My skin was stuck from all the acrylic. Nail tech filed majority of my previous color off but not completely also she used nail filer, instead of a drill & cut my skin which caused bleeding & discomfort. Called the nail salon & asked for a repair, I came in was told that I could not book with a different nail tech. Again same nail tech filed off color with nail file and caused irritation and discomfort that lead to bleeding. After repair, I can still see my previous color after all the filing and cuts and blood. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. Overall even after the repair I was not satisfied with my nails. Their customer service is great I'll give them that.

Thankfully, I keep some spare gel polish and was able to wipe and redo my chipped polish at home. This is a convenient, easy to find location and a busy salon. There's plenty of parking onsite! They mentioned it was an additional $15 for the gel on top of the $30 basic pedicure service. I asked for a lighter chrome nail (reference photo attached). My friend asked for a sparkly pink. Throughout our service, I noticed how our techs had different ways of servicing us. My friend's tech seemed to be a little more detailed and meticulous with her service. My tech seemed to rush through her process. She appeared annoyed when I asked for a specific chrome color on top of the gel. Two people mentioned how it was gonna be additional $15 just for the chrome. I told them the price was okay but they kept asking me for reassurance. Then they proceeded to mention how my toes were too short for the powder. But again, I was still charged the whole additional $15 for the chrome powder anyways. I showed my tech my reference photo at least 3 times throughout my service. To make sure our visions were aligned. When she finally put the chrome powder on my toes, she applied it with her bare fingers. Which I felt was unsanitary and left my toes streaky. After the powder was applied, I assume she was going to wipe/rinse off the powder. But she only used her finger and a brush to do so. The photo of my results was after I got my own wipes to clean them up. When I tried to clean my cuticle, the gel ended up peeling. I've left photos of both my reference photo and results. Overall I paid a total of $60 for my gel pedicure + chrome powder, and another $45 for my friend's gel pedicure. I really tried to be optimistic during my service. However, I did leave disappointed. I've been to this place before and never had an experience like this one.

While sitting in the chair I opted for the first upgrade from the basic service, the Deluxe Pedicure for $50. It was quite nice and very relaxing. I almost could have dozed off for a few. The treatment was precise and gentle where required, firm but not rough or aggressive with salt scrub, massaging, or hot rock application. Definitely deserving of more than the suggested 20% tip that pops up on the screen when checking out. And my nails look perfect. Of course the color selection was my touch so of course I love that. Felt good getting a little pampering. I was long overdue. There was little to no conversation, but I was preoccupied with catching up on social media so I wasn't bothered by this. Finally, a nice little Bonus. Was gifted some Bare Soak silky butter lotion 100ml since this was my first time here.
