He will discourage you,and make you feel unworthy of his time, and quite frank I almost stopped collecting coins and currency ,because he made me feel as if i should've been an expert nd not bothered him with question... that's alright because I plan to invest a lot of money into anything that is gonna make me more money and he lost my business solely on he rude responses and body language towards me.. Today Feb. 24 decided to go to Belvidere coin and collectibles to get a few questions answered. ended up being in there for two hours.. this man was so patient with me, gave me a bunch of free game on collecting dos and dont,and also took his time to explain things to me clear as possible.. on top of all of that he offers u a incentive program if you bring in a friend and they start to invest he even rewards you for that, I mean absolutely unheard of, yet great business move.. but outta all this... what sold me,,is....the accessory items I came into his store to purchase he Let me have for free.. to me it's the principal of the he already gave me great advise,tons more knowledge than I had,he made me feel better about collecting again, he gave me a cool bank bag with the company name on it,and above all even though I told him I couldn't accept it the man/I believe Pat "sorry if your reading this and that's not you" still above all this he had already done for me gave me the guide book of United States coins 2022 (red book).. the ultimate gesture.. he has locked me in and has earned himself a new customer that will be spending PLENTYYY of my money with with no fear or hesitation..and if I can find a way to upload the pieces he pulled out for me today I will upload them,just to prove and back this all up 100%.the coin proof set he pulled off the shelf Is 10 times more stunning than what I had originally planned to grab,this "2 coin American Eagle San Francisco silver proof set has me still, two hours later gazing at these coins.(not lying) the man is very good at what he does. One day, his store was already closed but I really needed money for a car problem that Sunday. He actually met me at the store while I was in a bind on his off day!!! No other business I know goes above and beyond for his clients the way he does. They don't make em' like him anymore. If you have any gold, silver, even broken jewelry and sterling flatware... he takes it all. And he has practically any coin you want. I highly recommend going here for your jewelry/coin needs. He'll definitely take care of you in a respectful and honest manner.

He went above and beyond which needed up being a warranty claim. I hear that these shops don't nake much off of warranty work but Cliff still took it on and even discovered stuff He had never seen before. His updates over the phone were extremely detailed and through as well as when I picked it up. He even showed me the old engine and what happened. I highly recommend this business and will definitely come back in thr future even just to do a oil change so I can support his business as he deserves to continue staying in business. Called in February because we saw an ad that said $99.00 Winter Tune-up rate. Apparently they were sooo busy they couldn't pick up my tractor until March. Then when they picked it up, we confirmed that we would still get the February $99.00 rate even though it was March!! The guy that picked it up told my 80 year old Mother that we would still get the February Deal. And then they told us it would be another three weeks before they got it back to us! The tractor was supposed to be back on the 15th of April (already closer to a Month) but no one calls. On April 16th (FIRST BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND) we get a call from Jeff that says our tractor is ready and it will be delivered on Tuesday. The BILL!!!! OVER $400.00!!!! For a TUNE-UP ON A LAWN MOWER!???!! I called him back and said "NOOOOO" you told us we would get the $99.00 Winter Rate! He said "oh no, that's for a Walk Mower!!! Ummm, you picked up a Rider, why didn't you mention that then!!! He says, Oh we never discussed price!! Just to be clear, we don't EVER look to a Mechanic for ANYTHING without discussing PRICE!! I'll go on and complain about the $440.29 we spent on this same tractor last spring, but it had been a couple of years since we had it in so we were kind of expecting it last year. When we got it back last year, it cut my grass in strips because the blades were uneven and it leaked oil all over the garage floor. I didn't call to complain last year because it wasn't until May 15, that we got it back and into June before I saw the consistent problems. By that time, you can't go 3 weeks without your mower when your mowing 1/2 an acre. It was running and cutting the grass, I'll just know better next year and get it in sooner. And honestly, had NO intention of bringing it back to SCHULTZ after the lousy jiob they did last year until we saw the ad for $99'00. Well let me tell you, getting it in sooner is not the key. Getting it in annually, not the key!!! NOT TAKING it to SCHULTZ, now there's the key!!! I called back today within 15 minute of the first phone call and said "don't do any work on my tractor" Jeff says, "Oh, it's already done" WHOA, who authorized those repairs?? And if you have it done, return it. He says, we don't have anyone here to deliver it. Seriously?? You slam everyone with these prices and you can't afford to employ someone on a Saturday in the Spring of Wisconsin? AWESOME!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Service, they take advantage of elderly Women, complete unauthorized repairs, take waaaaay to long and do a lousy job!! Great Job there people, way to keep the local business. Screen is fixed but now laptop fans make it too loud to use, seem to have traded one issue for another. Ended up just buying a new one. Owner seems to be a fine guy but was not a good experience I would recommend to others. If I had been more local and not out of state constantly, would've picked it back up after the first month and went to Best Buy or something. Maybe those with more technical PC knowledge will fare better.

Since they have limited hours and the drive was about 45 minutes, I wondered whether it was worth the trip. IT WAS! My favorite purse was perfect except that I had worn the strap where it sits on my shoulder. To me, all that was needed was a piece of leather that was sewn over the damaged part. The leather workers to whom I spoke said it either wasn't possible, not worth rheir effort, and/or unstable (!). 1) It was easy to find; 1 mile east of Glidden and 72. Large sign. 2) She as incredibly friendly and welcoming. She looked at the purse and gave me some options (either do what I had suggested to the leatherworkers or replace the strap altogether. I opted for the patch. One week later, I picked it up and it was perfect (and more comfortable than the original strap). She had also re-inforced the points where the strap was inserted into the body of the purse. I'm delighted with her work and will go back with my shoes.
