After searching the web I narrowed it down to 3 hair stylists. I booked with Kelli, as she was my first on the list based on the reviews she had. She's not a hair stylist she's a Hair Artist. (she has moved from the salon she was at and has started a new adventure with her own place at Phenix) I love her new place it's cozy and welcoming. In addition, there are other people in this place with different talents. Which I will try soon. need a pedi bad. But I digress, my husband has always gone to barbers and wanted to get his hair colored and was afraid to trust his hair to anyone. However, after seeing what she did to mine I was able to convince him to come see Kelli, well he was so impressed and he now is a client of her's too. She's does magic with hair color and hair cuts. She meticulous with her craft. I highly recommend Kelli for any and all of your hair needs. You'll fall in love with her like my husband and I have.

The problem is this lady I believe her name is Lucy was in such a hurry to get to her next client she bruised my fingers. I will try and download a Pic. Not only that 5 days after my nail was done one of them came off. When I went in to have it replaced Lucy started yelling and arguing with me in front of everyone in the store. She tried to say I waited to long when I was only in there 5 days prior. I was so embarrassed. They tried to charge me$ 10 to repair it. I Paid 65 for the fill. Then 2 days after this another nail came off. I rarely ever give reviews however in this case I really want to warn people about the very bad service I was given and prevent anyone else having to experience it. The facial was by far the worst I ever had. It ended up being a head, shoulder and arm massage with different locations I asked her about steam, extractions and exfoliation and she said she don't have steam or a tool for extractions She was very young and very weak and should not be doing massages. She was sweet and kind so I didn't walk out on her like I should have. To top it off it was upstairs in a Hot Room so very uncomfortable. I spoke to the manager which turned out to be a waste of time. Definitely felt like their facials are misrepresented.

Only weeks before my…read morewedding I received a brief email from the stylist I originally hired to do hair and makeup at my wedding stating that she had quit the profession and would not be able to provide the services I had contracted and paid a deposit for. Thankfully my mother found and contracted Salon H Davis to know. They responded promptly and were able to fit me in for a hair trial without a few days. They graciously rearranged their schedules to accommodate mine and on meeting Liz, the stylist who did my hair, she immediately put me at ease. She spent quite a bit of time going through the ideas that I have pulled up and asked me what it was I like about each one so she could really pinned down the look I was going for. And she nailed it! She took several photos at the end of the trial and we talked through how we would fine tune it on the day of the wedding! And on the day of, she and her associate, Hailey, arrived promptly at the venue with everything they needed for the day. They were well prepared, extremely professional, worked in a timely fashion, and ensured that my bridesmaids were happy with their hair results! Most importantly, they allowed me to relax, and actually enjoy my big day (instead of stressing about it) and could spend time hanging out with my best girls as we chatted and caught up on life! Of note, they were affordable, willing to travel up to a certain distance and they were also able to set me up with a makeup artist who was also exceptional, Jaime Shippen!
