I've been here more times than I can count and there's a good reason for that. It's because they're amazing! I usually book my appointments online which makes it so easy and convenient. Every single one of their nail techs are so good that I'll usually book the appointment with no preference. Right when you enter the shop, it's vibrant, fun, and uplifting, just as a nail shop should be! The owner is the sweetest lady ever. I typically come here for a gel mani pedi. It takes about an hour because they'll have two people working on you simultaneously. Pricing wise, I think they're super fair and maybe even on the affordable side. I came here due to the great reviews unfortunately, my experience wasn't that great. I do want to start off with saying that the establishment is so nice and the girls are respectful and super welcoming. I do not like the quality of the service that I received I went in for a Mani and Pedi both with gel x. I love the shape that I received, and it was exactly what I wanted for my mani. I shared the color I wanted for my nails with an inspo picture and since I wasn't able to find the color myself, I asked the nail tech if she knew a color that would resemble the pic I presented, and I trusted her, but unfortunately, the end result was not what I wanted, and I did not have time for this to be fixed so I took it like a champ because I knew I can get it fixed elsewhere. When it came to my pedi I know not a lot of places do gel x on toes but I got this because my toe nails break off and I would like to have nice toes so that's what I requested and again I love the style and the color this nail tech was able to deliver what I wanted unfortunately she failed to check in with me regarding the length size so now I have uncomfortably long toenails For $140 I feel that both nail techs should be more attentive when it comes to detail and giving the client what they want and having that open communication if the first nail tech was having a hard time or needed more guidance in regards to the color she should've just gone to another nail tech and asked for assistance or told me that they aren't able to have a better color match to the inspo pic I shared when it came to the second nail tech again just having that open communication with the client to be able to deliver what they want read more

Made my appointment last night for 12:15, today. I got there and checked in at 12:10ish. I was informed that Zoey was running a bit behind. Ok no issue with that sometimes appts go over, no biggy. So they started my pedi, which was great. Then a gal came over and told me she would start the removal process for dip. Ok no big deal....until I soaked in that for 45 mins. The manager came over at one point to take off the product again to help. I don't mind waiting a bit..however I do mind when I make an appt and the person I asked for and made the appt with doesn't get to me until almost 50 mins after appt time. This wasn't Zoey's fault. Honestly I don't care whose fault it was. My appt time is mine. I expect the salon to honor it with the person I booked with. I'm a loyal customer. Do better. read more

I have been coming here for almost 3 years. I've always had a great experience. I have LOVED my nails every single time. Just recently. 4 days ago to be exact, I made an appointment for a dip powder set. I was assigned a tech I've never met before, I told her what I wanted but I wasn't specific and she also didn't confirm, so we both assumed... in the end, I liked my nails but I didn't love them. I knew they were a problem because the whole nail is ONLY dip powder and gel clear coat. I didn't even realize till she was almost done dipping the second hand. I learned my lesson in NEEDING to communicate exactly what I want, but again I've never had an issue before. Day 1 and that shit chipped off while I'm typing at work. Day 4 Christmas Morning the whole nail came off like nothing. I'm so disappointed, I don't have time to just come in and have them fix it. I'm sadly not coming back anymore. Shit sucks. $46+ and tip out the window. $46 for only dip and clear coat though is WILD to me. Update: End of day 4, allll my nails popped OFF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! read more

I have been coming here for years and today is the last time I come here due to the lack of professionalism from the owner and lack of care from the lady that did my mother's nails. The owner yelled at my mother and I in front of everyone after I told her I would pay with card instead of cash. The owner pressures clients to pay cash and even pays for the atm fee to avoid card payments. The lady that did my mother's pedicure was great but the lady who did her acrylic set tried to cut corners by not doing any nail prep so when I brought it up to her multiple times she kept saying later later so I finally asked the owner to clarify to her what the services I requested and she became defensive saying they never do any nail prep and that I didn't request it which I did as soon as we came in and was asked what we wanted done. After a horrible service, being yelled at in front of everyone, being pressured to pay cash and yelled at for putting away my cash to pay with card because the price was the same as cash (she gives a discount to pay cash) I will not come back here. We truly enjoyed coming here when the other ladies are around but the owner needs to work on her customer service and stop pressuring clients to pay cash. After reading other reviews, if you are a client, speak up if you are not satisfied because the prices are expensive and you should get what you pay for. Also, after checking my mother's nails we are seeing that a nail is lifting, the surface is uneven. The pedicure came out great so I am thankful for that. And before the owner replies with some ignorant response like she does with the others, yes we will be going to another salon. read more

The technician proceeded to ask me what I wanted, and I said a short coffin light pink she did not offer me to look at the colors just decided for herself. She proceeds to do my nails very quickly and rushes through it not cutting the cuticles and when I ask if she will be doing the cuticle, she says it is an extra charge. Never have I gone to get a full set at any nail salon, and they did not cut my cuticles. I have been going to this nail salon for so many years and I have brought in so much business for this nail salon, referring family and friends.....just for the front desk, lady or manager whatever she is to suddenly be incredibly disrespectful and basically kick me out. I had an appointment at 3:30 PM. I walked in at 3:33 PM just because unfortunately traffic was very bad. It was now 3:40 PM, and I simply walked up to her and asked how much longer & she lost it on me. She couldn't even give me a time. I simply just wanted to know if it was going to be five minutes or 10 minutes or another 30 minutes. So she basically said that she was going to put on my account that I can no longer schedule appointments. She then proceeded to compare her nail salon to a professional doctors office, which was really strange and I didn't even understand. At the end of the day, this lady has always been rude, but I think everybody just tolerates it because I think she's a manager but she was incredibly rude to me with this situation and she should not be somebody that should be up at the front. read more

They were super attentive to my girls and went above and beyond for them, especially the bday girl. Today I had Tammy and she was quick and efficient. She left my nails exactly like I wanted them and was very sweet and attentive. I have been to many salons and I have always left disappointed. Ladies, trust me and give this place a chance. do not recommend. have had multiple bad experiences here and even received contact dermatitis. UPDATE: Upon them checking, they did see that I had in fact only received polish as they ask customers to check-in and make note of the services they are receiving. Anyway, since my year ago review, I have gone maybe 5 or so times due to being one of the only spots nearby open on Sundays. They ask for what I am looking to get done and I just say a gel manicure and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the owner/lady at the desk looks at my nails and she will "That's builder" and I'll say "No it's just a gel manicure" and she will proceed to look at me and my nails and ask to anaylze them which makes me feel so embarrassed because why would I lie if they are going to find out what I have once I sit? There was even a time where I had her look up my previous service to show that it was just a gel manicure and she didn't even apologize after being wrong. There is no reason to. I bought my three grandchildren gift cards $55 each for Christmas 2025 I took them last week to get pedicures and nails done when it came time to pay two out of the three gift card went through the owner said the third one had 0 balance I said that can't be Iv never been here before she asked to see the receipt I did not have it on me at the time. so I paid her the 55 and left. She told me to come back with the receipt so I did. I went in and gave her the gift card and the receipt after punching in whatever she was doing she then tells me this gift card was used in march 2024 WHAT the receipt literally says I purchased this gift card in 2025??? How could I've used it in 2024 if the receipt says I purchased the gift cards in 2025!! She then say whoever sold you this card here it was already used and there is nothing she can do about it... WHAT why do you have used cards left over from 2024 And selling clients used cards without checking them first. SCAM!!! Luxe is very luxurious. It is one of the prettiest salons I've ever seen. When I walked in, a lady was hanging up decorations for Lunar New Year. The floral walls are so detailed and aesthetically pleasing. But don't think that because it looks high end that the prices will be sky high. They're actually affordable. I am going to a wedding tomorrow so the appointment was very important to me. My time was also important since I was coming from work. I was seated for my spa pedicure by the nice lady running the front desk after an approximate 15 min wait. She apologized for the wait. She placed a liner in the tub, a towel, and turned the hot water on and walked away. 15 mins later, I was just sitting there with my feet in warm water so I dried my feet and left.
