I filed an auto-body claim with USAA (who paid for everything directly), and they provided some shop options. From those options, I checked yelp.com and google reviews to determine which shop I wanted to seek an estimate. They had the best reviews, so I started with them. My husband met them after work; he was impressed with their customer service. After receiving the quote the next day, I instantly selected them to start work and I dropped off the car in the morning. The car rental company picked me up from there (and after, I left the rental car with Luxury Auto Body, and they took it from there--very helpful!). The shop that cares! Luxury Auto Body took care of my BMW and did amazing work while it was in for repair. Carlos maintained great customer service and communication during the repair process. He made sure my car was done in a timely matter and they had it completed at the correct turn around time. It was no hassle at all. Prior to renting they made sure I knew I didn't have to purchase add-ons at the rental car place as a selling method.
