Wow I'm impressed. And I've had my share of sketch nail salons, so I would know. Very clean, new and nice massage chairs that actually work well, same goes for the jacuzzi foot baths that change colors. They give out complimentary mini water bottles. I can't comment on the extent of manicure services, but they have the usual package of pedicures. Mimi did a great job with my pedicure, with nice skin products. Reasonably priced. And if you need to drop off your honda next door, this is a perfect way to wait it out. read more

i made an appointment 2 days ago for an appointment at 915 am today November 6. I get to the salon at 910 am thinking ill be taken in early because i work at 1130 am next door so ill have plenty of time. I check in and the guy tells me to come back at 10 am. I waited a few minutes to see if he could take me.If he says he is short staffed why book the appointment then. This isn't the first time that ive had a bad experience at this location. They play with your time. I took a lyft here and now wasted 12 bucks to be turned around to come back. Needless to say I wont be coming back. read more

Since my surgery, I've had trouble trimming my toenails and filing the callouses on my caveman feet. Came here today to get them taken care. I truly enjoyed my experience here. My wife and I both got the Classic Spa pedicure with callous removal and parrfin wax for $38 each and it was well worth it. Friendly staff and a very clean establishment. Our nail technicians Jaclyne and Amy both were polite, and did a fantastic job and I appreciate that. I'll be back to keep my feet looking and feeling great. I've been going to the same establishment for about 15 years, until recently. I walked into Luxurious Nails and was helped right away. The gentleman who did my nails was very kind and patient, my nails are sensitive and he took his time and did a really nice job. The nail lounge is really pretty inside, and the staff is friendly. I called & asked if they did gel x nails and they said yes. I came in and was late so I asked if that's ok, if not I could reschedule because I didn't want them to rush. They told me they can still see me. Unfortunately the tech did not pay attention to detail. Some nails are longer, the sides aren't completely painted, and there is polish all the way up to my cuticle\fingers. I really wanted to like this place because it's walking distance and it was my first self care since having my baby but I don't like how my nails came out at all. Super bummed. read more

I went to 3 nail salons today to try and get me and my little girl in. Understandably it's a holiday weekend and I kept getting turned away, except for this gem of a place. They got us in and they provided exceptional service. This was my first nail Appt since having my baby 4 months ago. I brought him along with my 6 year old daughter. Her and I were getting our nails done for my birthday. They were super friendly and made having an infant to care for along with trying to relax really easy. They accommodated my car seat and positioned it in a way I could tend to my baby if needed, when he got fussy they asked permission to give him his pacifier and then they got my nails done fairly quickly so I could pick him up and hold him (he was tired and wanted to be held). They finished up my pedicure while I held him. My little girl was treated like a princess and like all little girls, picked a glitter color that didn't stand out. She wanted sparkly but of course it worked better as a top coat. The nail tech was so sweet, cleaned off the polish and brought her a couple of base colors to choose from and repainted with the base and the glitter she wanted. She took her time and I could tell my girl was super happy. Bringing an infant into places like this can be super stressful and the way people react when they get fussy can give you anxiety. They did a great job on our services, made this mama feel super comfortable. My expectations were exceeded! read more

First of all, 5 Stars for Vivian, who is so sweet, I adore her; she is so patient and kind and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome . . . But today was the first time I felt uncomfortable at this Nail Lounge and it was because of a new Manager that is there . . . I saw this woman walking up and down the isle with a clipboard, standing there and watching the Salon women working and she had this really unfriendly mean look on her face. I could tell she was making the women feel uncomfortable, because they kept looking up at her as she wrote things down on her clipboard and spoke to them . . . This Manager made me feel like I could not relax and if I talked to the woman doing my nails, I would get her in trouble . . . I asked who she was and was told it was the new Manager. As I left to pay my bill, I asked the woman if she was the new Manager, and without a smile, she responded "yes." I asked her if I could tell her something, and she said "okay," and I said, "you should smile more, you walk around looking mean." She said, "I have to, so things will get done." She ,continued "They know I am friendly and smile." I replied, "but your customers don't . . ." I hate to leave a negative review, because this Nail Salon has always been my favorite, I have been coming for a few years. But I felt the need to share about a Manager, who is making customers feel uncomfortable, because she is standing with a clipboard with a mean look on her face critiquing the employees. It's easy to have a great experience in the moment, but the key to having a great nail tech is how long their work lasts! I've always been a gel mani type of girl. However, Linh introduced me to dip powder because my nails were a bit weak for gel mani. I am so happy I listened to her! I had 3 nails that were cracked on the side and neither of them cracked more with dip powder. She even made sure the dip powder looked as natural as possible. In fact, my nails were extremely sturdy and lasted for more than 3 weeks! Yes, they were overdue for maintenance, but I was honestly so impressed at Linh's craftsmanship. I received so many compliments from strangers asking me where I got my nails done If you're a first timer for dip powder or just looking for an amazing nail tech who pays close attention to detail, I highly recommend Linh!! I really wanted this to be my new go to spot but unfortunately it did not live up. I came in here one afternoon and it caught my attention because it's close to my house and they were offering 30% off. I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure with regular French polish. I didn't choose the basic mani and pedi because they were offering the discount so why not spoil myself a little! The inside of the salon is great, it's gorgeous inside and everything is new and clean. As I started to get my nails prepped, the manicurist asked me if I wanted gel, which I clearly stated I do not because it burns my nail beds and makes them weaker. She then convinced me to try a new organic product called SNS. It's like a dip powder that is thick and hard on your nails keeping them stronger. I was a bit hesitant, but she made it seem worth it. It process took quite a while but she ensured me that not all salons offer this and it takes a certain amount of skill to do the technique properly. Unfortunately the end product was not as great as she discussed. It basically looks like acrylic as they were hard and thick. Which was not the issues - it was the fact that she did not clean the brush properly or something and left white residue were the nail bed was (which I pointed out) and she just kind of rubbed it with a cotton ball. And some of the nails were not smooth. But a bumpy top (thumbs) unfortunately after dipping in the other layers you can't go back without removing the product is what I'm thinking. Also since I had asked for almond shape (which my nails were already cut) she filed the sides of my nails down to low it was stinging. I'm sure SNS is great but I did not have a great experience and ended up spending more money for a worst nail application. It wasn't even just the SNS but the French polish I got on my toes was nice from far away but if you looked up close you can see where she messed up and didn't fix I guess, wish I noticed before I left the salon The stars are strictly for decor, updated new looking salon, offering wine and the management seemed nice as I paid. read more

I will start off by saying this is my first 1 star review, I usually stray away from bad reviews but hopefully this saves someone from a bad experience. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with my Dip manicure and customer service. I brought it to the attention of the nail tech and the owner that my nails were not what I asked for, I asked for a nude dip color and they used one with chunky glitter sparkles in it, the shape and thickness were all bad. The owner just stuttered, made excuses and still made me pay. I would advise whoever reads this to go to another nail salon if you want what you pay for. Good customer service would have been for them to acknowledge their mistake and not charge me for my nails, since I had to pay to get them redone else where. read more

5 stars for Luxurious Nail Lounge. I have been going here for I don't know how long (years) but I continue to be a fan. The place is very clean and comfortable. I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure every three weeks like clockwork. Mimi does my nails and Amy does my toes. I am very particular about my nails and Mimi does a perfect job every time. (Unless I do not listen to her and pick an ugly color, LOL.) Vivian is also awesome. I just wanted to throw out kudos to this business, it rocks and recommend you all get your nails done here. The nail tech shoved her cuticle pusher down hard enough to completely damage my big toe. I'm unfortunately used to nail techs injuring me in some way shape or form during mani/pedis, but this is the worst injury I've had in years of getting my nails done. It's been over ten days since I went in and had my pedi, and my big toe still looks this injured. Photo attached. It still looks this horrible after ten DAYS of healing. What a joke. Honestly, how good or bad the rest of the service was doesn't matter to me. I couldn't wear any high heels or shoes that put pressure on my toes for a week straight. What's the point of getting a cute pedicure if I can't wear any kind of shoes to show it? Reading other reviews, it looks like other customers had injuries here as well. I asked for a simple gel mani and pedi, asked for 2 colors in beginning which were white and fairy dust, had changed my mind about the fairy dust before they even started painting my nails so I told them no. They go ahead and put the fairy dust on my toe nails anyways. I was charged a full $85 for the service that I wasn't satisfied with. The lady was rough on my toes and kept putting rubbing alcohol on my cuts when I specifically asked her not to. Will NOT come here again. Took almost 2 hours just to get my nails done when at other salons it only takes about 45 min for a better job for a simple gel. read more

I would definitely go elsewhere if you are looking for a pleasant, worth-the-money experience!!! Upon arriving, I spoke to the lady at the front desk who seemed short and bothered that I was asking for a service (which I had already called to arrange prior to arriving). She told me to look for my own color on the wall and search through often poorly labeled bottles. After stating that I couldn't find a single plain white color, the lady at the front shrugged and went on about her business (she wasn't helping a guest at the moment) and didn't help me find a white polish or ask if someone might be done using it. Once I got to my chair, both ladies who did my acrylic fill and pedicure were impersonal and expected I had been there before and knew their different pedicure options without looking at their menu. Still, I would have been satisfied if the results were respectable. BUT I sat in the chair for over 2 hours, as the lady who did my acrylic fill missed every edge and side with polish, and ignored my request for a coffin shape. Other than getting polish messily over one toe nail and letting it dry that way, the lady who did my toes did a good job. I appreciated the lady fixing my acrylics, but was disappointed to say the least at dedicating an extra 45 minutes to fix her mistakes, a NO DISCOUNT on a service. Disappointing service considering I paid over $72 + tip.
