I'm generally a kind and patient person, but I believe it's important to be honest--especially as a repeat client. If you're operating an established business, it's critical to ensure that your staff is properly trained before allowing them to perform services on paying customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience here. During my recent visits, the same technician has provided my services, and both times were extremely frustrating. A pedicure took over an hour, and a no-chip fill-in took more than three hours to complete. On this last visit, the technician even left in the middle of my fill-in to eat, returned while still on the phone and chewing, and hadn't even started using the actual fill-in products--an hour had already passed just from filing my nails. This is simply unacceptable. Time is valuable, and no service should take this long under normal circumstances. While I understand that everyone is at a different point in their learning, clients shouldn't bear the cost of that with long, inefficient service. If you have several hours to spare and don't mind the pace, this might be fine for you. But for me, this was the last visit. I cannot continue to support a business that doesn't respect my time. read more

I had a hot stone pedicure with Leo. He did an excellent job. The business is clean and has good ventilation, unlike some where I have been overwhelmed with the smell upon entering. I went here when they first opened a couple years ago and had a great experience. On my next visit ( pedi, no polish as I was going for surgery) I had an inexperienced girl . She jabbed at my toes and made one bleed and they hurt for a couple days. I avoided the place for over a year and decided to try them again. I had a good experience and will return. read more

Just had gel nails with a glitter design done by Leo and Elee. Leo is very meticulous and did everything except the glitter design. He called over Elee to do that part since she speaks more fluent English. Both were also very personable. Being able to explain details of the design to someone who speaks enough English to understand was definitely appreciated. Especially considering the experience at two other local nail salons, despite having photo's of the exact nail color/design wanted, trying to communicate was exasperating. No joke!!! But, more importantly, the experience I had was top notch. Jakey was my technician from start to finish. He was attentive and warm in manner. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my time with him. And although there was a bit of a language barrier, his physical cues were all that was needed; and if he wasn't completely sure of anything I was explaining, he quickly grabbed a fellow technician to make sure he was understanding my requests correctly. Had an appointment for 6:45. Still didn't take me till almost 7:15. Wish they knew what I was saying. They don't seem to know English to well. They really should spend more time on the scrub since I did get the princess pedi. Just seemed rushed. I will be trying a different place near home. Leo did an awful job on my nails. He wouldnt listen when I asked him to paint the entire nail and he put on too many coats. My nails are so thick. They look horrible. He was so rough grabbing my wrists and he kept kneeing me with his legs. He didnt stop ever when asked too. Worst experience with a nail tech. I seen that this nail salon had a great reviews and I was in the area. The ladies were nice, but when someone came in for a pedi they switched my daughter to Leo for her nails. My daughter expressed that he was rude and snatching her hand and wrist. When she expressed that she didn't like the French tip because the line was extremely thick he got upset and started speaking in his language. Once asked if he could just do the entire nail all white he stated that he was almost finish. Mind you he did one nail and would put her hand under the light. She had two done on one hand and two and a half maybe three on the other hand. That's when the manager said they had appointments and that my daughter could wait until she was finished. That wasn't a problem being as she was almost done but we have been here since 10:45am and we asked for a nail polish change at 1:45. Being here over three hours is insane. Came in for a pedi and no chip mani. The ladies who did the pedi were really nice. The nail process took a little longer than expected, but pedi was great. I wouldn't recommend Leo until he learns to be a little more friendlier and not get offended when someone ask for something different. As a paying customer who tips well based on SERVICE I would have tipped a little extra for him having to make a change, but with his attitude I will tip the ladies and hope Leo does better next time. Of course when it was time to pay prices went up. I asked for an itemized receipt and everything says custom amount. She said soak off is $15 but she said she added it to one of the totals. I see why business is slow. Hopefully everybody's tip was included in the "custom amount" because the math isn't adding up. read more

I thought I finally found a good nail place. I had an appointment scheduled. They called me the day before my appointment asking why I wasn't there and told them it wasn't until the next day. Then I asked if they could still accommodate me and they said yes. Show up next day to my appointment and was not seen until half an hour later. Pedicure was okay, not the best. When it came time to my no chip manicure it was horrible. There were multiple cakey layers of gel before the color was put on making it all look clumpy and gross. I looked down to the floor and saw my uggs had clear nail polish all over them. I addressed the shoes and was told it was dirt and that they could not do anything about it. Even though it was clearly clear nail polish. The nail tech tried taking acetone to my shoes to "clean" them. When I complained about my nails the manager said you wanted three laters of colors to which I told her yes but not 50 layers of gel beforehand. No apologies no accountability. It wasn't until after I left the manager turned to my mother and ask what did I expect from them. She didn't offer a single apology or even offer to redo my nails. It was after I left she told my mother she would redo them. By then I was annoyed and had a bad taste of this salon in my mouth. Never again will I come back. Came on a Sunday, only 1 other person in the place. Before I go into this, I did ask if my girl had been doing this for a while, she said yes. With that said, it was a 2 min massage, she cut my toe, I paid for hot stone; that was a total waste of money. The nails are also of very good quality, and there is no need to repair them for the time being. The finished product goes well with Christmas too. I went in for a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was clean and the decor was very nice. It was not overly busy and they took their time to perfect their services. They didn't rush me or make me wait forever even though I was just a walk-in. Extremely disappointed. I sat for almost an hour for a pedicure (she seemed new and inexperienced) i got a no chip on my fingers and I asked for square and short. All of my nails are different sizes and shapes. Some are round and some are square, some are long, some are short and some were just filed diagonally. My cuticles were cut twice and I bled. When my no chip manicure was done I was told I was okay to put my shoes on. I put them on and when I got home all of my nails were ruined they are the texture of my socks and have completely moved and ruined. Not to mention they didn't polish my toe nails completely to the top. I waisted an hour and 45 minutes for nails that are ruined. Also I asked if my mom could sit in the seat next to me (not one customer was in there) and later some woman came out screaming in another language to the girl doing my pedicure about my mom sitting there. This was unprofessional and I could have done my nails better myself. Do not waste your time or money. read more
