They were able to get me in on very short notice. Did a great job but it is a little pricey.

I paid for my daughter to get her nails done and it was the biggest mistake. She couldn't get an appt at her regular nail salon for a fill so she gave this one a chance...... big waste of $60. The nail tech left a noticeable dip on each nail which undermined the integrity. She had four nails break doing minimal everyday chores. The person who said she was the manager was very rude and didn't offer any solution except "this nail salon isn't for you". very unprofessional and she refused to give contact info for the owner. She actually hung up on her then she called her back to fight with my daughter some more!! Poooooor customer service and a waste of money. Don't go there!!! My mom and I have been going to Luxe for years and have always been pleased with the services we receive here. Tabbi is my go to person and has done my pedicures, acrylics, gel manicures and dip polish and I'm always very happy. Whenever I come in Tabbi is so friendly and her personality always makes my appointments more fun. The salon is very clean and it takes plenty of safety precautions for your health. Make sure to call ahead and get an appointment, because it is always pretty busy inside. If you're looking for a new nail place- consider this your sign to come here! read more

I called to make an appt with a specific person who was busy, and the girl says I do a good job. I'm the receptionist to and I can get you in. So I thought ok, I'll try her. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE MISTAKE. I've been getting my nails done for 35 years and this was the worst set of nails I've ever had done. They were thick, bumpy, misshapen and all different shapes. Pedicure was extremely rushed. Not thorough. Not friendly. The overall experience was terrible.

My pedicure was more like a polish change. Bare minimum cuticle work, callus remover, no sugar scrub or foot mask, and worst of all...NO LOTION or cuticle oil! I have never received a pedicure where I did not at least get some lotion quickly applied. I was charged $55 for this. To add insult, the pre-set tipping options were 20, 30, and 35%. Absolutely not. Service is a big hit or miss. Last time I was in, my brand new pair of Birks was ruined by a guy who sort of slopped a bunch of oil on my feet after my pedi- just prior to me leaving. I should have known to say something- but I didn't. I just put my shoes on and followed him. It wasn't a great pedicure to start especially considering how much they charge. I just moved to Kansas and have been looking for a dip nail place. This was a recommended place by a friend. I called to make an appointment and a girl answered the phone not mentioning what business I called. Before I could even finishing asking if this was indeed the correct place or mention why I was calling, the girl on the other end started over talking me and telling me they were completely booked and I could be added to the waitlist. I thought perhaps the phone cutout and she just didn't hear me talking so I let it go and proceeded to give her my information for the waitlist. I got a return call within 10 minutes letting me know they had an opening later in the day. So I took it. Upon arriving parking was a bit of an issue, not sure if there is extra somewhere but there was very minimal parking near the entrance. I walked in all excited as the place looks very nice. Neither girl at the front desk said hello or acknowledged me, so I said hi and that I had an appointment. There was a short haired blonde who's voice sounded familiar from the call that Rudely said yeah pick a color. I was like I'm sorry this is my first time I don't know where those are. She then pointed to a corner of the room and said there. At this point my excitement was dwindling. I picked my color and walked back to the desk and being that I just drove an hour to check this place out I asked where the restroom was. The same girl said "it's over there turning her head in a direction" at this point I almost walked out. I couldn't understand why she was being so nasty. Mind you this place is large and lots going on so being I have never been here I was simply asking so as not to stumble into the wrong area. My tech finally called me over. Very nice but she was constantly texting and answering calls during my service. She dipped my nails about 7 times in powder so they were pretty thick and looked very rounded on my nail bed. She said she was done but I asked if she could thin them out a bit which I'm not sure she liked very much. Kept telling me it would ruin the color to which I let her know that was okay. She asked me to wash my hands and meet her at the checkout when I was done. As soon as I paid (in cash) and trying to grab change she comes over to me and tries to put oil on my cuticles! I said "oh I'm sorry was I suppose to go back to the table after Washing" she's like no. Umm then why are you putting oil on my cuticles as I'm grabbing change! Honestly this whole experience here was uncomfortable and I wish I had gotten the name of the girl at the front desk because that was just uncalled for. I debated on 2 stars but went with 3 because the price is reasonable and they have a nice color selection. Sanitation wise they seemed to be on point using new and bagged tools on each person. read more

Had such a wonderful experience here. It was the first time I've gotten a mani/pedi since the pandemic and it was so great. My friend and I had an appointment, got in, chose our colors and were taken to our chairs fairly quickly. They were super friendly and attentive. Then I had a gel manicure and Teresa is my girl crush. Loved how my "sqoval" nails actually looked even, the gel is thin and not caked on, and she did an amazing job at marbling. Totally respect the process even though it looked questionable at the time haha I'll definitely be back and tell all my girls about this place. I came here to get my first pedicure in over a year. I got there at my appointment time but I did have to wait about 20 minutes. The pedicure itself was excellent, the interior of the salon was nice, and I thought the prices were pretty on par with other places in the area. They also offered complimentary beverages. This salon opened not too long ago. I am very impressed with the attention to detail and safety in place to make sure staff and customers are safe. Shields and masks are in use. The customer service here is below par. The salon is not a welcoming place due to Kristy being rude and ignoring customers who come in. People that work there do not greet all customers. When you make an appointment to come with a friend or relative, they do not accommodate you and seat you together for services. read more

Second time I've tried this salon. Won't be back. Horrible nail tech. Nobody has a name tag in so no name. Nails looked awful and smudged after drying for 20 minutes. They never let coats dry in between. Always in a rush even though they weren't busy! read more

Luxe is the best salon for dip powder that I've been to! Rex is the best and takes his time making your nails top notch. My dip from Luxe does not chip and lasts close to a week longer than other salons. The atmosphere is also beautiful and more of an upscale nail salon vibe with good, competitive prices. I wish I would have came to Luxe for my wedding nails. I wanted to come here with my bridal party but went elsewhere due to the deposit requirement that was non refundable if someone in my party was unable to attend after all. Still, I am a huge fan and will be a returning Luxe customer! read more

This was my first time at Luxe and I had a great experience! I got dip nails and added tips. My nail tech was so patient and really took her time to do my nails right! She even added a gel layer on top to seal the nails and told me that it would last longer that way. Waited 20 minutes past appointment time, no hot water for a pedicure (said they ran out because they were busy) , she started to try and peel off my old gel pedi so I suggested a drill, her drill bit was a huge gold one and went all the way to my nail, foot massage was lazy and ineffective, her own nails were digging into my skin, soaked off dip mani in the pedi chair, seriously the worst from beginning to end which was over 2 hours. 2 stars only because the end result looked decent but I won't be back. And I doubt they'll stay on for long. read more

The first time I came here, I made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before I even got to pick my color. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes before anyone was available to do my nails. My nails were soaking way too long and the roller tool should've been used to take off the previous dip. I was at the salon for 2 hours... I came in 2 ish weeks later to get a broken nail fixed because my top coat was chipping just a week after getting them done. Heads up--they charge $4/nail to fix after the 1 week mark. Even when I came to get it fixed, I still had to wait 15 minutes to get it fixed after calling ahead and setting up a time. The nails looked great when they were originally done... for a week. I just feel like they need more employees because both times I have come in, I have had to wait even after making an appointment both times. I was there for 50 minutes just to get 1 nail repaired. The place is really nice and clean, but make sure you have at least an hour to spend there before going in. read more

I got the fancy mani and eyebrow and lip wax - I tried to call ahead but there was a busy tone - so I just showed up and BOY are they busy . DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service ever. I've been to nail salons all over the country and never had an experience like this. My first time in I had excellent customer service and everyone was very kind and I walked out with beautiful nails. However, the next day one of them broke- all I was doing was opening mail. I went in shortly after and they fixed my nail for free. 2 days later I was opening my car door and ANOTHER nail broke- I went in again and they charged me $5 to fix it, no big deal- I just assumed it was a bad week for me and that the rest of my nails were fine. But- the next day I was folding laundry and yet ANOTHER nail broke!!! And today while I was simply putting a fluffy blanket in my washer ANOTHER nail broke! All I was doing was pushing it into my washer and it just snapped off! A total of 4 nails broken within a week- all snapped in the same exact place. In the photos you can see where they broke- and you can see on the other 2 photos that all my nails have a dip in them in the same spot- it is thick and then gets thin in the middle and that's where they are breaking. I called and spoke to the manager to try to resolve the problem and she was no help at all. I explained to her that the nails get thin in the middle. She accused me of lying and saying I was "Being hard on my nails" and "hitting them hard against things" I said no such thing to anyone at the salon, I told them the first one broke when I was opening mail and the second when opening my car door. She accused me of lying and said I didn't tell them that- I have no reason to lie, if it was my own doing I would admit that. But this is now 4 NAILS BROKEN. I asked for the owners contact and she refused to give it to me- the she HUNG UP the phone on me! I called back again and asked for the owners contact again and she did the same thing- hung up the phone. I tried calling a 3rd time and No one even picked up. 5 minutes later the manager called me back just to fight with me some more, what a JOKE. Why call me back just to say the same exact thing, be rude and offer NO solution. They need some education on how to speak to the customers who are PAYING for services. They must be using cheap products or something. This has never happened to me before. The manager told me if this isn't the salon for me then I can go somewhere else, I told her with how she talked to me and offering no resolution that I would not be back. I have never been somewhere that I had almost 50% of my nails break. My mother is a nail artist back in my home state- I am not new to acrylic nails and in no way am I hard on them. I will never be back to this place and do not recommend them to anyone- cause if you have a problem they will not care to resolve it. I paid $50 for my nails and also tipped my artist 20% when I first got them done, I was excited to find this new place where the artists were very talkative and made me feel comfortable (AT FIRST), I was kind to everyone and this is how I walk away with the services I received. Be aware, this place is very clean and looks professional and nice but once you have an issue it's not professional at all and they must be using cheap products. read more
