Your nail tech advised that had NEVER happened to a matte manicure and said I had to come so they could take a look at it. When I came in the next day, you provided different information than what your nail tech advised on the phone. I explained to you the paint was chipping and I do not recall you stated it was fading. The issue was addressed when I came in and explained. You simply told me it was wear & tear but did not offer to re-paint.
