Just came home from getting a Deluxe Pedicure. First time at this salon. Absolute perfection! I was greeted warmly. I was a little early. While I waited I was offered water. Mimi did my pedicure and she was absolutely wonderful. Mind you, I put myself through college doing manicures and pedicures. I have easily done over 1000 pedicures so I know what I am talking about. Mimi was so polite and kind. Very gentle. She took her time and and was very meticulous. I did not feel rushed at all. One thing I noticed as that her hands almost never left my feet. In beauty school they teach you this...its very calming and comforting. Sugar scrub and massage were so nice I almost fell asleep. I am hoping this will finally be my forever salon! Don't live in the area but have come here twice while visiting family. The first time I got a gel mani and pedi with floral designs for my baby shower. The techs were friendly, talkative and very nice. The mani tech did amazing free handing my florals off an inspo pic. Today I came in while visiting with my 2 month old. Got a regular pedi and halfway through my baby started to get fussy. As a first time mom, I started to panic and get nervous. The nail tech doing my grandmas nails came by, picked up my baby and walked around rocking her so I could enjoy the rest of my pedi. Baby girl fell asleep. Their nails look just as ugly as their souls They also will refuse to tell you the real total until afterwards l've never met "business owners" so rude in my life. I get you don't like your job but don't take it out on women just trying to get their nails done. The owner was so rude and literally laughed in a customers face and continued to make jokes at her expense when she came in asking to get her nails fixed.. that broke because they have horrible product.. The owner is abusive, arrogant and dishonest! He messed up my appt. 3 times. wanted me to wait around for an hour..and then blamed me and the manicurist. Totally inconsiderate of my schedule! I have a husband, a family, a dog to feed, and I work full time. Very sad, he is a bad representation of a local place, and the community-usually in this area I find nothing but kindness and good will. Vibe is not good. No shortage of manicurists in Orange County. This was my third time here and it was a horrible experience! I will not be going back. I had had two great experiences here before I don't know what happened this time but my spa pedicure of $35 was nothing but a polish change. By Jay! The worst part of all was that I had been telling them for a week I just wanted an hombre. I thought we were clear on that, but I got Michelle who spent two hours drilling and sawing on my nails and made me bleed on six of them, and none of them Were correct shape or same length. She charged $55. I went to someone else and they told me she had used acrylic on my nails. I have never done acrylic on my nails and I specifically told her and everyone I did not want acrylic on my nails, I will not be going back! Where were you hiding David? I can't imagine you allowing this to happen. read more

My daughter and I stopped in to be pampered today and boy were we treated like royalty. We were immediately welcomed by employees who had big smiles. We both got spa pedicures and we both loved the person who did them. They took their time and really ensured we were comfortable. The chairs are soft and very comfortable. Each chair has massage capability which was an extra nice treat. J did my manicure. He took his time and was extremely polite. He spoke English well and really paid attention to what he was doing. I was surprised at how peaceful and relaxing it was inside. It was not the typical nail store where employees chatter over you in another language, there was gentle music on and two televisions that had the volume off. The place was made for relaxation. It was very clean inside also. My daughter was taken care of by kim, and she LOVED her! Kim went out of her way to make my daughter feel special and taken care of. My daughter had a bad experience at another nail salon and was afraid to ever ask for her nails to be painted again, but Kim totally changed that forever! She took her time and spoke gently to my daughter. She smiled the whole time she was working, and she even added a beautiful flower decal to my daughters nails. She was truly wonderful and my daughter cannot wait to go back to see her. This location has a ton of gel and regular nail polish to select from, and a very nice clean bathroom. They even have a kids spa menu which saved me a lot of money!!! We truly felt cared for, and I wish all salons were like this one. We will absolutely be returning! The prices were reasonable, but the service was truly out of this world. We don't live that close, but will make the commute to see kim and j again for sure! Came here was greeted promptly with an offer of a cold drink or tea, seated quickly and had the most beautiful nails and pedicure ever received! They didn't take too long either! The pedicure service here is the only thing I've tried and they're very thorough! For $35 they took their time and you actually got a very good massage. Walked in with four people and it was easy to get situated! Toes are very well groomed and I can say I was happy with the service, they're not the most talkative but it was comfortable being there as they provide you water and such too. I thought I give this place another chance but will never step foot here again. Save your time and money!!! My manicure was just ok. My pedicure was a different story. I should have said something but it was New Years so I kept to myself. The pedicure was super sloppy and the lady did multiple layers of gel (I think their polishes are old). I noticed bubbling and once I came home I noticed my whole nail bubbling and forming smears. Complete waste. If I could give this place a zero, that would be more proper.
