Me and mom have been going here for many years. After the new took over the place kinda went downhill, so we stopped going. A friend had mentioned to us that new owners had taken over and it was like a hole new place. So, we decided to go again. I had made an appointment for 1@ and had to wait about 15 mins or so. I got a no chip polish and two nails chipped by the first day after. Another on day 2. I also got acrylic full set on my toes and was charged a full set plus an extra $5. Not sure what the extra $5 was for especially since they didn't even have to use the fake nails and only like 1/3 of the acrylic. Even that started chipping by day 3! So now after $88 I have an awkward looking chipped toe, a terrible looking paint job on my toes, and 3 chipped fingers in leas than a week! Plus the fact the guy was very confused and rude when I asked for acrylic on my toes. After my nails I had to sit and wait for him to finish since nobody else would do it and after 20+ minutes he came over and wouldn't even look at me he just looked annoyed. Went yesterday to get a dip taken off and another dip put on. Had a great experience with Anne. She didn't waste my time by just having me sit for extra long with the nail polish remover, instead she put it on one hand, moved to the other, and immediately moved back to the other one to get the dip taken off. I loved how my new dip turned out. I also like that you can tip on card. I literally never have cash for tip and I enjoy that I don't have to make another stop before I get my nails done. read more

Updating my review as I continue to receive excellent service here!! I have been going to luxe nails for years now and have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is always very friendly and I can tell they go above and beyond making sure their customers are happy. With so many negative reviews, it leads me to believe some people just cannot be pleased no matter where they go. I highly recommend them as your place to get your nails done. If you have a negative experience, give them a chance to make it right as I am sure they will make every effort to remedy the bad experience. I have posted an additional picture of my most recent dip powder French manicure I had done this morning as proof they do hr I have been here several times now and each time I have gotten great service and my nails came out looking great! I have gotten pedicures with no chip, manicures with no chip, acrylics, and dipping powder. I have found I personally prefer the dipping powder as it seems to last the longest for me while keeping my nails underneath very healthy still. I have gone a couple times and had to wait 20-25 mins but it was very busy. Even with that being said, the technicians who did my nails on those days took their time and did a great job. I am very happy with luxe nails and will continue going there. It isn't cheap, but you pay for the quality you are getting. You can probably find a less expensive nail salon, but you are probably risking issues like poor quality or unsanitary conditions. All the work that has been done for me the technicians have always gotten brand new sterilized still in packaging tools to use on me. I have never seen the salon dirty and see the employees there cleaning all of the time to keep it near even during busy times. I also like that they have baked goods, coffee, and water to enjoy while you wait. I definitely recommend luxe nails! read more

Luxe Nail Lounge exceeds all my expectations on what a nail lounge should be all about. The moment you walk in you're transported into a luxurious like spa, for nails! The high end decor and relaxing ambience is great. You can tell they really cater to their's customers needs by creating a warm and inviting environment. Love that they play a mixture of different music. There's not a single TV in the salon, so it truly feels like a day at the spa. There is also complimentary water, coffee and cookies for customers. How awesome is that! Love Love Love how they have a palette of sample nails with gel polish on it at the front counter. You don't have to play the guessing game on what the color is for the gel polish. For those looking to do regular polish, they also have a full wall of polish. They have every color imaginable. What I most appreciated and love the most is that Luxe Nail Lounge carries the mood changing aka ombré aka temperature color changing gel polish. I thought this only existed in California! Not ever going back to one color gel polish :) The staff at Luxe Nail Lounge are super nice and friendly. You won't be disappointed! They also offer a range of other services such as waxing and more. I went in to get my nails done for my wedding on a Friday, there were not that many people in there at the time and the gentleman that did my nails paid very little attention to me or my nails and more attention to everything else going on in the place, including his phone. He got up multiple times throughout the appointment. He filed my thumb with a bit and wound up filing too close to my finger until I was bleeding and sore for 3 days. He did not shape my nails correctly, did not clean up my cuticles, left my nails wet and left fuzz from the towel all over my wet nails so instead of being smooth they all have little ridges on them. I was visiting a friend and stopped by this nail salon. It is dirty, the towels are bleached out and terrible choices of colors. The colors that are available are down to the last drop and the bottles look sloppy. I was offered a menu of different pedicures and I'm pretty sure everyone is getting the same pedicure.
