I've been going here for over a year now and i am so obsessed with my nails every time i leave! Misa is amazing, prices are really good for what you are asking for, and im always in and out of there in an hour or less.

Misa always does the best job on my nails!! She is the sweetest and always can do anything you ask for. The salon is very cute and has a great vibe! 5 star service always.

I have followed MiSa from two separate nail salons. She finally opened up her own shop and I still continue to get my nails done by her once a month.!!

Always amazing!!!!! Looooove my valentines nails!! Thank you Misa and the staff for always providing a welcoming and warm environment. Been coming for 6 years or so, and forever a lifetime customer!

Unprofessional and unpleasant. The staff messed up my nails multiple times and I had to come back to Misa time and time again. I brought my mom once and they did gel on her but it peeled off the next day. It was embarrassing and a total waste of money. My nails chipped the next day too. I would never come back. This review is a reflection of overall experience coming 4 times. I was charged for the most expensive pedicure option and the girl didn't follow the instructions of the steps and did a half job on it. I would know because I've come here before. I know what I asked for and paid for on their menu and in a way, my money was stolen because they never completed that service. All in all I don't appreciate that the one lady with bangs and glasses. She did my nails messed up and gaslighted me when I told her to fix it. I had to ask her over three times to fix it and she just gave up and told me to come another day for the manager to be here to do it herself. Everyone was telling her how to fix it, but she was in denial and kept telling me my fingers deformed in front of many other customers. Not only was a humiliating, but it pissed me off because it was wasted my time and my money. How do people not take accountability? Instead of telling people that their fingers are messed up when they know that's not true-there should be accountability that some other workers don't have good vision and are projecting, onto customers because they're not trained in the field that they're working in because the manager has done nails there before and it has never looked that ugly. She just doesn't know how to file the nail evenly on both sides of the finger and did way too much on one side. It is very hard to find a good nail place but quality over quantity counts. Their pricing is decent, but this place is not good at all. I would rather go somewhere where I am respected, and my nails look nice, and that I get what I pay for because that matters a lot more than being treated like trash and them taking advantage.

My friend referred me to Misa and she is incredibly talented at what she does but also so very kind and personable. The salon is clean, always has steady business, which is a great sign and everyone is so friendly. Pricing is right in line, if not better.

I have given this place tons of chances. I'm disappointed and don't understand how people are getting good service and I can't. The 2nd to last trip i came in for a pedi well the water was ice cold !!!! They scoop out the water with a bowl and add Luke warm water to it. I get to the point I just want to leave they still try and charge me well I say no I just want to go they did cut my nails and I said I would pay for that then they say okay it's 40.00 what ???!! I say your crazy what ever I'll pay it i just want to go the. They say no charge so I give the girl a tip for 40 as it was not fully her fault she was new and did as she was told. Then this last time I go and get a full set 4 days later they are lifting . So I'm now doing the work at home. I did not mention I'm a nail tech I was getting service done as I did not want to do the work my self I wanted to pamper my self. So much for that I wasted money to have to do the work anyways. Needless to say I won't be back read more

Annie is an expert! I finally found someone who understands what I'm looking for regarding my shape of nails. I left my old nail salon because the nail tech would get frustrated when I asked her to change my nail shape because she never really understood what I was asking for and she seemed bothered by me asking to sample different nail colors before selecting the right color for me. I left my old salon feeling shamed for asking for a what I wanted. With Annie I only had to tell her one time what I was wanting and she understood. When I receive services I feel relaxed and I don't feel the need to micromanage because I trust that she understands what I like. I was recently was referred here from a friend who loves Luxi nails specifically Danny. He does a great job on ANY nails and designs you want. Simply bring him a picture and he will make it happen. He's quick and does a great job so much so that I don't have to come back before three weeks. Can sometimes go 4. (Not that I do). I have seen others nails from other technicians and they are always lovely. Also great pedicures. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed!!! read more

1st time here for Mother's Day, where I got a cucumber pedicure and a full set. I am writing this review strictly for my full set that I received. The Nail tech was extremely nice, which makes this review hard to write because, as a person and customer service, my nail tech was amazing! However, with technique and actually being able to do a full set, I am completely disappointed. I absolutely hate my nails, and I paid 115.00 dollars to leave so unhappy with the way my acrylics turned out that I actually went across the street and paid the other nail salon to try to fix them I have never had an experience like this before, I have never hated the way my nails turned out anywhere. These nails were so bad that everything that could have gone wrong with my manicure went wrong! 1st, the Nail tech started cutting the length without even asking me what shape or length I wanted! When I mentioned I wanted them longer, she never went back to fix the shorter length. I tried to trust her and her process, but it just kept getting worse when she applied the acrylic. Then she finally decided to fix the shorter nail by cutting it off, shaving only some acrylic off, and then gluing a new set on completely cricked! By this point, I was tired of asking her to correct her mistakes, I had been asking her to fix so many uneven areas that my tech offered me a nail file to fix them myself after everything was done. All my nails were cricked, uneven lengths, shapes, and even the application of the acrylic is uneven. I wanted to cry! Luckily, the other salon made the nails look a little straighter. However, they are still so uneven. The pictures speak for themselves, they looked way worse, but the I nail salon across the street really straightened and shaped them a lot better. I hate that I didn't just walk away as soon as she glued them on weird and started cutting without even asking what length I wanted.....and paid all that money. I really liked the nail tech as a person and wanted to trust the process, but these are just absolutely awful. So much for taking myself out for a nice Mother's Day treat. read more

I came in randomly because the place I first went too told me they couldn't do the style nails I wanted, so as a walk in Danny took me right away and I showed him one picture and he knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it! Danny has been amazing each and every time I have gone in! My Bestie now also comes here and we get pedis and Danny always take such great care of us!!! The entire salon is just so nice and welcoming!! love it here! My nails always last I have gone 3-4 weeks before needing a fill! I was referred to Misa over a year ago by 2 of my friends and I'll never go anywhere else. Misa and Danny are amazing! I get my acrylics done there and I never have to fix them when I get home. I was going to a place over a year ago that every time I left I had to go home and fix my nails. File the shape or pick out the acrylic underneath my nails. I never have to worry about that at all with Danny or Misa. My nails always look perfect. They give amazing pedicures as well. I highly recommend. read more

I went in and got a pedicure. I asked for the $75 one, which is $90 if you get gel. This service is 1 hour 15 mins. It includes a basic pedicure sea salt massage, hot stones, callous remover, paraffin wax and I believe one more thing. She removed my gel polish and immediately started the massage portion. It lasted an hour. That part was amazing. Then she went to paint my toes. I asked if she could please cut my toenails since she had not. She said ok and did. I asked when she would do the callus remover and she said she did. And said no, you did not scrub my feet. She stated she wrapped them. The wrap is different than the callous scrub. I said you never did the cuticles either. The tech next to her was trying to help. We were talking quietly back and forth. But I explained that she had not done my cuticles or filed them. You could just look and see. The owner, I believe, came over to help as well. She said I didn't need the callus remover so she didn't do it even if it is included. I asked about the basic pedicure portion and she said her tech didn't know and didn't understand what I wanted. She started to do my cuticles but was upset and nipped my toe so stopped and got up and walked away. I paid for the gel removal and nice massage. But it was just very uncomfortable so I left. I have been there before and never had issues. read more

Did a walk-in appointment at Lux Nails first time and last time. My biggest disappointment is they only except cash or Venmo. I was disa in the quality of the work as well. They put the wrong color on my daughters nails and it was sloppily done leaving polish on her skin and you can see they missed a few areas. My nails are also sloppy looking..there are 2 holes on the big toe and they should of put another coat on so it covered the nail. We won't be back. read more

The guy messed up my nails by scuffing them up. I wish I would have worn my glasses in because I would have stopped him if I saw the damage. (I was holding my baby and he would of pulled my glasses off). I stopped in this place because the review said they give great massages. That may have been their experience but it definitely wasn't mine. He did rub my legs some but nothing noteworthy. When I came in a couple were getting pedicures and I watched them have a different experience. Perhaps they paid for a service not on the sheet I was shown. I guess I should have said clear for the color because I replied no color which left me with unpainted nails. They look horrible. I'm so dissatisfied. read more

Lina had a great solution and did an amazing job matching it with an acrylic extension--you can't even tell in the photo. That said, if you're in a similar situation, I'd recommend asking for Gel-X instead of acrylic. The acrylic ended up feeling loose and didn't hold well, so I had to come back before leaving for a trip. To their credit, Sunny Nails squeezed me in the very next day. Another technician quickly assessed the issue, removed the acrylic, and replaced it with Gel-X (a full, strong nail--not just a tip). The result was flawless--she shaped it beautifully, and I was able to enjoy my trip with perfect nails. The only downside was the experience during the fix. The technician seemed frustrated, didn't respond to my thank you, and abruptly turned off the blue light and walked away without acknowledgment. It felt a bit uncomfortable--especially since I had already paid extra for the initial service and had to come back. Overall, they made it right, and I appreciate the quality of the final result--just wish the customer experience during the correction matched it.

My stars are based on Customer Service & my results. I figure everyone has their own rating scale for cleanliness, "speaks English", etc., so you'll have to decide that for yourself. It's definitely a high-volume shop, but everyone was so friendly that the chit-chat between the gals working there didn't bother me at all. I went in on a recommendation from a friend and requested Tiffany. My plan was for a full set of pink & white gel, but forgot to remind her so ended up with pink & white acrylic. That's ok-the white line is flawless and they're thin & shaped well. Since its been 100degrees this November, I'm still wearing flip flops so I needed my toes done. When I said I'm not into the leg massage & too ticklish for scrubbing, they said I should just do a polish change instead of wasting money on a full pedicure. What shop has ever talked you OUT of spending extra?!? So awesome. Not super cheap, but what I've been spending so I was fine. Paid $50 for full set & French toes (tip was extra). Glad I took the advice & gave them a try. Next to VONS-the light is out on the sign so be careful not to end up at the other shop in the same parking lot.) read more

Everybody is friendly and the great majority of the time my nails are super- once in a while you will get someone new who needs a little more time to master it, but that rarely happens, I wouldn't keep going if they weren't good and the nails didn't last. And last time I went it was 30, they make up a price to rip u off when u got there and rush u out before ur nails even finish drying and try to charge to fix them when the got ruined cuz the made u leave!
