They did come out promptly to repair though. I guess my only complaint on that one would be to have installers look over their work.(chip was very obvious) Fast forward a few months we needed our kitchen countertops replaced. They weren't very responsive with communication. Out of the 3 fabrication quotes I rec'd (the other 2 companies were recommended by All Natural Stone)theirs was twice the cost.Also,Lito's insisted I needed 3 slabs.We went back and forth on that one.The other 2 quotes from fabricators recommended by All Natural Stone said I would only need 2 slabs. Too busy,too expensive,error on slab quantity (I could have shelled out another $4k for quartzite slab!)and quick to run out the door after install so used someone else. My bathroom countertops do look nice though. I feel bad with only one star but the price gouging and big error regarding # of slabs was bad!

We had a undermount sink failure because previous granite installer didn't mount it…read morecorrectly.Unfortunately,the granite had to be ripped out to replace the sink.I picked out Taj Mahl quartzite from All Natural Stone and Yolanda (she's awesome)recommend a few amazing fabricators and LA was one of them.I told her I wanted to use LA.(had a few conversations with them)She said they were great and I'll be very happy. They did our demo first and explained why the sink failed-bad materials/metal rods etc)All of the materials surrounding the sink was crumbly with wet rot so they put in new plywood. Orlando patiently went through templating with me.I appreciate the extra attention he gave my layout,the wavy pattern on my countertop flows seamlessly.High end job for sure! The counter install hit a snag because one section of cabinets flanking our stove was higher.They spent a great deal of time to level it.I think most fabricators would have either proceeded with the job,or demand I hire out a carpenter to fix. Initially was going to settle and use previous company I used to install my Silestone bathroom countertops ( Lito's Marble & Granite)Out of the 3 bids I rec'd theirs was crazy high.They insisted I had to have 3 slabs.Even after I pointed out the other 2 fabricator quotes said 2 slabs would be plenty. I recommend L&M for a high quality job,they are hardworking and HONEST. I'm so glad we went with LA Marble & Granite! Their attention to detail,patience,competitive pricing and just over all wonderful guys made this remodel PERFECT. Also happy they will hold on to our left over slab for a future project for us. The reps at Bay Stone did their best guess and estimated 3 slabs. They coordinated the fab and install with Mr. Marble, and I understand why - they do beautiful work. Secondly, I was able to go down to their shop and select which stones I wanted for the peninsula and the one for the stove area. Joe was amazing - they came out to measure, built the template and realized I only needed two. They coordinated the return with Bay Stone who in turn were awesome - no hassle. Most importantly, the quartzite looks amazing, and one cannot determine where the seams are located - unless one is willing to inspect and search for them. I have received many compliments on the craftmanship! These are before and after. I had a limited budget - kept the original appliances and sink - they still work. Also had the hinges from cabinets switched from external to hidden. Opted to have them painted as the oak frames and door are solid wood.

It's absolutely criminal to be out close to $4000 and 2 months later still with NO ETA and his refusal to refund the money after he failed to deliver the products. Not sure how this business is even still in operation. I feel bad for the people who have yet to experience what we have and I know with 100% certainty that those customers will ultimately engaging in unsatisfying results with no recourse whatsoever. We bought 59 boxes of flooring after Robert informed us that they are in stock. We arranged for a rental truck and our handyman to pick up after Robert told us they are available. Our handyman informed us only 4 out of the 59 boxes were the ones we ordered with the rest as wrong! We called Robert right away and he said the warehouse made a mistake and he will call us back. He never did to this day and it'll been over 2 months. I continued to call and text him with absolutely no response and eventually came to his store only to have him be missing. His brother told us that Robert would call us when he returns and guess what, he never did. Then his brother called the supplier and told us to come back on March 15th. Well it's March 15th, 2024 today and guess what! Neither Robert nor my order is here. Once again, we are in the position to WAIT. I demanded for a return of my check which he cashed right away when we gave it to him back in January. He told me to come back next week and I told him that I don't trust that he will give me the money. He just hung up on me. They are criminals! Do NOT waste your money and time here!!!
