Jennifer did an amazing job on my nails. This place deserves more attention. They took their time. Made sure that I was comfortable and also did a great job on the toes. I got a birthday set. I absolutely love them. Going to keep coming back!
They did such a lovely job and ensure that I was happy with my results !! This is almost 3 weeks of growth and they're still perfect, they are also so nice and sweet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was an accidental charge from them, but we easily figured out a solution and I appreciate them so much for that and their hard work[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], I will definitely be coming back !
Pricing is unclear no matter how many times I read the menu and looks subject to change but a gel manicure appears to be 30$ the feet must be 30-40$ expect to pay 70-80$ +tip =100$ maybe visiting the dentist is cheaper. I'm leaving three stars because the assistant manicurist that does the basic gel sets, did nice work in helping my nails grow and I'll be happy to see her again. Good luck with your acrylic appointments.....
Vicky is amazing at doing hair! She gave me a wonderful scalp massage and washed my hair. Very relaxing. I enjoyed the blowout and style as well. I love that mail stop LA is adding hair to their services. Kim is wonderful as well and always does an amazing job with each and every nail.
Beautiful works at Nail Stop LA. I got gel X and designs. They came out exactly how I want it, price is fair. My technician took her time and made sure everything good. They do every kind of design here. Definitely worth it! This is my go to place from now on.
I just want to share my honest experience at this salon. My bf picked this place and called in advance to get my appointment set up and provided them with the inspiration photo. Which was way out of the salon expertise (I guess) If your employees can't deliver the promised designs don't accept them and be honest w/ the client, don't just take it for them money. I don't know if it was the employee that I got set up with but even the front receptionist lady couldn't fix them and do the design right. I should of walked out as soon as I saw the lady applying the gel x extensions. I've never seen any other salon used so much gel when applying to the point where my skin got glued to tip of my fingers and somehow the lady still left air bubbles on the tips. When it came time to do the design I immediately started to cringe and again should of walked out then and there. I asked the lady to re-do it bc it didn't look anything like the design. She couldn't do it then the front lady came asking "what was the problem" and what was wrong with them w/ a little bit of an attitude. The front lady tried to do a "technique" that improved nothing. The original nail lady continued on the design and quite frankly at that point I was so done I just wanted to get out. I should of worded this but I was too shy and stunned to speak. So I let them continue, then it came time to do the "drip." I grew more disappointed because it looked nothing like the design. I told the lady to fix it again but she couldn't do it and it kept looking the same. The lady was closed to being finished and asked "do you like them" I answered "no" and she kept going. I was so over it I just wanted to leave and I hate complaining but I should of. I went to check out (my bf paid in advance) front lady asked if I liked them I said "no" She said that I should of worded it before and in my head I was like "I did.." way too many times. Anyways she offered to fix the drip design and she tried. And this is the final result after multiple attempts to "fix" them by these two ladies. Moral of the story ladies is be vocal about what you don't like right there and then bc then you won't get any refunds. So be the judge for yourself. What I asked for vs. what I got.
Hands down I am so very pleased with this fill done by Kim! She was great and did exactly what I asked for and made it look amazing! I'm very Happy with my fill and I also got a pedicure and surprisingly did not take forever like most places do! I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to come try them out, I'm very hard to please and these nails really impressed me! Very satisfied customer here
Got my nails done for grad photos and came here for the first time. Wonderful experience and my nails came out beautiful. My nail tech Tina was so nice with her input and creativity and suggestions. She was so so so patient and took her time with my nail design which I don't always get at other salons so I really appreciated it. She was sweet and nice and always thoughtful to make sure I was okay and always asking me to let her know if I felt any discomfort as she did my nails. Overall, I loved the experience and would definitely come back :) Also, whatever u want, they got it. Customs and everything
I've been looking for my goto nail salon for the longest time, and I found it! First impression with the area/location, wasn't very great for me. However, I'm glad my first impression didn't ruin my experience. My nail tech today was Khloe, and she did a beautiful job. I think she has an eye for nails, and as a first time client, she'll be a perfect starter. They've barely been open for a month, and I think it was definitely worth the drive. My nails turned out so so cute, and I'm sure Khloe will make anyone's nails snatched. I went for a bit of a simple nail look, and I really like how they've turned out. I don't speak for everyone, but this was my experience, and my experience couldn't be any better. My experience was with Khloe, and Khloe did an amazing job. I know I can come back to the same, amazing experience (:

cheap products, got my nails filled on tuesday my gel started peeling maybe twenty minutes after i got home the same night! 6/10 nails were chipped and three were really bad or had peeled off by saturday. so i had to waste more of my time to go back down the second time and i had got my nails done 4 days ago! the products are obviously just crap. i contacted kim on sunday to let her know and she acted like it was my fault. i asked her for a refund so i can get my gel nails painted by someone else and she sent me 12$ back and i was charged 97$ for a fill. read more

I have loved all the sets I have gotten here and the nail techs are literally the sweetest and most accommodating!! Also, they always have the most intriguing shows on the TV and I always leave with a new show to binge. Definitely support this small business because they won't disappoint. read more

I have been looking for a new spot closer to home and saw that this place had great reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try! The place was super clean, the decor was super cute, everyone was so friendly and they were playing such good music I loved the vibes and how relaxing my experience was. I didn't get my nail tech's name but she was very detailed, took her time and did a great job. It was also my first time getting a "jelly pedicure" and I loved it. 1st time here. Nail Stop LA is a small, quaint, beautifully decorated with pink walls, flower wall and a chandelier at the entrance..... As soon as you walk in you get a good sense of how your experience will go. Walked in and I was greeted with my name as I had an appointment, they immediately sat me down, Lee asked what type of pedicure and she did a great job. Kim asked how I wanted my nails shape , length and style....She hit it spot on! One must try it..... Calm, and welcoming atmosphere. read more

I'm so glad I found a nail salon I love. Kim is so talented! I gave her an inspiration pic and she brought it to life only better. I love the shaping and time she takes. I also like the fact that you don't feel like you're there forever because she chats with you and the time flys by. This place sucks, i sent my gf here to suprise her with nails & boy was she suprised w the shit job they did. wait till they finish to pay bc even after a shit job they will say they can't refund you because they did their best & if that's their best i don't wanna find out what their worst is. Save yourself some time & find a good place to do your nails, if i can rate it under a star i would but this place is not it. Just go to a better place or wait till they finish to pay. read more

i got mt last 2 set there, CUTEEE PRETTY PINK and these green nails . i always have my nails on for over a month, and i never get lifting ! last photo looks discolored but trust me it still looks like the other photo in good lighting. kim always kills it she never misses !! read more

Ok so I came here 3 weeks ago. Kim did AMAZING. Friendly, made sure throughout my whole time sitting with her I was ok. I finally found my spot! If you're looking for a place that is up to date with the latest trend, this is your go-to. They have several design options, powders, and beautiful gel colors. The girls all do a great job and they're so friendly. Their shop has a girly touch to it! I definitely recommend this place and I'm obsessed with my set. read more
