Okay I am leaving this negative review not because of Zoe but because the unprofessionalism of Megan who did my boyfriends pedicure. I understand that your trying to sell products or service but he told her he only want a buff shine top coat 3 times and each time she insisted on a clear gel coat. It got to the point where I had to tell her from across the salon that he does not need get toe nails. She then approached me with the snarkiest attitude and said " so you want buff shine, but gel would last longer" IDC if it last longer if he wasn't getting buff shine he would be getting nothing at all. He doesn't need gel he does not need it to last long and I have already told this lady at this point 4 times that he just needs a buff shine. On top of that now she wants to approach me with an attitude? Absolutely not. Her service itself was a 1/5 stars as well. She cut his toes uneven and barely gave whatever that massage was, seemed like she was just petting his leg. I love zoe's service but this lady just ruined my whole experience at this salon and I will no longer be a customer here. If you want zen builder gel nails zoe is your girl.

The salon delivered outstanding service with a clean environment, a welcoming atmosphere, and nail technicians Zoe and Kim were both gentle and prompt. After being away from getting pedicures this salon was a good choice.

This was my very first time at Luxe nails and I was blessed with getting the nail artist Mia. I simply showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate the photo exactly!!! They have great service and pretty good pricing compared to other nails places!!!! Will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed, especially for a $131.84 total. My manicure alone was $81. I was quoted $45 for a fill but charged $57, plus $10 for cat eye, $15 for French tip, and an added $5 for color removal, even though this was supposed to be a fill. The quality does not match the price. There are visible dust particles in the gel, uneven application, and a noticeable dip between the French tip and base. The pedicure was $47 for a basic pedicure with callus removal. The technician was nice and removed a few ingrowns, but the massage was essentially just lotion being rubbed on. For my mother's service, she was quoted $55, but once we arrived they tried to charge $61, then said it was due to a removal. After I questioned it, they said it would be cheaper if paid in cash and ultimately charged $57, which was only addressed after I had already paid for my service. The worst part was the rushed nail removal. After drilling, the gel was peeled off, which damages the natural nail. When this was brought up, the technician denied it and the manager asked me if I was "there," which felt dismissive and insulting. This was my first and last time here.

Crying on my way home as I write this.... I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life. The person who did them was extremely rude and everything I said or asked her to fix she would just ignore me and continue to do what she was doing. Throughout the service I continued to say I wanted narrow stiletto nails and she said the best she could do was almond and the only way they could be how I wanted was if I got extra long nails. She then proceeded to rush through the appointment with no care on quality. The photos taken are as soon as I got into my car and this is also a brand new fresh set. The amount of errors and carelessness that went into this service is insane to me. The woman at the front desk who I believe was the manager was very nice and did try to help but at the end still charged me $52.53 as a discounted rate however with how badly done this new set was, I would expect to not be charged. The fact that I still was is astonishing to say the least. I came here to treat myself and left in tears, $52.53 down the drain, and nails that I am embarrassed to be seen with. I've never been this disappointed in a service in my life.

LUXE NAILS is very very busy. They prefer you have a reservation before you walk in, but they do still accept walk ins -- which is what we were. We waited quite a while before we could get service. We got seated in a massage chair. My chair was working. Hey! CLASSIC is the cheapest but since none of the first 6 color choices I made was available (all of them are out apparently) then I had to go with French Tip which is when I was informed that it would cost extra. Scrub and a hot towel massage are included with the pedicure. Clean cut and clean cuticles. My pedicurist works fast.

I was told to leave mid service due to double booking

I've never been treated like this before in my life. They canceled my appointment 7 minutes before scheduled due to a mix up with another customer. I come in and wait 15 minutes before finally seeing Zoey and then another 15 because she was not ready. She also had an attitude the entire time. I didn't like the color for the base and asked if she could change before moving to the next step. She rolled her eyes and they told me that I'm taking too much time (which we started 30min late due to her being on her phone and talking to other nail techs) and there is another appointment for someone else soon and that I would need to switch with someone else. My set would've been done sooner if it wasn't for the slow service and terrible attitude. I was told that my appointment would be scheduled as extra long due to the specific design that I wanted which was all discussed before the appointment. They told me they didn't have the time and said they were not going to finish my nails. "Have a nice day" I will not be coming back. Do not come here if you don't want to leave with sticky unfinished nails. Update: David from another nail salon down the street took care of me and was amazing!! They took me in after the terrible experience from this place. And they have free coffee.

Change of Prices and Service Sounds like a bunch of nonsense

I was coming here for months now. I recently went last month and their pedicure options changed. I can get almost all of these things in one pedicure with great service for $50-60 I just came here because it's close by my bfs house. I'd rather drive the extra 25 min than waste money here and not get a good basic pedicure. Overpriced and overhyped when you read what is actually included. Also don't call and book a pedicure at or passed 6 they will say yes to get you there and then have you wait til 6:30 to have a rushed appointment when they close at 7. they also charge you to use a debit card to pay.. and charge it as credit...illegal.

I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Nails today. The salon is clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. Rosa took amazing care of my feet , she was gentle, attentive, and did a fantastic job. My feet feel brand new! I also want to thank the manager, Linh, who as always made sure I got exactly what my feet needed and connected me with the right person. Their service and attention to detail are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend Luxe Nails, and if you can, ask for Rosa -- she's really that good!

My mom went to the salon today and got a mani-pedi. She asked for gel on both her hands and feet. She got greeted and was asked to sign in. Then was asked to sit down. She does agree with everyone with the fact that its very nicely designed. But the service was what ruined it. The lady who worked on her manicure was extremely rude practically throwing her hands around and threw the little pillow into her lap. She didn't even bother doing a good job with her cuticles she only cut the cuticles on one hand and not the other. Then she tells me that when they were painting her nails, the lady left gel all around her finger nails. My mom mentioned it to her and the lady responded saying "Im not finished" in a rude manner. Honestly i want to go see this for myself. I know my mom is honest but damn i didn't realize a fancy/calm looking salon was gonna have shitty costumer service. read more

I've been coming here for a year or so, but sadly won't be returning. I work in the medical profession and unfortunately can't have polish on my nails at work. The only time I get a gel manicure is over the holidays when I'm off work for a week. I rarely get manicures because of this, but I'm going to a festival this weekend and was excited to get them done. The woman doing my nails had already filed the surfaces of my nails down (to smooth the ridges) when I was told I cannot have the cow print design I wanted on ONE finger with regular nail polish - it can only be done with gel. I explained that I didn't want a gel manicure since I literally have to remove it in 4 days (we all know how annoying they are to remove). I understand their reasoning... that since they don't dry instantly, they tend to chip and are less predictable over gel. However, if a client understands the risk, why not do it? I really could care less if it chipped. I know regular polish chips easily, but it's the service I wanted. Then, on top of this, the bottle of polish I had put on my toes was dried and they didn't have any thinner to add to the bottle to be able to use for my manicure. So now I have mix matched nails... and plain finger nails that I didn't even want in the first place. I wish I just got the pedicure and left, but I stayed because my nails were all scuffed up already. Very disappointing customer service. The owner came back to explain her reasoning about 3 times while I was sitting there - which was also annoying to me. I wasn't causing a fuss, but I was unhappy. No need to explain it over and over again. She did offer me a free nail design the next time I come back in for a GEL manicure, which is a nice gesture. However, I don't give money to businesses that don't work with their clients. I'll find another salon for that. read more

So happy I finally found my nail spot! Great atmosphere and beautiful inside decor. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I had Jean do my pedicure and she has such a great energy she made my experience fantastic! The owner did my nails and she is just so talented. They have a great selection of high quality products. The inside decor portrays a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. They are very clean and sanitary. I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone I know about this absolute gem! My daughter and I have been coming here as a regular for the past 3 years, for gel and manicures. Normally this is a process that takes the technician 50 mins to an hour to do. This last visit the technician rushed through our nails and completed them within 15 mins, gel and manicure. The quality of work was subpar from our normal experience, so I let the manager Lynn know that my daughter was not happy with her nails and she seemed helpful at first. They offered to redo them, which they begin doing, this time with a different technician. The problems started when Lynn began making rude comments to my daughter to the point she began crying. The original technician even walked by a couple times giving my daughter nasty looks and at one point came to drop off some nail polish, slamming in on the table my daughter was sitting at. At that point I had enough I told them to stop, remove everything. My daughter crying, and the harassment and hostility continuing. While my daughter was crying they were laughing and speaking in Vietnamese to each other, presumably negative things about us. Once they removed the gel from my daughter's nails, we went up to Lynn and she started loudly making comments to me in front of everyone that we were trying to get free services and that we always try to get them to redo and get a discount. We have always paid asking price and never asked for any discounts in our many years of coming here. She may have us confused with someone else. At this point the harassment had not stopped, and my daughter beginning to cry hysterically, we ultimately walked out. Keep in mind my daughter's nails were still not done and we had wasted by the end of all this an hour of our time. We had ended up going to another nail salon that did the gel properly and with respect towards the customer. As a business you should understand that customer service comes first and you should always treat the customer with respect. Harassing the customer while you have them in a chair for something that normally takes an hour is unacceptable and expecting payment after that is even more ridiculous. You guys did a bad job, reluctantly offered to make it right, harassed us throughout, didn't even end up getting my daughter's nails done and still expected payment after, we are paying for a service to be completed, not your time. You lost our business and I'm willing to bet you've lost others in this same way considering the way you handled our situation. read more

I called to see if they can accomodate me in 45 min and the lady said yes and arrived and she checked me in and I must say it was fantastic! Jessica was great, not sure what color I would get and she recommended sheer collection. I highly recommend this place! They offer bottled water and I saw another customer being served with a champagne, not sure if it's free but definitely will get it next time! read more

Update, had to see my doctor due to the toe becoming infected. I'm on antibiotics. Ask the doctor what causes the infection he said not sanitation there tools and mix use of nail file. Just be aware when you have Services done at the location. Insist that the tools are sanitized and they are using new files every time. read more

I walked in today they were very busy but I only waited about 10 minutes to be helped. I got a full set in almond style nails with black French. Tammy did my nails and she did a great job with the shaping and the size that I asked for. Since it's October she even offered a Halloween design. I've driven past this place every day for the last two months and it has always caught my eye. Today I finally got around to making an appointment and let me tell you... I'm very glad I did! The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is absolutely gorgeous, and the service is impeccable! Ms Kim introduced to me to first set of gel x nails and I'm never going back. Her artistry and attention to detail is amazing and to top it off she is an absolute sweetheart. Also Lani (I may have misspelled that) was so nice and gave me one of the best pedi's I've had in a long time! Definitely would recommend spoiling yourself with a trip to this salon. read more

I REALLY wanted to love this place. It's actually really cute inside. I have a super cool 15 year old girl who had never gotten her nails done and I was going to take her for her first time. She was SO excited. I first tried to book online, and that didn't work, so I called and made an appointment. I told the person that answered that I would be there at 4:30, a few minutes later I got a text stating my appt time was confirmed for 4:45. That's fine, I thought, maybe they just want to make sure I don't have to wait too long since it's 2 of us. We arrived earlier than 4:30 and expected to wait a little, but NOT the hour we had to wait for them to even seat us. We finally sat down, and Jessica started on my 15 year old (I still had to wait an extra 45 minutes for someone to start on my manicure). She kept complaining to my daughter saying that she had to relax her hand-because her nails would look ugly if she didn't. She was already making it a NOT FUN experience. She was very rough on her hands and she even started bleeding. Finally Sunshine came and did my manicure. By that time, we were already so late to the party we were attending, and I let Sunshine know, so she did try to hurry. However neither Jessica nor Sunshine did a full manicure-no nail soak, no cuticle removal, not even lotion for a massage or anything to that sort. They were just rushed, and at that moment I guess I didn't care too much because we were on our 3rd hour (for manicures?!) When we were done, we hurried out and went to pay. They charged me $35 for my gel manicure, and $90 for my daughter's full set. I've never paid that much for a full set, but it was night time by now and we had to leave, so we paid and went on our way. The next day, I saw my daughter's nails. They were AWFUL! The sides of the nails lacked nail polish, they were lumpy and just looked so ugly. My daughter was so embarrassed and was trying to figure out how she could take them off. I was so sad that what could've been a fun first experience turned into a nightmare. I took it as a teaching moment, and I told her that we were going to go back and show them her nails so that they could fix their mistakes. When we got there, I showed the front desk person, and she gasped in agreement that they were horrible. She said that Jessica would take them off and redo them but that we would need to come back because she didn't have time at the moment. I told her that I drove from a far distance, and would like to get it taken care of today, and that I would wait. She said it would take 45 minutes, and I told her it was fine. We waited an hour and half. During that time I saw A LOT of people complaining about their wait time. At one point the front desk lady was loudly arguing with a customer. Everyone was upset because this business obviously overbooks and everyone WITH appts are waiting 1-2 hours. Finally Jessica came over to us and said "So what's wrong with your nails?!" She was noticeably upset that she would have to redo my daughter's nails. We quickly showed her the bad job she had done, and I was really nice and said, "Look I know you were so busy yesterday and very rushed, we just want it done right." I asked her if they don't remove cuticles at that place because neither my daughter or I were even asked if we wanted that done. She said they do, but that it's $5 more. I told her that I would pay her an extra $5 if she could remove her cuticles this time. She said she would do it if she picked a simpler design this time-like just one color instead of colored tips. We told her that was fine as we wanted it to be easiest on her. Now I think back and I shouldn't have let her off that easy. She started on my daughter and I walked across the parking lot to a couple of stores in the meantime. When my daughter was done, she met me outside, and she was CRYING!!!. She is such an intelligent, kind soul and she was in TEARS and it had less to do with what her nails looked like, but more to do with how Jessica treated her. She said she kept raising her voice at her telling her to soften her hands and telling her that now her nails were going to look ugly. I'm heartbroken that my girl had this experience when it was supposed to be light and fun and relaxing. NEVER going back here again. Do yourself a favor and go to a better place that won't nickel and dime you, that will do a better than crappy job, and that will be kind to you and your loved ones. Have been going here for two years now, but I don't think I will be coming back. Before this design I showed the nail tech two different inspo pics of what I might want (not the ones shown in the picture, different designs), she confidently told me she can do both, my first inspo picture was a cheetah print french tip, in the inspo picture it was a brownish yellow as the base, she pulls out this mustard yellow color and starts drawing the french tip and I tell her it's not the right color, she then pulls out all the different nail color and told me to pick myself, you're the nail tech? Shouldn't you be able to find the right shade, I start looking myself and couldn't find the right color so we decided to do another design-aura nails, in the inspo pic the nail base color is pink, but instead of repainting the color she just starts doing the design and daps glitter in the middle of my nail, the inspo picture was not glittery and it was just done with nail color polish, then she starts speaking Viet to the person in the front desk, and she comes over to me and tells me to make up my mind. I show the front desk my nail side by side compared to the inspo pic and asked her if it looks the same, then she proceeds to tell me it's suppose to just look similar.... and says yes with confidence. Since she can't do any designs properly I told her just to do regular white french tips, and she still manages to mess up...My nails look so bulky and the french tips just suck. I paid 70$ plus a 20% tip for this. read more

I've been coming here since Grand Opening and I just love LUXE NAILS !! My nails come out beautiful every time I make an appointment. I also appreciate how I always feel like a star when I'm there. Have you ever asked for champagne, if not you should! They also have pastries sometimes! I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this nail salon. I booked an appointment for a manicure at 4 PM, but just 15 minutes before my scheduled time, I received a call informing me that someone else had taken my spot. When I expressed my confusion, they claimed it was my fault for not confirming the appointment--something I had never been asked to do. I never received any confirmation text or call prior to the appointment, so I was understandably taken aback. To make matters worse, they tried to accommodate me by offering a slot at 4:30 PM with the nail tech I had requested. The problem? The tech was already working on someone else's nails at 4, so there was no way they'd be able to give me the attention I needed in the allotted time. It just seemed like they were hoping I'd wait around and waste my time. Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and poor handling of the situation left me very disappointed. 1st time visiting this nail salon & I definitely will not be returning. My gel pedicure experience was good, Sandy provided a good service. However, my gel manicure experience was disappointing. Diane started by removing my old gel polish with the filing drill, at 1st I thought she'd remove the top layer and then soak--as it should be--I was wrong. She filed all the polish off leaving the nails so incredibly thin and fragile. The service felt so forced, like doing the bare minimum was asking for too much. When Diane was "cutting my cuticles" she failed to use any cuticle softener, I could feel the tugging & pulling of my skin and she would only go in on the edges, it felt like a very lazy approach. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with the manner in with my nails were being treated that I decided to cut the service before she applied polish. I left with NO cuticles cut, despite the step being "completed" & with some of my old polish still visibly there, but I paid the price of a complete manicure... read more

In the beginning of February, I went to go get a full set and a pedicure. Reading the reviews they looked really good so I tried it out for my first time when I went into the location. The customer service was amazing. I got a pedicure and it was the most expensive one which I believe is $40. And the thing that I was really concerned about my pain was to get the callus taken off and to the ingrown removed. My ingrown were still in there I don't think she took anything out or tried to. The woman was very nice, but she was too gentle after two hours of having my toes done. They began to chip and looking closely it look like they smeared off as far as that I rate the pedicure a 4/10 I would not recommend it as far as my full set I was really in love with the way they came out. I'm like Marilyn d., I've been a loyal customer with the Tech Diane. I wanted something that will keep my nails long and strong and from splitting and they informed me to get dip powder and I ask if my nails would become thin and they said no. At the beginning she did a good job, and some of the other ladies there are very polite and a joy to meet. But after awhile she became to relax and doing my nails became less and less beautiful to me. The last time she did them on my right hand the same nail lifted always and I brought it to her attention and she copped and attitude with me, I always tipped her very good, and I don't think they should have their Tech ask a customer to tip them with cash I was using a CC for payment. This is second time I came here for the pedicure service. The first time I had Lynda, she is very patient and gentle, my ingrown nails also gone. This time I came back and I saw her was busy, then I had other technicians did my feet. Unfortunately, This technician was too rush, my cuticle not looked good and I was not be able to relax at all. I got my nails done on December 18th, 2024 for the holidays and they just now started coming off on January 16th, 2025. They have lasted me so long and my nail artist did such a good job to make sure everything was symmetrical and even. My nails were in very bad shape when I went in(brittle, thin and very very short due to me picking at them) and my artist made sure to put down extra acrylic and glue to make them sturdy. I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I felt uncomfortable because the staff was judging my nails and talking amongst themselves about me in a way that made me feel self-conscious. The technician kept looking up at me and whispering to others, which was very unprofessional. I expect better respect and kindness from service providers. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future. read more
