Her policy clearly states you must give 24 hours notice. Anyhow, I explained to her that I probably should reschedule. I'll get into more detail later... Mintues after I contacted her, I was then charged as if she had done my nails and a day early before our scheduled appointment. But I respected her as a fellow colleague, I'm a former cosmetologist myself, and I booked another appointment for the future with her. Even though this all seemed kinda extreme and uncompassionate as to what I would have done while I was in the industry. But whatever. We all have to do our own thing.. When I contacted her at 12:16 about being charged and wanting to come in on our scheduled appointment at 1:00 since I paid for it already, but she wasn't in the salon. She then cancelled our future appointment, saying we were not a good fit... That part is correct. I was treated with very little compassion and respect. I don't need myI nail tech to kiss my ass but would appreciate them to be understanding, respectful and kind. To explain my side further, I was in a car accident a while back and also diagnosed with an autoimmune disease making my situation even more challenging to overcome. I've been in a lot pain for nearly 5 months straight and thus I dont sleep well. My body is not predictable day to day, leaving me unsure of how I'm going to get places and waste precious energy. Getting my nails done isn't top of my list but I like to feel pretty when I can. I thought I was being considerate in trying to communicate the day before minus 12 mintues that it wasn't a good idea for me to try to come in. I had a physical therapist appointment the morning of my scheduled appointment with her, and hadn't slept well the few days before. Those PT visits are exhausting to me! And painful. Now that I understand her policy, I should have just waited until the day of the appointment to see how I felt and not shown up at all, or gone in a little late, if I was even up for it. Either way, I would have gotten the same fees. Secondly, I wasn't even planning on mentioning the quality of work but will to further explain my side. My nails were left at uneven lengths, each finger was different. They were jagged on a few. And they chipped the next day. But again, I had been willing to give her another chance... Be careful with her and her strict policies. I will say she was pleasant to be around while she was doing my nails the previous time, which was why I had rebooked. But she was a bit harsh in text messages.. and again, not how I would have treated anyone I would have wanted to do business with or how I personally would have treated a client. One last thing to others, just consider things carefully before you give her or anyone your bank info to hold an appointment. Namaste Hannah.

I had recently gotten a full set of acrylics somewhere else, and they felt awful on my nails. Plus, the polish was starting to peel less than a week after getting them done. With Hannah's help, the awful acrylics were removed and my nails already feel so much better. I got a hard gel overlay to protect my nails and keep their natural length. I didn't know what color I wanted so I let Hannah choose, and she picked a stunning combination that I am absolutely in love with. Overall, I am extremely happy and my nails feel and look awesome! I would recommend Hannah to anyone who wants to get their nails done right!
