Where do I begin...from the moment you walk in to the time you leave, you feel so comfortable with Joanna. She has the biggest smile and an even bigger heart and so knowledgeable at what she does. She began the facelift facial with a special type of massage that creates the calming and relaxing of muscles and hence the facial working better and giving you better results. She explained all that to me and as soon as she started, I felt so relaxed. Her hands are magical!! She has this device that she runs through you hair and it has an healing effect. I first was referred to her by Groupon, she was so kind enough to let me know that if I decide to go with the skin tightening treatment it will just dry out my skin some more. I had the skin tightening service, fibroblasting, done by Joanna. She sat me down and explained the process and recovery expectations, and even the risk (because I have fair skin) and I decided to proceed. The service was great and went smoothly. I immediately felt the tightening of my skin around the jowls and under my chin where I had it done. I used the after care as directed and the healing process was as explained. I'm a couple weeks out now and have noticed a lot less "play" in my skin in the treated area and can't wait for the final results in the next month or so. Joanna has been wonderful!
