I have had my lashes done for the past 6 years, so I've been to probably over 20 people. LIPS at Lash Republic was one of, if not the best, technician I have ever had. She was kind, attentive and highly skilled. My eyes never burned and my lashes are totally comfortable. With many other technicians, I've had glue in my eye, lashes stuck too close to my skin, or clumps. Not with LIPS. She rocks. The only thing I would say is that I don't prefer the lashes she used for my volume set. They are light and pretty, but the ends of them trail off and look almost light brown. I like my lashes to be black and thick. I will inquire about different lashes next time because I'll definitely be back. read more

Update: It has been 4 days since I had a fill at Luxe Lashes Which the owner REFUSED to fix for me claiming that it was only Normal lash fall out. Now the right eye where the lashes on outer corner have fallen off only hours after are now almost all gone !!! This same eye no longer burns either (I was so upset that I forgot to mention that) So left eye has such a thick lash line ( definitely Not the Classic Lashes I asked and paid for) hardly any lashes fell off to my right eye that looks absolutely ridiculous!! Oh and yes all Daisy or the receptionist can say is that this is Normal... This place does not stand by their 4 day policy Only what they deem is acceptable lash loss! In less than 30 days I was there 3 times and spent over $200 plus and 4 hrs of time just to have to have them removed and start all over (not how I like to spend my days off) This is not normal and everyone please do your research and yourself a favor, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! I would highly recommend Lash Republic. I did a search for eyelash extensions and this popped up and had a great opening promotion. I called and got in same day. Shi took great care of me. This was my first eyelash experience and was unsure of what i wanted but knew I wanted to look natural. Shi recommended "gorgeous" or whatever the 2nd level one is called. I love them!!!!! She also gave me after care instructions. I had a sweaty workout less than 24 hours from my service and not a single lash fell out. I haven't had any issues with them. I haven't written a review in over a year so this just goes to show how excited I am that I have a new lash place to go to. I go back and forth from Los Angeles to Vegas a lot. My original lash lady in LA is always super booked and all the places I have gone to in LA for a fill, always hurt my eyes or they don't do a good job. So finally I decided to search on yelp for a place in Vegas. I was given Kristy as an eyelash tech and she is just the sweetest!! Right when I walked in, she was super nice, super patient and super inviting. She asked me questions about my previous lashes and made sure to ask me what I wanted before we started. I was there for a 2 week fill for volume lashes and it only took 45 mins. Kristy was really gentle with my lashes which I super appreciate because the place I went to before to get a fill, the lady kept pulling on my eyelashes and she kept making my eyes water the whole session. It was horrible! So I'm glad Kristy was able to fix my messy eyelashes without hurting me. The price is super reasonable and it's a lot cheaper here than in Los Angeles, so I will be back. I came out the store with full and beautiful lashes, thanks again Kristy! BTW they have the most comfortable chairs! They're so soft to lay on and the blankets are fluffy. Love love love this place. Firs time getting lashes done in years and came here and have been seeing Jade. Inside it is GORGEOUS and calm and quiet and a very soothing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and all the furniture is so comfortable from the seating area to where you sit to get your lashes done. The best place to get your lashes done in Vegas! The first time I came here, I was very lucky to have Maddie! She came to my rescue, I originally got my lashes done from a different salon, and the lady from a different salon had glued my lashes to my eye lid!!!! Thankfully Maddie helped me get most of the bad ones out, because I was in so much pain. My second time I went to Carrissa, who also did a WONDERFUL job! On my third time for getting a fill, the receptionist told me that Maddie and Carissa were fully booked but that Lisa had a last minute opening. Let me tell you, Lisa is also very talented and the most genuine, sweet person! She doesn't mind I bring my little dog with me every time! I actually upgraded to Mega Volume lashes with Lisa! Okay first off, Kristy is amazing. So gentle, you don't feel a single thing. I even joked if she did anything but once you take a look in the mirror prepare to be amazed. I prefer them full but a little on the natural side and they look so pretty. I've gone to someone before who was rough and they looked pretty but felt so heavy and felt like I had pounds of glue on. However lately, i'm not sure if they have gotten new girls or what but the professionalism has gone way down. I was supposed to have my lashes done by Melanie & first of all her nails were way too long she struggled putting the tape on my lashes to hold them down, and literally stabbed me with them. Her attitude was unpleasant and she wasted my time because I decided not to get my lashes done by her when she left me in the chair for 5+ minutes after cleaning my lashes and then proceeded to tell me she "didn't have enough time" to do my lashes??? She was so sweet and made sure to give me what I asked for my first set. I left feeling happy and beautiful! My first night sleeping I definitely slept on my face and ended up with some fall out due to my own negligence. I called the next day and they fixed my lashes no questions asked! I was serviced by Eunique for my lash fix and she was also amazing! My first set had great retention and I have no complaints. I came back for a fill and was sat with Jolie. She is also a rockstar and provided great care to my lashes. After two weeks I came in for another fill because I had went swimming and needed a little pick me up. I was serviced by Jen who is another amazing lash artist! We changed my lash style from cat eye to doll eye and I am in love!!! Each one of these lash artists are extremely talented and the customer service at LuxeLashes is very refreshing. They care about their clients and it shows.
