Stopped in because I was desperate need of a pedicure. That and I was wearing new black sandals and the dye made the bottom of my feet look like I've been walking bare foot through a coal mine. They took very good care of me, and the customer service was excellent. I know there are reviews that bash the service, but my experience was quite the opposite. Service was pretty good here. The waiting area windows are kinda dirtier than I care for, but I wasn't sitting there very long. I really liked the end product though. I got a regular manicure done here and left for vacation the next day. On my second day of vacation I was eating crab legs with my hands. Horrible service. Waited a long to even get any service. They claim they do dip powder nails but they cheat you by doing gel. I've been doing dip powder for about 5 years and dip powder is the natural way to go it does not involve any UV light. And these people do Uv light how is that natural? Your basically just doing gel and charging for dip powder?? I know the difference between both I tried this place only cause I'm new to the area and my usual nail place is out of my way. But I guess I'll have to drive the extra 30 minutes just to actually get what I pay for. Not to mention my sister in law waited over 45 minutes just to get her nails done. She sat and waited patiently as 3 new people came and got attended to before she did. She still didn't say anything but seriously? These people don't value anyone's time. I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails & the service I receive & this place definitely deserved it!! Eve did my nails & she did a FANTASTIC job. No one in here was talking bad on anyone! They kept checking in to make sure I liked their work & I love it! My 2 year old got her nails & toes painted by who I believe was the manager & she was so patient with her! My daughter was so happy! My toes came out great & the 2 other ladies did my fiancé's mani & pedi & he loved it! He was asleep half the time.. this was a 30 min drive for me because I had to do stuff in the area but I most definitely will be back & recommending this nail salon! I had been here before about 8 months ago.. I currently go to another salon on my route home. I made appointment for my daughter with Eve at 9 AM upon getting there I was asked if I would like to get my nails done too I did need them done so I took the opportunity to get a full set completed. I sat down at the station behind where my daughter was. And the lady started to do my nails I had my back to my daughter so after 15 minutes I failed to realize that Eve hadn't even showed up.. I asked my daughter if she wanted someone else to help her and the lady doing my nails replied there's nobody available she'll be here, I said how much longer do you think and she said I am not sure. I sat there and after she applied the acrylic I noted that one nail my index finger to be exact with significantly shorter than the rest of my other nails, I brought this to her attention and She replied by saying it's going to hurt for me to take it off and I said OK well I'm not going to have my nails like this she looked upset she put some acetone in a cup and I soaked my finger for about five minutes and she took off the existing acrylic and replaced the nail after she replaced it she replied to me with an attitude is there anything else and at this point I'm feeling a little uncomfortable because I'm paying you for service and as a customer you should want to make sure that I'm satisfied... Eve finally......... showed up at about 935 and didn't realize because my daughters 13 that her mother was sitting behind her she brought over there appointment book slammed it on the desk where she was going to do her nails and didn't even acknowledge her with an hello, I'm sorry for being late, I apologize NOTHING. Now this is the reason why I stopped going here the attitude and entitlement everybody that works here has.... People work hard for their money and when you decide to splurge on yourself you deserve regardless of how old you are to be treated with respect my time and my daughters time is just as valuable as hers but in that moment she didn't care because I'm sure of how young she looked. I called back later and I spoke to Eve and brought this to her attention she didn't really have anything to say to me which is fine, I will never go back and I hope you don't waste your time because you deserve to be treated well when you're spending your hard earned money. I came in today for my first time for a gel mani/pedi combo. Eve did my manicure and the design on my toes. I absolutely love it! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it and even enhanced the design. She did several coats on my gel manicure and let me sit under the UV light for a long time so I am hoping that they don't lift or chip, however, she said if they do to come back and they will fix it, no charge. Great customer service! I went during happy hour so I got a discount as well. Can't beat a gel mani/pedi for under $50. The atmosphere is relaxing and all of the girls seemed very sweet. Update: really wanted to like this place. The nail technician started getting a huge attitude after I asked her if she can fix my nail polish (smooth it out)- she knicked my nails and messed up the polish. She kept thickening and piling on the polish to cover it to where it was so thick and ugly looking I finally had to ask her to just take the Polish off and do that one nail all over again. She started going arguing with me and THEN started talking to her coworkers in her native language. I don't care if she was talking about me or not, the timing and everything was just plain RUDE! Not only that... another customer came in and she straight up left me to attend to another client, and had me wait for another tech to become available. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEN I saw something I wish I hadn't. Because they were getting so busy, they would just remove the black fan/jet vent looking thing from in one water that a customer's feet was in- into another new customer's water. DISGUSTING. It was either the owner or manager saw that I had seen and saw my face and began apologizing for the wait during my nails being done and kept asking if I needed anything else. I usually like to only post positive reviews UNLESS it was an absolutely terrible experience but this finished review is long overdue. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. So far so good... they're not chatting in another language amongst each other where you can't understand like other places do. My lady is actually pretty quiet (which I don't mind at all). A little pricey compared to Orange County where there's a nail place on every corner... and they Will try to upsell, as expected but wasn't forcefully pushed. I appreciate that. I would 100% not recommend this salon. Had 3 appointments today, and ended up canceling my last service scheduled. If you are not one of their regulars they definitely make it known that you are treated differently. They rushed through the services and we paid more for the better services to not even receive the full service. While we were there another group came in and the girl told the tech how she wanted her nails. They agreed on the length and the tech continued. The girl then said they are too short you filed them too much and the tech responded with "it's too late, they will grow out in two weeks, and that there was nothing she would do about it" the girl stated multiple times she was filing too much. I work in customer service and those are not professional response. Plus the tech Eve was trying to voice her opinion on certain products without being knowledgeable about the products she is using. Save yourself your money and look for another shop. This shop doesn't care if you are happy with the service or not. read more

well.. to start off if you are using a debit/credit card you must spend more than 30 (which most people use cars these days). My total was for 27 and they asked me if I can go to 7 11 to get cash. Another thing, the nail polish color I wanted was running out so it was patchy and the lady had to do 4 layers. I told her it might be to think thick and will easily come off she said I can come back if that happens. I came in for color. I requested gel and one nail to be chrome. They where horrible! I had bubbles in all my nails. You can see the layers of gel! She left glitter in all my nails from when she did the chrome. I asked her to fix them and she seem upset. Anyway I called about 10 nail places and after talking to the person who answered the phone she was soo nice (sorry I totally forgot your name). She answered all my questions politely and I came in right away. They're very nice here offered me water. No other please has ever done that to me. They go above and beyond. On Monday I broke a nail and I called right away and Eve took me in re did my nails at no charge. Eve is very helpful and has a very calm demeanor. Ok so I wanted to have a nice daughter mother Saturday getting manicures I wanted a normal manicure and my dumb ass let her talk me into getting some new product. I told her I hated acrylics cuz they ruin your nails she promised me this wouldn't be like that and it would look like my real nails. When she was done my nails looked horrible you could see my real nails under them and on the sides sticking out. I asked her to paint them they looked horrible she told me that you can't paint these it won't look right. As I'm paying the receptionist she noticed how bad my nails looked apologized and called over Michelle who did this mess. At that point Michelle says they don't look right and she will take 5 dollars off seriously that's it I'm walking out with my nails a mess but at that point I don't have time to argue so I go home and my husband took one look at my nails and said hell no let's go get your money back. We go in my husband asks for the owner or manager and Michelle comes over my husband explains you need to give her the money back this is horrible and she tells my husband she doesn't understand what the problem is that I was happy with them when I left lying right to my face and my husband. So I said wait a minute if I were happy why did you take 5 dollars off seriously you knew I was not happy. At that point she started yelling at me telling me I'm not welcome there anymore and to leave. This was a nightmare and to top it off she ruined my real nails. Never again. read more

My sister and I came here to get one underarm wax, one mani and two pedis. I had the wax so I was able to get taken care of really fast. The wax itself was very fast and not painful. Right after I was then moved to a pedi chair to get my pedicure. Very smooth and no problems. Except for my sister waiting out in the waiting area for about 1hr and 45mins. Ridiculous if you ask me. Yes they were pretty busy but don't inform the both of us tht the wait would be about 20mins, but then have one of us wait for 1hr and 45mins!! I mean my service was okay and the lady who did the service was very kind and sweet. My downsides to this place is the hot oil pedi for $25 ... I was expecting more. Hot oil my ass!! Overall the service is very slow and does not know how to manage time between clients. So yes, 2 stars it is. We've been here for too long and I'm still waiting for my sister to get done. So I decided not to get mine done because then my daughter would of had to wait another hour for me. We came in at 3:00 and didn't leave until 4:20.
