Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

Ride confirmation for a 4:45am pickup. Flight departure was for 9am, so plenty of time was factored for any potential traffic/tsa delay. At 5:30am I received a call stating there was an issue with the reservation. 45 minutes after the contracted pickup. Situation Overview: There was another customer with a similar pickup time at Lido House. With a destination of John Wayne airport. That passenger, whom I do not know, indicated to the two drivers that she needed to go to LAX, and not John Wayne Airport. Newport Town Car Service chose to accommodate the customer who improperly booked their service, knowing full well, that my guest (whose name was confirmed on the reservation) would not be able to be accommodated. The other driver, could not accommodate a LAX trip and my executive team member was left without an option. He was then told to "check with the front desk, or call an Uber". A pretty unacceptable response from a car service. I understand things happen, and certain circumstances come into play. This issue should have never happened. I booked a service, communicated clearly who was being picked up, at what time, and their destination. I confirmed this the evening prior. This took place at 4:45am. I was not notified of the issue until 5:30am. A crucial 45 minutes when trying to get from Orange County to LAX for an international flight. Im sure this is a rare occurrence and most likely doesn't reflect how this business is run daily, but every decision made during this situation was wrong. Ive contracted dozens of car services throughout my career both domestically and internationally, and this is the first time Ive ever had something like this happen. Unfortunate and Costly.

After realizing my error in not asking the right questions, my wife found Angel Limousines. 4 days before my daughters bday party, they were able to get us booked with an amazing, clean, safe party experience for my daughter and her friends. They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival.
