I called ahead yesterday specifically to ask whether this store accepted custom-made suits because another consignment company I use does not. The person I spoke with told me they did and simply said to bring them in. Today, I brought in four custom-made suits worth approximately $12,000. They were folded neatly and brought in bags. When I arrived, one employee greeted me politely and asked how he could help. I explained that I had called the day before about consigning custom suits. Another employee turned around and said, "It was me." He immediately and rudely asked what size the suits were. I explained that they belonged to my husband and I wasn't sure. He then said, "Well, first of all, you need to bring custom suits in on a hanger." I apologized and explained that I hadn't been told that when I called. His response was, "You didn't ask." That was the entire interaction. At that point, I thanked them for their time and left. Businesses are free to have whatever intake requirements they want, but basic customer service and professionalism cost nothing. Had I been told over the phone that the suits needed to be on hangers, I would have happily brought them that way. Instead, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong for not knowing information that was never communicated to me. I also own a business in the same neighborhood, so I understand firsthand how important customer service is. Every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated with respect, whether they're bringing in one item or several. The way I was spoken to was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily condescending. It was such a poor first impression that I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. I will also be sharing my experience when customers, colleagues, and neighbors ask for recommendations regarding local consignment businesses. If this is how potential consignors are treated before they've even become customers, I cannot recommend this business.

I am appalled someone in customer service would treat someone like that. I came in with the low expectation he may buy one or two things. He would not even look at anything I brought in. Extremely entitled human being. Do not waste your time or energy coming into his store. I hope he at least treats his employees with more respect than his customers.

The service here is EXCEPTIONAL. True southern hospitality. Every person on staff made it a point to go out of their way to greet me and offer their assistance. Every single person. I felt so welcomed and cared for. They have all the things. A true luxury shopping experience in the crescent court complex. 3 floors. Floor 1 is mens and jewelry, floor 2 is a salon and 3 is women's. I enjoyed my visit and can't wait to go back. When YOU drop in ask for Heyward. He'll take care of you.

The are carrying very exclusive brands for the city such as Rick Owens, Jil Sanders, and Moschino that are not carried at Neimans or Nordstrom. The staff are always gracious and friendly when I am at the store. I know the women's store just reopened recently after unfortunate fire damage and wish them all the best of luck as they continue. --Make sure to check out the window displays because they are always dope.

Occasionally have a size Large- not even a joke----…read more I just walked out of your store after talking to the 2 very nice girls who were working this Sat morning. - I grazed through all of the clothing options on one side of the store and noticed a pattern of XS, S, and random M size items which caused me to ask the 2 girls working if all they carried were XS and S ( slightly jokingly) and they said "Yes those sizes and Medium and occasionally Large" OCCASIONALLY??!! On this trip, most of the clothes are polyester/spandex from China with prices for linen. For plastic clothing, I think it should be a bit cheaper...at least it won't shrink!
