Warm, professional and very attentive to your grooming needs. She arrived on time and set up quickly. The trailer was perfectly set up for 3-S treatment, then artistic fur and nail transformation. Helpful to send photos and confirm with a pre determined phone conversation, but the results were spot on!
I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Pups Palace! This was our first time using a mobile grooming service so we were a little hesitant. What great service! The owner is so nice and gentle. Our dog was washed, trimmed, ears cleaned, nails filed, and gland drained within 1.5 hrs. We will never go back to having to wait 4 hours at our previous groomer. Our Charlie loved her, too!
Once upon a time, my dogs smell like poo (I have no idea why). Far far away (she's actually not that far), comes a magician who did a magical work on them. Now they smell fresh and well trimmed. Thank you Brittany! The bandana looks good on them!
Hands down the BEST groomer I have ever had. I have a pug with skin issues and she uses great quality products on her and her skin has never looked better. She's always on time, fast,treats every dog like her own and finishes her craft with the CUTEST scarf bows. Speaking about caring for her animals, I would have to say my favorite thing about her is that if she notices an issue she lets you know. I think that's admirable. She doesn't just wash them and hand them to you she actually looks at what she's doing and takes her time. You and your FUR baby will love Britney hands down! You will never have to go to a groomer and wait 5 hours for your babies.
Brittany did such a good job with our pup! We were a little nervous because Nugget is very hyper and it was his first time being groomed by someone else. Brittany made him feel so comfortable and said that he did such a good job! The shampoo and conditioner she uses is all natural and smells SO good. Thank you Brittany!! Can't wait to see you again!
The owner/operator of this business, Brittany, has groomed my aged dogs (collie and a boxer) for many years and done a beautiful job. She is not only talented in this field, but she has a heart of gold and genuinely loves dogs. She went beyond the call of duty for me when both of my dogs were diagnosed with cancer, yet they needed to be groomed until their passing. She was so gentle, loving, kind and she comforted each of them and took her time with them. I never hesitate to recommend her to anyone I meet who has a dog that needs grooming. You won't be disappointed. She has earned the five stars. Thank you, Brittany, for taking such good care of my sweet angels!
OMG. Brittney is amazing. We have a couple of special needs dogs that other groomers have always given us grief about grooming. Brittney not only put both dogs at ease our #1 was actually a happy camper. She was on time, took her time, and did an amazing job on all the fur babies. We have found the best groomer around!!

By far the Best Groomer in the OC and LA County!! Brittany takes extreme care with the animals and has a knack for calming down aggressive older dogs that aren't use to be groomed. The setting is perfect, your dog is one on one with Brittany, no barking or dogs clawing at cages, in fact there are no cages at all!!! Her mobile unit contains everything she needs including water and electricity so she doesn't have to plug into your house or use your water. She's is always prompt and on time; if your looking for a new groomer, you have found her!!

I've used Brittany several times a while back and I've called on Brittany more frequently now that my dog is a post IVDD survivor and I do not feel comfortable leaving him caged in kennels. Simply put, Brittany is the most compassionate, skilled, and professional groomer in the world. She is so understanding of my dog's needs and expert knowledge having worked as a veterinary technician is highly appreciated given my dog's new health condition. Not to mention that her grooming skills are excellent even with dogs as anxious as mine. She always rings my doorbell after Benson's grooming and I'm so delighted to reunite with my cute, good-smelling, fluffy pooch! read more

My dog is old. She is having a lot of health/heart problems and a car ride to the groomers would just about do her in... and then I met Brittany with @pupspalacemobilegrooming She came to my house and got everything taken care of with my little Boston terrier/pug, Sophie! Hands down to Brittany!! She is sweet and does a great job. I'm very content and pleased with her service. I did pay a couple of bucks more, but definitely worth itttt - 4hrs grooming vs 1.5hrs grooming, scared dog vs happy dog (I can tell London loved her), drop off vs at home (very convenient!), and last but not least ... HOW GREAT & FRESH HE LOOKS!!! read more
