I consigned 15 luxury items with Suzie the owner of Luxsecondsnob. At the end of the contract period she only sold two of my items. Which was fine, but when I came to pickup my items that didn't sell, she did not return them in the same condition that I gave them in. A Celine pouch was missing the purchase tags, dust bag and box. A brand new black Le Cagole Balenciaga Handbag was returned to me in used condition, dirty, pills in the pockets and tags removed. Obvious signs of wear all over the bag. A pair of shoes were missing one shoe. She stated it was stolen, she did provide $100 compensation for the lost shoe which was not near what was agreed. Also a new Louis Vuitton handbag was returned not with the box I gave, she gave me a dirty soiled box. When I asked why my bag was carried without my permission, she stated that it was just dirty from storage and she cannot be bothered with it because she sells bags that are worth 20k. The owner, Suzie, is an elitist snob. Four months ago, my mother purchased two bag and her bank account was charged twice for it. My mother spoke withy Suzie and her bank against the fraudulent charge to her account but the bank relayed it was a problem on the merchant's end. Instead of amicably working with my mother to return the money owed, Suzie instead exclaims that the money that was charged onto my mother's account is "chump change" to her in comparison to her "bigger clients" that purchases Birkin's. Additionally, Suzie made unprofessional jabs at my mother, claiming she had "trust issues" because she relayed the fraudulent charge incident to her bank. At this point, this is borderline theft. Beware of Suzie the cruel little sadistic shameless power hungry driven goblin she is--she only cares about the clients that are going to buy her Birkin's apparently and not us chumps with our chump change. If you are making such good money, why not return the money back??? WHY NOT RETURN THE MONEY BACK SUZIE??? You should be more considerate on how you make people feel...you're not nice. read more
