I paid $50 (after tip) for a basic pedicure with normal nail polish and she didn't even do a top coat which is also usually included at other places. They are getting expensive for below average work. Got a fill today and with a tip almost $80.00 so over priced. Will not be going back.

I'm not one to leave reviews typically, but I've gone to this nail salon 3 times now and it has been an incredible experience each time! I've been so lucky to be seated with Vincent every time! He's always willing to do whatever nail art I want and executes it flawlessly every time! The staff is very kind as well. Just a couple of things to plan for: 1.) If you're getting a full set with nail art, expect the price to be in the $75-$85 range. (Which is a little pricey for some, but I digress) 2.) SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE HAND. Otherwise expect a very very long wait. 3.) If you do schedule beforehand also plan on not being seen immediately. (It's not the nail techs fault, sometimes people drop more elaborate nail art designs on them and they do care about the quality of their work and satisfying their customer.) So sometimes it'll take 15-20 extra minutes for you to get in a chair. Busier days may be even longer. So PLAN AHEAD! (But in some case, like today I was seated immediately and then 1hr later, all done!) With that all being said, I do plan on making this my permanent go to nail salon during my tenure here in Idaho! read more

Horrible. They didn't do what we asked on my sisters nails. She told them 4 times what she wanted and they still didn't do it and even said it couldn't be done. She was upset so when they were done we just paid and left. Went back today and they refused to fix for free (we spent $300) because according to them she was fine with them when we left. Yea she was done and felt intimidated. When she show a pic today we got berated that we should've shown it yesterday, it's a simple design we didn't think it needed a reference. They argued that we didn't tell them and they won't fix it for free cuz we waited until the next day to go back. Kept saying she said it was fine. And that they took half an hour to do her nails and that she was done after the other two of us. That's because they didn't even start her services until the other two of us were almost done. Will not be going back. Don't even waste your time here. 0/10 horrible. I don't usually argue with people providing services such as these because these types of jobs are a luxury and hard work on the body. My daughter and I received pedicures one week ago 4/20-. We upgraded to the gel polish in hopes the pedis would last longer. In less than a week my daughters gel polish on her toes began to sluff off. One week later all she has is 3 toes with gel polish on them. I went here with 2 friends about 2 weeks ago. We got pedicures. Mine was great! They did a great job! One of my friends was not given enough time to dry and got messed up that day. And the other asked for a simple flower design and it was super messed up and ugly but she was too scared to say anything so she didnt. They do ok work, depending on which worker you get. The mediocrity could be overlooked if it wasn't for several additional issues. First, the owner is rude and unprofessional. She's constantly receiving (and opening) personal packages and distracting other workers who are actively servicing clients. Second, someone please call up the health department. There are several workers who openly eat sunflower seeds, off the counters and at times, placing the used shells directly from their mouths back onto the counters. And finally, I recognize cultural differences exist, but the rudeness of how some of the workers answer questions have to be addressed. I saw good reviews about this salon so decided to try it out with my mother-in-law today. I called the day before and made an appointment for today at 12pm. ⁣ ⁣ Nothing seemed wrong until 15 minutes went by, 30 minutes went by, AN HOUR went by....ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN minutes until we were SEATED for a manicure!!!!!!!!!! ⁣ Absolutely TRASH service! There were several other pissed off people and still not one apology or common courtesy from ANY of their staff. ⁣ ⁣ What would have made it better was maybe seeing that a customer is waiting AN HOUR when they had AN APPOINTMENT...hmmmm. Maybe offer them a glass of water or offer to be seated in a massage chair while they wait or a simple and sweet, oh I'm so sorry for the wait. I can give you a coupon for next time or thank you for waiting, I apologize. If I could give less than a one star rating, I would do one100th of a star. I do not recommend this salon to anyone for anything. It started out fine and then after the pedicure I went for a nail fill and a polish and it went way downhill fast. I wanted a French manicure but there was a terrible fill line on one of my nails and it would show. I expressed my dislike for that and the nail tech said she could take care of it the next time I came in (she had already taken off three nails why couldn't she do just one more nail?). Then she started talking about me in Vietnamese with the other nail technicians in the shop, highly unprofessional. When I first walked into this nail salon I was in love with it. It was well organized and clean and the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted and she assured me Ali was their best for nail art. While I was sitting at her table and she was cleaning my nails the receptionist was attempting to confirm with her the work she did on the client before me, so she could pay and leave, and Ali immediately developed an attitude with her and was extremely rude right in-front of me. She also proceeded to complain about her job and co-workers the whole time she worked on my nails. As she continued to work on my nails, waiting until she had already done 3 of my nails (so no chance of me walking away at this point), she proceeded to tell me that she was going to charge me for the set, the length, the shape, and each nail that she put the cheetah print on ending in a total of $87 before tip for the REBASE. Now, I am not upset by the price because sometimes you have to pay for the work you get... but now 3 days later and I have already lost a nail, and I barely felt it when the whole nail snapped off. And the quality of the art is subpar. My nails are thin and extremely brittle and I don't think I will even last the week and when I mentioned that to her while she was working she completely ignored me. Do not go here. My friend and I got a pedicure that was really nice. However, when I got my manicure, the lady doing my nails cut me twice while filing my nails. Instead of saying sorry or anything she just grabbed some nail glue, put it on and kept filing. She didn't give me the shape that I wanted either even when I was trying to explain it. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a nail salon. I was allowed to soak my feet for less then 2 minutes before they drained the water. They spent less then 5 minutes on my feet and then asked me to turn the massage chair off so they could paint my toes. $50 dollars for a 15 minute pedicure and they did not even attempt to massage my legs.
