However, after receiving our food, we discovered that our utensils were extremely dirty, as if they had not been washed at all. We informed the server, and she replaced them with clean silverware. Later, another server checked on us and mentioned that our original server had gone home for the day. This was confusing, as about 30 minutes later we saw her still working and cleaning tables. This inconsistency added to our concern about the level of service. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was quite poor. The floors appeared dirty, and the environment did not feel well-maintained. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. Based on this visit, we do not plan to return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your staff and cleanliness standards.
