I had a nail emergency (something I thought I'd never say haha). A couple of my nails broke and I was too far from my normal nail shop to make it. Pictures were about to be taken of me within the hour and goodness knows you cant have messed up nails for that. I called and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule to fix my 3 broken nails. The nail tech that helped me did it amazingly fast and they looked fantastic when she was done. And to top it off she was super friendly and not at all annoyed by my last min request. I'll definitly be going back there in the future. Prices seem pretty on par with everywhere else. omggggg I'm crying... I love this place. I have very strong nails and they grow out very pretty. one of them cracked and I asked then to fix it. because they have done it for me before. they did an amazing job, but not only that. The following day, I had an accident and cracked my nail againn. I was lucky it wasn't my finger. I came in last minute, thinking there was no way they could help me that late. I had a long day and am also pregnant, so I was really hoping to unwind and relax. I did make an appointment and even came in earlier than I preferred, but I still had to wait quite a while. While my feet were soaking, the nail technician asked if she could do another client's eyebrows, and I agreed thinking it would be quick. It ended up taking about 20 minutes, and then another eyebrow client was taken as well. After being there for around 40 minutes with my pedicure still not started, I canceled my other appointment for the evening and asked her to take whoever she needed so she wouldn't feel rushed with me. The technician was kind, and I tried to stay calm and make the best of it, but the pedicure itself felt rushed. My feet weren't cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked, and there was a small cut that caused bleeding toward the end. On the positive side, my toes did come out really beautiful. The service was $30, which is very affordable, and I do think you get what you pay for. While I appreciated the friendliness, the overall experience wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. I would like to come back but I most likely won't be back.

It's just preference. I also got my eyebrows waxed. There's a small room right are the beginning of the hallway that is overcrowded for its size but serves its purpose. She was quick and efficient with my eyebrows. No complaints. The general feel of the place of slightly crowded because they have a lot of stations and pedicure chairs. The staff that didn't have clients were just scattered around doing their own thing. It seems like a nice place. Calm. I would go back if I needed to in a pinch and my regular person isn't available.
