Before this salon, I went to many different shops because other salons would make my acrylic thick and crooked. Ever since I found this shop, I am completely satisfied with my nails. They look natural and professional! I have had Tammy and Jessica do my nails, along with some other technicians who have all been good. Today, Jessica did a wonderful job on my brittle nails that I was embarrassed of! She was so nice, and so is the woman who runs the shop up front (owner). Please give this salon a try! I've been coming to this nail spa for a while, but my most recent visit was really frustrating and reflects a bigger issue with how they manage appointments. Making an appointment here feels almost pointless because they consistently run late. I scheduled time for both a pedicure and Gel-X nails, expecting the services to be done together as planned. Instead, my pedicure was nearly finished before anyone even tried to start my nails. By that point, I had other commitments and couldn't stay longer. I asked if I could step out and return within an hour to finish, and the response I got from the man running the shop was dismissive and had a noticeable attitude. He told me, "you can try in an hour, but I was ready for you now." That completely misses the point -- I was ready at my scheduled appointment time, which the salon agreed to. It's disappointing because the quality of work can be good, but customer service and time management have really gone downhill. If you're going to offer appointments, they should actually mean something. Respecting clients' time should be a basic part of the experience. read more

I've been here more times than I can count and there's a good reason for that. It's because they're amazing! I usually book my appointments online which makes it so easy and convenient. Every single one of their nail techs are so good that I'll usually book the appointment with no preference. Right when you enter the shop, it's vibrant, fun, and uplifting, just as a nail shop should be! The owner is the sweetest lady ever. I typically come here for a gel mani pedi. It takes about an hour because they'll have two people working on you simultaneously. Pricing wise, I think they're super fair and maybe even on the affordable side. Prior to scheduling, I text messaged Luxe Nails a clear reference photo of the curved acrylic nails (C-curve shape) I wanted to verify if they could do them. They explicitly confirmed via text that they could, so I booked the appointment. Upon arriving on June 9, 2026, I verbally re-confirmed with staff before the service began, and they again confidently assured me they could complete the request. ​Once the technician started, it was evident they lacked the technical capacity to execute the style. When I pointed out the application was entirely incorrect, the staff didn't take accountability or apologize. Instead, they tried to pressure me into generic alternative styles they knew how to do. I held them to our prior agreement, stating I only came in because of their explicit text confirmation. ​Rather than professionally remedying the mistake, the staff and on-duty manager became aggressively hostile. The manager escalated the situation, refused to finish my service, and left my nails structurally incomplete with only raw plastic tips attached and a single nail overlayed. She openly ordered me to "get out" and told me to "never come back". Not sure if it was racially motivated or just plain rude and unprofessional. Made my appointment last night for 12:15, today. I got there and checked in at 12:10ish. I was informed that Zoey was running a bit behind. Ok no issue with that sometimes appts go over, no biggy. So they started my pedi, which was great. Then a gal came over and told me she would start the removal process for dip. Ok no big deal....until I soaked in that for 45 mins. The manager came over at one point to take off the product again to help. I don't mind waiting a bit..however I do mind when I make an appt and the person I asked for and made the appt with doesn't get to me until almost 50 mins after appt time. This wasn't Zoey's fault. Honestly I don't care whose fault it was. My appt time is mine. I expect the salon to honor it with the person I booked with. I'm a loyal customer. Do better. read more

I came here due to the great reviews unfortunately, my experience wasn't that great. I do want to start off with saying that the establishment is so nice and the girls are respectful and super welcoming. I do not like the quality of the service that I received I went in for a Mani and Pedi both with gel x. I love the shape that I received, and it was exactly what I wanted for my mani. I shared the color I wanted for my nails with an inspo picture and since I wasn't able to find the color myself, I asked the nail tech if she knew a color that would resemble the pic I presented, and I trusted her, but unfortunately, the end result was not what I wanted, and I did not have time for this to be fixed so I took it like a champ because I knew I can get it fixed elsewhere. When it came to my pedi I know not a lot of places do gel x on toes but I got this because my toe nails break off and I would like to have nice toes so that's what I requested and again I love the style and the color this nail tech was able to deliver what I wanted unfortunately she failed to check in with me regarding the length size so now I have uncomfortably long toenails For $140 I feel that both nail techs should be more attentive when it comes to detail and giving the client what they want and having that open communication if the first nail tech was having a hard time or needed more guidance in regards to the color she should've just gone to another nail tech and asked for assistance or told me that they aren't able to have a better color match to the inspo pic I shared when it came to the second nail tech again just having that open communication with the client to be able to deliver what they want read more

I arrived at 9 when they opened and the worker said I would wait 20 minutes. 45 minutes pass and someone who arrived about 15-20 minutes after me gets seated. When I asked the worker why she got helped before me she said it's because she had an appointment however I heard the customer say she didn't have an appointment when she first came in. She then proceeds to tell me there are other people ahead of me that had appointments. I understand they're busy and that's not an issue. The issue is giving someone a wait time that is nothing close to the actual wait time. It's extremely disrespectful to waste a customers time. read more

I took my daughter to get her nails done and showed the nail tech an inspiration photo. She even took a picture of the inspo from her phone. At first she did black dots; after my daughter asked for red instead, instead of removing the black she just painted red over it and ignored the polka dots on the thumbs altogether. Then when I went to pay, the front desk told me the gift card had a $0 balance. I bought that gift card for my daughter for Christmas and we had never been to this salon before, so I don't understand how it could be empty. I booked two appointments for two people at the same time for today since my original nail salon was closed for the holiday and it was the only day I had available to get my daughter and i's nails done for her promotion coming up this week. I booked us for a mani pedi and a pedi with a full set fill. When we walked in we were the first ones there since I booked our appointments for the first slots of the day. When we walked in we were greeted and immediately told they no longer do kids pricing however my daughter could get her nails done, it would just be full price. I agreed on paying full price. We were taken to two pedi chairs next to each other and told to sit down and they'd be with us in a moment. Almost immediately I had someone come over to my chair to get me started. I assumed that someone would be with my daughter shortly. They started my pedi while my daughter was just sitting in the chair waiting...no turning the water on for her to soak her feet, and no one coming to give her a pedi. Since I booked both appointments for the same time I thought we'd both be getting our services together at the same time like our normal nail salon does. That was not the case at this salon. At least not for my daughter and I. But the two women who came in together across from us got serviced at the same exact time as each other. Watching two other women get serviced together while my daughter had to wait 45 minutes for the lady who was servicing me to get done so she could do her pedi didn't sit well with me. Especially since we were the first ones in the salon and had the first appointments of the day while the two women who got serviced together came in roughly 15 minutes after us. As a mom I felt horrible getting my nails done while my daughter just sat there and waited asking when it was her turn to get her nails done for 45 minutes. I even asked twice during my service when they'd be able to get to my daughter. When I asked the second time they said the same woman doing my pedi was going to be the same woman who does my daughters mani pedi. At this point my pedi was almost done. When they finally got to servicing my daughter they only painted her toes...that's it...no getting to soak her feet or get lotion on her feet and legs....just painting her toes...if I'm expected to pay full price, I also expect to get a full service. I have been there multiple times in the past couple of years and the nail artists and 9 time out of 10 are good. I got a really bad gel builder manicure one time which caused my nail to break and be very painful. I went back in and the owner gave me no wait and offered to get all my nails redone. The same nail broke again. I went back and the other woman that manages the appointments was NO HELP. It is one nail and she said I had to wait an hour. I told her no because I have work. She said "Anytime tomorrow" so I booked for 4pm. I even told her I could be off early and I don't live close and she said that would be fine and just to call. I called 40 minutes in advance and she said no that I could only keep my 4pm. I'm not going to wait in my car for an hour for her to fix one nail that broke again because it wasn't repaired correctly. So going there was just a waste of gas money at this point. She is rude and doesn't know how to manage. read more

I have been coming here for almost 3 years. I've always had a great experience. I have LOVED my nails every single time. Just recently. 4 days ago to be exact, I made an appointment for a dip powder set. I was assigned a tech I've never met before, I told her what I wanted but I wasn't specific and she also didn't confirm, so we both assumed... in the end, I liked my nails but I didn't love them. I knew they were a problem because the whole nail is ONLY dip powder and gel clear coat. I didn't even realize till she was almost done dipping the second hand. I learned my lesson in NEEDING to communicate exactly what I want, but again I've never had an issue before. Day 1 and that shit chipped off while I'm typing at work. Day 4 Christmas Morning the whole nail came off like nothing. I'm so disappointed, I don't have time to just come in and have them fix it. I'm sadly not coming back anymore. She was seated and then two other people came in after I signed in. They sat both of those people and then sat me. All other customers were offered a beverage. I was not. The technician proceeded to ask me what I wanted, and I said a short coffin light pink she did not offer me to look at the colors just decided for herself. She proceeds to do my nails very quickly and rushes through it not cutting the cuticles and when I ask if she will be doing the cuticle, she says it is an extra charge. Never have I gone to get a full set at any nail salon, and they did not cut my cuticles. They were super attentive to my girls and went above and beyond for them, especially the bday girl. Today I had Tammy and she was quick and efficient. UPDATE: Upon them checking, they did see that I had in fact only received polish as they ask customers to check-in and make note of the services they are receiving. Anyway, since my year ago review, I have gone maybe 5 or so times due to being one of the only spots nearby open on Sundays. They ask for what I am looking to get done and I just say a gel manicure and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the owner/lady at the desk looks at my nails and she will "That's builder" and I'll say "No it's just a gel manicure" and she will proceed to look at me and my nails and ask to anaylze them which makes me feel so embarrassed because why would I lie if they are going to find out what I have once I sit? There was even a time where I had her look up my previous service to show that it was just a gel manicure and she didn't even apologize after being wrong. There is no reason to.
