now. I hope all works out. Like I said nothing against anyone involved just heads up because it's like a 1,500-2k fix for me. read more

Their monthly memberships are a great value and you can use them at any LUV. They also have a compressed air blower thing that gets into crevices and helps you clean your car ever better! Got the basic wash to clean off bird poop and dead bugs. Poop, gone; bugs, still on the windshield along with soap spots all over. Yes soap spots because there was not enough rinse waster to wash away the soap. read more

I'm a member with multiple cars and I love coming to get my cars taken care of, but today I was extremely upset and disappointed. I got off work at 5:10pm across the street came through the car wash around 5:20-5:25. I had no place to vacuum my car and had to park outside or parking space to even wipe my car down because all the parking and cleaning spaces was cones off. The few they had open were taken. I don't feel this should be happening when it's this early on a Saturday and you have paying customers. All these spots should not be blocked off. The rags were stocked but they had the spots coned off. I get closing off some spots but not this many. Only spots accessible were the first set on each side way before the cutoff and even all of those were not open. Unsatisfactory in my opinion when you're a paying customer and it's still early in the evening. Like I said this is the first time it's happened and I hope it's not going to be a continuous thing. If it he advertisement says open until 8pm don't block off over half of your spots to allow customers to clean the inside of their cars. If you want to close that many spots don't let customers come through. read more

I brought my husband's extremely dirty truck here to wash. Paul was very helpful and offered me to wash the truck a second time if needed, for no change. They did a hand pressure wash first that really helped get the truck clean the first time. I like that they have towels to borrow and window spray available to use. This location is easy to get in and out of. This will be our "go to" for car washes. They even gave me a small air freshener for the inside of the truck that smells very nice. read more
