UPDATE!!! The owner called my mobile number and checked on me. I appreciate their customer support. I've been to Luxe Nail Salon before and generally like the salon, but unfortunately, my experience with Megan this time was just average. During my gel pedicure, the massage felt very repetitive, as she kept massaging the same area of my feet, as if rubbing it raw. She also repeatedly looked at the timer and her watch and was yawning throughout the service, which made me feel like she was tired and ready to finish. At one point, another client was talking loudly on her phone. Megan seemed annoyed by it and tried to engage me in the annoyance, but I chose to just brush it off and enjoy my service. My manicure with clear polish also felt rushed. Unfortunately, the gel polish on my right pinky toe has already come off, and I don't have the time to go back to have it fixed. Despite the experience, I still left a good tip because I appreciate the effort and wanted to be fair. I do like Luxe Nail Salon and would consider returning, but I hope the quality and attention to detail are more consistent. Perhaps Megan just needed a little more sleep or maybe she does a better job when she has more time to chat/gossip and connect with her clients.

1 STAR -- $100 FOR THIS?! I've been coming here for a while, which makes tonight's experience even more disappointing. This was easily the worst service I've ever received here. I showed the nail tech a reference photo and asked for a dark brown/burgundy design. I got cherry red, had to ask for it to be redone, and then the final design looked nothing like the picture I provided. The lines are uneven, bulky, and inconsistent. I literally left wanting to drill these nails off. On top of that, I was charged $15 EXTRA for a French tip that I was never told about, plus another $5 for cuticle cutting. When I asked for the service I PAID for, the nail tech acted annoyed. She was also rough with my hands and drilled my nails way too aggressively. Then I got passed between nail techs because the design wasn't going well. And because they were close to closing, I was clearly being rushed. If you don't have time to properly do someone's nails, DON'T take the appointment. The final insult? $100. $100 for nails I absolutely hate, after being rushed, treated poorly, charged surprise fees, and NOT getting what I asked for. Absolutely not worth `$100. I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I'm posting the reference photo next to what I received so everyone can see the difference for themselves. I want clean lines, elegant, elongated nails. Instead I got chunky inconsistent lines with and ugly French tip that makes my nails look short and wide.

Returning Client Here ‍ As always I absolutely LOVED my service. I saw Kelly this time, and she provided EXCELLENT service! She greeted me so sweetly and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. The worst owner ever!! She is so rude and disrespectful wouldn't even go back if they paid me. For an overpriced service and was refusing to do my daughter's nails. If they don't do kids nails they should have a sign or let it be known not wait until my girl was in the chair. All we were trying to do is have a mommy and me day and this place ruined it. Will never be going back. These were the nails done with design previously in YOUR shop... i do not understand as the new design was similar to this... very against your statement. This set cost me $60 in YOUR shop. Again will never be coming back.

I've been coming here for years and after today's nail appointment I would not return and spend my money elsewhere. The service was not friendly and unprofessional. It makes me feel they changed owners because the service provided was not good. My daughter asked for a specific design and provided pictures and still failed the design, the nail technician was rude and obviously bothered. On top of all this my daughter had nail glue all over her fingers. I would never return again!

Okay I am leaving this negative review not because of Zoe but because the unprofessionalism of Megan who did my boyfriends pedicure. I understand that your trying to sell products or service but he told her he only want a buff shine top coat 3 times and each time she insisted on a clear gel coat. It got to the point where I had to tell her from across the salon that he does not need get toe nails. She then approached me with the snarkiest attitude and said " so you want buff shine, but gel would last longer" IDC if it last longer if he wasn't getting buff shine he would be getting nothing at all. He doesn't need gel he does not need it to last long and I have already told this lady at this point 4 times that he just needs a buff shine. On top of that now she wants to approach me with an attitude? Absolutely not. Her service itself was a 1/5 stars as well. She cut his toes uneven and barely gave whatever that massage was, seemed like she was just petting his leg. I love zoe's service but this lady just ruined my whole experience at this salon and I will no longer be a customer here. If you want zen builder gel nails zoe is your girl.

LUXE NAILS is very very busy. They prefer you have a reservation before you walk in, but they do still accept walk ins -- which is what we were. We waited quite a while before we could get service. We got seated in a massage chair. My chair was working. Hey! CLASSIC is the cheapest but since none of the first 6 color choices I made was available (all of them are out apparently) then I had to go with French Tip which is when I was informed that it would cost extra. Scrub and a hot towel massage are included with the pedicure. Clean cut and clean cuticles. My pedicurist works fast.

This was my very first time at Luxe nails and I was blessed with getting the nail artist Mia. I simply showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate the photo exactly!!! They have great service and pretty good pricing compared to other nails places!!!! Will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed, especially for a $131.84 total. My manicure alone was $81. I was quoted $45 for a fill but charged $57, plus $10 for cat eye, $15 for French tip, and an added $5 for color removal, even though this was supposed to be a fill. The quality does not match the price. There are visible dust particles in the gel, uneven application, and a noticeable dip between the French tip and base. The pedicure was $47 for a basic pedicure with callus removal. The technician was nice and removed a few ingrowns, but the massage was essentially just lotion being rubbed on. For my mother's service, she was quoted $55, but once we arrived they tried to charge $61, then said it was due to a removal. After I questioned it, they said it would be cheaper if paid in cash and ultimately charged $57, which was only addressed after I had already paid for my service. The worst part was the rushed nail removal. After drilling, the gel was peeled off, which damages the natural nail. When this was brought up, the technician denied it and the manager asked me if I was "there," which felt dismissive and insulting. This was my first and last time here.

Crying on my way home as I write this.... I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life. The person who did them was extremely rude and everything I said or asked her to fix she would just ignore me and continue to do what she was doing. Throughout the service I continued to say I wanted narrow stiletto nails and she said the best she could do was almond and the only way they could be how I wanted was if I got extra long nails. She then proceeded to rush through the appointment with no care on quality. The photos taken are as soon as I got into my car and this is also a brand new fresh set. The amount of errors and carelessness that went into this service is insane to me. The woman at the front desk who I believe was the manager was very nice and did try to help but at the end still charged me $52.53 as a discounted rate however with how badly done this new set was, I would expect to not be charged. The fact that I still was is astonishing to say the least. I came here to treat myself and left in tears, $52.53 down the drain, and nails that I am embarrassed to be seen with. I've never been this disappointed in a service in my life.

I have been coming here for years and today is the last time I come here due to the lack of professionalism from the owner and lack of care from the lady that did my mother's nails. The owner yelled at my mother and I in front of everyone after I told her I would pay with card instead of cash. The owner pressures clients to pay cash and even pays for the atm fee to avoid card payments. The lady that did my mother's pedicure was great but the lady who did her acrylic set tried to cut corners by not doing any nail prep so when I brought it up to her multiple times she kept saying later later so I finally asked the owner to clarify to her what the services I requested and she became defensive saying they never do any nail prep and that I didn't request it which I did as soon as we came in and was asked what we wanted done. After a horrible service, being yelled at in front of everyone, being pressured to pay cash and yelled at for putting away my cash to pay with card because the price was the same as cash (she gives a discount to pay cash) I will not come back here. We truly enjoyed coming here when the other ladies are around but the owner needs to work on her customer service and stop pressuring clients to pay cash. After reading other reviews, if you are a client, speak up if you are not satisfied because the prices are expensive and you should get what you pay for. Also, after checking my mother's nails we are seeing that a nail is lifting, the surface is uneven. The pedicure came out great so I am thankful for that. And before the owner replies with some ignorant response like she does with the others, yes we will be going to another salon. read more

Luxe is very luxurious. It is one of the prettiest salons I've ever seen. When I walked in, a lady was hanging up decorations for Lunar New Year. The floral walls are so detailed and aesthetically pleasing. But don't think that because it looks high end that the prices will be sky high. They're actually affordable. Kylie was so quick and efficient. Can't believe she was done in an hour. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she recreated it with my suggested modifications. I was very satisfied. I've driven past many times decided to just try it cuz I was in desperate need of a gel mani before new years. I didn't have an appointment and even though they were really busy I waited less than 5 mins to get helped. It was very clean and luxe looking inside. I didn't get the name of the girl who did my gel mani but she did a great job. Really cleaned up my cuticles nice. I will def come back for gel X cuz I wanna see how they do when designs. Price wise I don't think it was bad. I would say it's about the same price as other nail salons in the area. One thing to note is BRING CASH. They didn't mention it but when I was waiting I noticed they had a sign that said "the prices listed are for cash only. It's an extra 3% to pay with card" read more

This nail salon is very busy and must have many happy customers. The vibe is busy, loud, and overwhelming with the odors a nail salon. The spa chairs seemed dirty and best up a bit. Stations are close to each other so I felt a bit claustrophobic inside. It did not feel relaxing. I was a first and last time customer today. I had a 6pm appointment that I was a few mins early for. I am going to a wedding tomorrow so the appointment was very important to me. My time was also important since I was coming from work. I was seated for my spa pedicure by the nice lady running the front desk after an approximate 15 min wait. She apologized for the wait. She placed a liner in the tub, a towel, and turned the hot water on and walked away. 15 mins later, I was just sitting there with my feet in warm water so I dried my feet and left. It has been a while since I scheduled mani/pedi service..like years. This experience was not a good one. I won't be scheduling here in the future. read more

I don't usually write reviews. But people should know this place is a SCAM!!! I bought my three grandchildren gift cards $55 each for Christmas 2025 I took them last week to get pedicures and nails done when it came time to pay two out of the three gift card went through the owner said the third one had 0 balance I said that can't be Iv never been here before she asked to see the receipt I did not have it on me at the time. so I paid her the 55 and left. She told me to come back with the receipt so I did. I went in and gave her the gift card and the receipt after punching in whatever she was doing she then tells me this gift card was used in march 2024 WHAT the receipt literally says I purchased this gift card in 2025??? How could I've used it in 2024 if the receipt says I purchased the gift cards in 2025!! She then say whoever sold you this card here it was already used and there is nothing she can do about it... WHAT why do you have used cards left over from 2024 And selling clients used cards without checking them first. SCAM!!! Also she then said there is nothing she can do for us. you're the owner and you can't make it right.. read more

This salon was so dirty I haven't seen one this bad. The lady working on my mother law nails, well her whole table and implements were so caked with dust and who knows what else. Her whole area was bad! Her files were used and the band on her drills was used! I did nails for 35 years and I took pride in sanitation of everything I used on a client. Never used a file or anything else on a different person! Just disgusting . If I were you I would think twice before using this salon! read more

This place is my most favorite place to go to for a mani/pedi because you are always well taken care of! I highly recommend making an appointment because they're always busy. I got a gel pedicure & 2 days later i noticed a crack on my big toe. I called to see if they can fix it and regardless of how busy it was Lynn was able to accommodate me and take good care of me before my trip. Thank you so much Lynn! read more

I have been going to this nail salon for so many years and I have brought in so much business for this nail salon, referring family and friends.....just for the front desk, lady or manager whatever she is to suddenly be incredibly disrespectful and basically kick me out. I had an appointment at 3:30 PM. I walked in at 3:33 PM just because unfortunately traffic was very bad. It was now 3:40 PM, and I simply walked up to her and asked how much longer & she lost it on me. She couldn't even give me a time. I simply just wanted to know if it was going to be five minutes or 10 minutes or another 30 minutes. So she basically said that she was going to put on my account that I can no longer schedule appointments. She then proceeded to compare her nail salon to a professional doctors office, which was really strange and I didn't even understand. At the end of the day, this lady has always been rude, but I think everybody just tolerates it because I think she's a manager but she was incredibly rude to me with this situation and she should not be somebody that should be up at the front. read more

The owner Lyn, is a very hard worker & very kind when I come in & welcoming. She's helped me & a couple times with removing my nails & very sweet. However, Celine I went to her about 4x & the 4th time I went to her I just asked kindly if she can not have my nails thick. She was very rude to me & I still say thank you afterwards but speaking to me as if I'm stupid. She doesn't take open criticism from a customer that is paying to walk out happy content with nails. Another lady she hovers & watches as Celine did my nails & laughing I think it's so rude. I went to someone els Vivian today, & I liked how she was doing, the shape is great and not thick like Celine has done. She was cool but then she wanted me to use a color that I didn't want. & the same lady that hovers she hovered again today. & was laughing at me to Vivian while Vivian grabbed the color that I WANTED, that I was paying for. The customer should always have the right to have a color they like & what they are comfortable with. These 2 women tell me that I am wrong & it's best to not be ignorant, to just simply satisfy the customer. I speak kindly & ask for what I Iike. Take the open criticism- don't be ignorant. & don't make customers feel uncomfortable. If a customer is telling you they don't want the color let them. If a customer is asking to see how it looks, be kind & helpful. Be patient. I would have given 5 stars as Lyn deserves it but Celine & Vivian do not deserve the stars. Be kind. I don't know the other lady's name that hovers but she really shouldn't do that & make customers uncomfortable...... read more

This review is for Helen at Luxe nails. She and the shop went above and beyond for me. I am very thankful. I can't use gel top coat due to allergic reactions. Luxe Management went to get a special topcoat for me to put over my powder dip. I am very happy with my nails. Helen does a very good job. She is also a sweetheart. She has a new customer here. This was my 3rd time to this salon. I came here because my last salon that I was a faithful to for 5 years, service got worse. I am a picky customer but I don't think that's an issue when you're there to pay for something you want. FYI most of the ladies talk smack on the clients while looking at them, they are not very friendly or talkative with you, yes the place is pretty but it's deceiving. My first service with Amy was great. She was very patient and understanding. Her work was very nice and she was very kind. My 2nd service was rude and tried to charge me for "cut down" after I said "no just file". She gave me attitude because I misunderstood a specific "gel" that I wanted. My 3rd service was with Holly who was also rude. This time I picked a color that I didn't know would be sheer. She had started with 2 coats so I told her it looked very light and if she could add a darker color ontop so it would be more noticeable. She huffed and puffed then started removing all of the gel polish after I already told her, just to add 1 coat of a darker shade. She then was pushing/flinging my fingers to the side after polishing each nail, she was painting them super fast not even paying attention to my skin, and then she was having me switch hands before the dryer timer was even close to being done. I noticed while sitting to do my pedicure that the gel was already peeling off my real nails and she also got polish on my fingers and didn't care to clean it off. I told the manager I didn't appreciate her attitude and her sloppy work. She asked me to come back the next day to fix them, she was nice and understanding at that moment. The next day I came back I showed her a picture on my phone of what I wanted and she said ok and sat me down. As I was choosing my color for my nail art (flowers for 2 nails) my nail girl got up to talk to the manager. They both came back and the manager said to me " sorry but my girl said she doesn't think she can do that design". Mind you I was already making small talk with the girl and she said she usually does designs. So the manager has the nerve to ask me "is that ok if she does just purple because she can't do that". I said "yup that's fine" (me being sarcastic because I was pissed they're making an excuse to not do the designs because I didn't pay for them the day before.) so I decided to ask if I could pay so she could still do the designs and she said the same thing no because she didn't think she can do it like the picture. I told her "it's fine!" Once the manager walked away I made small talk with the nail tech, she was very nice and understanding and it didn't seem to be her problem she was just following orders which tells me the manager told her not to do them, which also made sense being she already told me she usually does designs. I still gave the poor girl a tip for fixing the previous girls mistake and for her honesty. The manager told me when I was walking out to go find a salon that does BASIC flower daisy's and if I wanted help finding a place. I said nope I'm good thanks and this would be the last time I come back here!! read more

Great salon. Kira is the best! I needed a fill, it had been almost a month and my nails hadn't lifted at all. Usually by the second week, at least one nail has lifted. So I went to get a fill, but they were too grown out I needed a new set. Kira was on vacation, so the tech that helped me had the hardest time getting these nails off! They were so strong! Lol.. I reached out to Soleil Lash to explain what happened and ask whether they would reimburse me for the cost of my doctor's appointment. The response I received felt automated and impersonal, and they ultimately denied any reimbursement or refund. I completely understand that accidents can happen, and the fact that I experienced an injury is not actually what disappointed me the most. What bothered me was how the situation was handled afterward. When a customer reaches out because they were injured during a service and had to seek medical care, I would expect the business to at least show genuine concern and make an effort to address the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. I had been willing to return after my first visit, but after this experience and poor customer care afterward, I would not feel comfortable coming back.

Have been going here for two years now, but I don't think I will be coming back. Before this design I showed the nail tech two different inspo pics of what I might want (not the ones shown in the picture, different designs), she confidently told me she can do both, my first inspo picture was a cheetah print french tip, in the inspo picture it was a brownish yellow as the base, she pulls out this mustard yellow color and starts drawing the french tip and I tell her it's not the right color, she then pulls out all the different nail color and told me to pick myself, you're the nail tech? Shouldn't you be able to find the right shade, I start looking myself and couldn't find the right color so we decided to do another design-aura nails, in the inspo pic the nail base color is pink, but instead of repainting the color she just starts doing the design and daps glitter in the middle of my nail, the inspo picture was not glittery and it was just done with nail color polish, then she starts speaking Viet to the person in the front desk, and she comes over to me and tells me to make up my mind. I show the front desk my nail side by side compared to the inspo pic and asked her if it looks the same, then she proceeds to tell me it's suppose to just look similar.... and says yes with confidence. Since she can't do any designs properly I told her just to do regular white french tips, and she still manages to mess up...My nails look so bulky and the french tips just suck. I paid 70$ plus a 20% tip for this. read more

Have you ever asked for champagne, if not you should! They also have pastries sometimes! I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this nail salon. I booked an appointment for a manicure at 4 PM, but just 15 minutes before my scheduled time, I received a call informing me that someone else had taken my spot. When I expressed my confusion, they claimed it was my fault for not confirming the appointment--something I had never been asked to do. I never received any confirmation text or call prior to the appointment, so I was understandably taken aback. To make matters worse, they tried to accommodate me by offering a slot at 4:30 PM with the nail tech I had requested. The problem? The tech was already working on someone else's nails at 4, so there was no way they'd be able to give me the attention I needed in the allotted time. It just seemed like they were hoping I'd wait around and waste my time. Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and poor handling of the situation left me very disappointed. 1st time visiting this nail salon & I definitely will not be returning. My gel pedicure experience was good, Sandy provided a good service. However, my gel manicure experience was disappointing. Diane started by removing my old gel polish with the filing drill, at 1st I thought she'd remove the top layer and then soak--as it should be--I was wrong. She filed all the polish off leaving the nails so incredibly thin and fragile. The service felt so forced, like doing the bare minimum was asking for too much. When Diane was "cutting my cuticles" she failed to use any cuticle softener, I could feel the tugging & pulling of my skin and she would only go in on the edges, it felt like a very lazy approach. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with the manner in with my nails were being treated that I decided to cut the service before she applied polish. In the beginning of February, I went to go get a full set and a pedicure. Reading the reviews they looked really good so I tried it out for my first time when I went into the location. The customer service was amazing. I got a pedicure and it was the most expensive one which I believe is $40. And the thing that I was really concerned about my pain was to get the callus taken off and to the ingrown removed. My ingrown were still in there I don't think she took anything out or tried to. The woman was very nice, but she was too gentle after two hours of having my toes done. They began to chip and looking closely it look like they smeared off as far as that I rate the pedicure a 4/10 I would not recommend it as far as my full set I was really in love with the way they came out. I'm like Marilyn d., I've been a loyal customer with the Tech Diane. I wanted something that will keep my nails long and strong and from splitting and they informed me to get dip powder and I ask if my nails would become thin and they said no. At the beginning she did a good job, and some of the other ladies there are very polite and a joy to meet. But after awhile she became to relax and doing my nails became less and less beautiful to me. The last time she did them on my right hand the same nail lifted always and I brought it to her attention and she copped and attitude with me, I always tipped her very good, and I don't think they should have their Tech ask a customer to tip them with cash I was using a CC for payment. This time I came back and I saw her was busy, then I had other technicians did my feet. Unfortunately, This technician was too rush, my cuticle not looked good and I was not be able to relax at all. I got my nails done on December 18th, 2024 for the holidays and they just now started coming off on January 16th, 2025. They have lasted me so long and my nail artist did such a good job to make sure everything was symmetrical and even. My nails were in very bad shape when I went in(brittle, thin and very very short due to me picking at them) and my artist made sure to put down extra acrylic and glue to make them sturdy. I had to communicate 3+ times that I didn't want my toenails cut too short because I'm prone to ingrown nails, but the same thing continued with the other nails. I understand there was a language barrier, but having to repeatedly communicate the same basic requests while the painful procedure continued made the experience very stressful and uncomfortable. The manicure was okay overall, but the purple was noticeably different from my reference photo. The gradient was also streaky, and under normal indoor lighting, parts of the purple looked darker and muddy. Because of the unpleasant pedicure experience, I gave up after asking the tech to fix it once because I just wanted to leave. I came here because of the salon's beautiful work shown in the photos, but if those photos primarily represent the work of the most skilled techs while customers may be assigned to techs with very different skill levels, I think that's something customers should be aware of. I also noticed the salon offers discounts for leaving reviews, which is worth keeping in mind when looking at the Yelp ratings. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I send friends here, recommend them to whoever asks about my set, and always brag about each tech I get. Usually I'm calling in randomly and last minute asking to come in, so I'm never picky with the techs and they're always able to get me in every time right away. They save my nails and me 10x over and they don't even know it!! They offer complimentary drinks and are always so friendly. I've gotten dozens of long gelx sets here over the years and can say I've rarely ever broken a nail or gotten cut. The gel is always perfectly cured and my designs are PERFECT. Every tech who does my nails envisions my ideas to a T. And it means a lot because my designs are usually not easy to do. With that being said, the price is always reasonable and always around what I'm expecting to spend. There's never any blindsiding or miscommunication when it comes time to pay. And the lil discount for paying in cash always adds the cherry on top. My sets last over a month so I'm coming in like clockwork every 4-5 weeks without miss. I apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I thought the white was just the base color that would be painted over. After that, I felt uncomfortable with how my service was handled. While doing my cuticle work, the technician nicked my skin twice, and toward the end of the service seemed to be digging the cuticle cutter into my fingers more aggressively. I brought the cuts to management's attention before leaving. I also had concerns about the pricing. My total was $122, and I was told I was receiving a $7 discount, bringing the total to $115. However, the salon advertises a cash discount, and when I offered to pay cash, I was told I could not receive the cash discount because I was already receiving the $7 discount from fingers being cut. This was confusing and did not feel transparent. To be fair, I do like how my nails turned out, and I tipped both technicians because I appreciated the work that was done. However, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the final result. I have experienced similar issues here before, and after this visit I don't feel comfortable returning. I've included photos of the cuts on my fingers as well as the finished nails so others can make their own judgment. I also included a photo from a previous time my cuticle was cut that I brought to their attention which hurt very bad and received a $5 discount.
