We reached out to her literally the day before leaving for a 10-day trip to the UK, in a full panic!!! We had just started construction at our house two days prior, and it turned out to be way more intrusive than we expected. Our usual dog sitters (family who stay at our house) suddenly couldn't manage the chaos, and we were scrambling to find someone our four small-to-medium dogs would be comfortable with. From the start, Brittanie stood out. I loved that she allows dogs on the furniture and even lets them sleep in bed, exactly what our dogs are used to. Three of them basically live on couches and beds, so the idea of forcing them into crates or a totally unfamiliar routine would have been really stressful for them. Brittanie made it feel like a home away from home. What really blew me away is that when she realized she'd be out of town for two of the days we were gone, she didn't decline our request. She went above and beyond and arranged for a friend to stay at her house and care for our dogs. I honestly can't imagine many sitters being willing to do something like that. While we were away, she and her whole family took incredible care of our dogs. We got daily updates, photos, and messages, which made such a difference being so far from home. It was clear they were loved and treated like part of the family. I've added just some of the cute pics Brittanie would send us. Showing how much fun they were having with her other dogs. All of our dogs are used to a dog door, so I really appreciated that she had one, it helped them adjust so much more easily. One of our dogs did start marking in her house (which we felt terrible about), but Brittanie handled it with so much patience and understanding. She didn't get upset at all! Instead, she calmly found a solution and even bought him diapers to wear inside. It worked perfectly, and I was so grateful for her kindness and problem-solving. On top of all that, when our return flights turned into a nightmare and we couldn't pick the dogs up on time, she kept them an extra night without hesitation. Brittanie and her family truly went above and beyond in every possible way. I cannot recommend her enough. We'll absolutely be using her from now on for boarding, and even for doggy daycare while our construction continues. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat.

The first time we initially met Rhonda for our meet and greet, we knew she was the woman for the job. The tribe gravitated towards her positive energy and were immediately comfortable with her. You can tell that Rhonda genuinely has a love for animals and she is able to build strong lasting bonds with them. All three times that my husband and I have used her for pet sitting services we have been thoroughly pleased. Rhonda is attentive to the needs of our pets and ensures she provides them with the upmost love and care. She has even brought in our mail, packages, and trash containers from the curb after trash day. We are super thankful to have found Rhonda for pet sitting services. Finding someone you can trust in your home to care for your fur babies while you are away isn't always an easy task.
