I've been coming to this location for a while now and honestly, I've never had any issues neither has my car lol. After a bad experience elsewhere, I've learned to just stick with what works, and this place has been consistent every time. They always have plenty of towels available, which I really appreciate, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and actually attentive. I usually go right before sunset and it's perfect not too crowded, so I can take my time without feeling rushed. The vacuums could use a little improvement though, the suction isn't as strong as it used to be. But I do like that they have the pressure hose (not sure what it's called), it's actually super useful and makes a difference when cleaning. I'm writing this review as a long-time member who has brought my vehicles to this car wash hundreds of times. Unfortunately, it seems that every time I visit, the overall quality and service continue to decline. I pay for the highest-tier car wash membership available, so I expect the best level of service. Unfortunately, my vehicle often comes out of the wash with soap scum and residue all over it. There is even still soap left on the vehicle when it reaches the air blowers, which defeats the purpose of paying for the top service. The vacuums are often extremely weak, the air blowers are frequently out of service, and the towels are either unavailable or dirty. These are basic amenities that should be properly maintained, especially for paying members. I currently pay for two memberships every month, so I expect the equipment and services included with my membership to actually be available and work properly. I've been loyal to this location and have given it hundreds of visits, but the consistent decline in quality has become very frustrating. At this point, based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this particular Love's Car Wash location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the equipment, cleanliness, and overall quality of service. read more

The last time I came here to get a wash, an incident occurred that caused the wash to have to shut down. No big deal, things happen! The manager on duty took down my info and assured me that he would leave my name with the office for a free future wash. I attempted to obtain that free wash today and the manager on duty refused to honor it because "there was no way to validate it." Not cool. read more

usually i do like the service here, but not this time. I understand luv doesn't have a rain policy, but if I wash my car in the evening with the $17 wash, then next day it rains, so the day after that I come in after work (making it 48 hours later) to ask for a courtesy wash, I feel best customer service is to allow a courtesy wash. the worker told me, "we can't control the weather", well duh. it seemed the worker felt awkward, but telling me that was very dismissive. I can't control the weather either, but since I paid for a wash and came back within 48 hours to ask nicely, ya'll can't do anything for me besides offer I PAY AGAIN? I understand it's a policy, but there are times when goodwill can go above policy since this is such a small thing that can make a big difference for a customer. girl, bye. The wash didn't clean the vehicle went back to the attendant and asked him if we could go back through one more time to clean the vehicle because the vehicle was literally still dusty and the front hood had all these stains and the rear trunk had even more stains on there water stains, and water marks. The windshield also had dead buds on there, and they never cleaned it off and the actual wash was mediocre. I do not recommend people to go here because one it's expensive and too it doesn't get the job done. I'd rather pay double for an actual human to clean the vehicle and have it spotless and wipe down properly. The attendant is like a high school student who doesn't know Customer Service doesn't know how to speak to customers and it's very rude. The way he speaks to you seems as though you owe him money when we are the customer. His tone of voice was aggressive, condescending, and conceited. Their vacuums don't work most of the time they are stuck with garbage in it and the drive-through is narrow. The guy that works inside the car machine conducts you to drive your vehicle straight and the vehicle still gets scratched and hits the metal railing. His instructions are not clear and when the vehicle hit the railing, he started smiling, which I think was pretty rude. So do I really recommend you to go there? Definitely not the price terrible and they try to get you to pay 2399 for a whole month on a monthly subscription which doesn't make sense because you're gonna need to go there probably six times a day just to get your car cleaned and it's probably still dirty so this place deserves one star don't go there the worst car wash in Las Vegas. read more

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at this car wash. First, the card reader wasn't working, so I had to pay in cash, which is not a huge issue, but definitely inconvenient. There were no employees available to guide cars into the wash, and when I pulled in, the machine wasn't even on. I had to sit in my car and wait for it to be restarted. During the wash, my car suddenly jolted from an impact. I didn't think much of it until afterward, when I noticed chipped paint on my passenger door while drying. When I notified the employee, they seemed unsure of what to do. Then I asked to file an incident report, but they weren't sure how to and had to call a manager, which took a long time/was generally unorganized, and made me late to my next appointment. No copy was provided, and I had to take photos of their tablet screen with my own phone. I also requested a refund for the wash, but was told that refunds aren't handled on-site and that someone from their team would follow up. Days later, I received an email essentially denying responsibility, citing vague "signage" about liability. Signs that realistically, are too small, with too much to read, and poorly placed to be read, especially while entering the wash or initially going through the gate. Consider how unrealistic it is to expect drivers to read all the posted policies while driving through at a normal pace.. The fact that they refused to refund a $10 wash after all of this is incredibly disappointing. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a general lack of professionalism. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others. read more

Janella was so awesome, sweet, and caring. She helped me as i was pulling up. My son was crying cause he was scared. She asked him if he knew who ms. Rachel was or ms. Catie was, and sang him and old song, "working at the car wash." She went so over and beyond that she had me singing the tune to my son to calm him down. Had the weirdest first time experience here at Luv car wash today.... I usually go to a different company but decided on trying this place out for the first time since it was on my way home. The young man who was at the car wash screen held his hand out for my payment upon arrival without saying anything, I told him I haven't been here before and asked what the options were. His first response was to point out my wedding ring and said "oh... is that a wedding ring?" In a disappointing way to ask. I immediately felt uncomfortable and said yes, and asked how much a basic wash was. He said "$10.... How long have you been married for?" It was so weird to me!!!!! Just let me get a car wash in peace!!!!!!! He eventually handed me my card back and just walked away, no thank yous or anything. I waited there for a minute before the gate finally opened. Car wash did a good job, but as soon as I pulled out I noticed my cars weather strip was hanging down by my driver window. I was so bummed, it was pulled off during the wash. I appreciate a strong wash but not if it's going to pull things off my car. I probably won't go back to this location or business again. Staff needs to grow up, focus on work and be professional. The workers are cool but this exact location has gotten pretty junk lately. Today's visit was horrible! Towel buckets were on the ground. All vacuum hose were in the stalls on the ground. The high pressure sprayer never works. No clean towels in bin but dirty bins were full. Asked attendant for towels as he gave a hand full so I placed some in bins. Ground area is a mess. My car was damaged here. I noticed as soon as I started drying. I alerted the manager Jesse who made a report, took photos and said the District manager Cameron would reach out to me. Not a single person has returned a call to me. When I got in touch with Jesse again I was told the camera footage showed my car was damaged prior to me going through- this is a lie, Jesse even commented that the damage was going in an upward motion and looked as though it from the machine at the initial incident. I then asked to see the footage and was told I would need a lawyer. That process has begun. I have left several messages for Cameron and have received ZERO call back. 02/03/24 my car needed a car wash badly. My husband recommended this place located on S. Rainbow. Thought to try the unlimited car wash "Lotta Luv" that comes with wax. Special $9.99 unlimited car wash for 2 months then it coverts to $29.99 a month. It takes a picture of your license plate so it will recognize it the next time you wash your car. Staff is nice and they gave out free car refreshener. After going through car wash, if you're not in a hurry. Pull over and wipe your car down as they provide clean microfiber cloth and vacuum. Apparently , the vacuum stall we got was very weak. I see why people park in the opposite direction. Happy car washing! read more

For this carwash to be in what is called an expensive area to live, it's gotten pretty much tacky. Towels are dirty, the air does not work most of the time. As a matter of fact, I had to put in a complaint because the air had not been working for weeks. The people who work their a very nice but it seems that they cannot handle the full responsibility of managing a carwash. Sometimes I have to go looking in other buckets for towels because they're aren't any or very few in some. I think the problems lies with not having enough staff at the carwash. It should have a minimum of two(2) staff members at all times because you never know when or how many cars will show up at a given time. To Management: Please train and get more staff members at this location so the service can be better. read more

An employee greets you at the entrance. They initially ask if you want to purchase a monthly membership. I decline because I don't get car washes often enough to make it worth it. I purchase the middle of the three car wash options, which is currently $17. The same employee who facilitates your transaction also directs you into the start of the car wash. She does some initial cleaning with a wash brush before the car enters the automated portion. I like the short wait and fast car wash at this location. Upon exiting there are self-service spaces for vacuuming and spot cleaning with cloths and spray bottle with solution. Service is very good. read more

When my original fave car wash off Blue Diamond was bought and changed to a LUV Car Wash, I was hesitant to try a different LUV location 'cause my first experience with their brand wasn't up to par. Higher prices for subpar quality. This location is getting me to change my mind though.... This location actually looks like it was customized to the brand versus them trying to renovate/retrofit an existing car wash they took over. Same prices, but my car came out nicer than expected. The wash itself did a good job, and I liked how the air drying portion got most of the water off at the end. The cool part though is the vacuum area where the vacuums were strong, and they provided clean microfiber towels for customers' use. Once done with the towels, just throw them in the dirty bin! Sweet.... If every location was like this, then yeah... I could get behind the brand a bit more. read more
