I was so hoping to love this place as it is very close to my home, however, I'm sorry to say that I won't be going back. I went in for a Gel soak off & new Gel set. The tech was friendly and did speak English. After they applied the nail polish remover on cotton, wrapped in foil, they put plastic gloves on my hands which I thought was a nice touch as it holds in the smell. Then when she scraped the old Gel off, she scraped it into the glove which also makes less mess which was a nice touch, but that is where the good ends. I was cut on two cuticles. The tech said it must be because the pusher tool was new and very sharp, but even after she cut me the first time, she continued to use the same tool, which cut me a second time pretty bad. I looked over their menu of services. I had a very rough morning so I added a 10 minute head and shoulder massage to my services. After my nails were done, the same tech that did my nails stepped around behind me, set a timer, and proceeded to rub my shoulders and temples (not my head). A few minutes after she began, she asked if I would like her to do it harder, which I replied, "YES, Please". She was doing it so softly, I could hardly feel it. She replied, I don't want to hurt you. I told her that she would not hurt me. She never did massage me any harder. Then near the middle of my massage, a phone call came into the shop that the front desk person could not handle because the caller needed someone that spoke Vietnamese. She asked the tech that was massaging my shoulders to take the phone call......in the middle of my massage! The tech did take the phone, held it in her shoulder, and spoke to the person on the phone while massaging me for the duration of my massage. It was not relaxing at all, sitting in the middle of the big open room, everyone else talking and joking, and the tech working on my shoulders while speaking on the phone at the back of my head. First time here, just moved to the area was looking for a regular place to do my nails. The inside feels so relaxing, the customer service is amazing. They were so nice. and my nails came out beautifuly!!! Definitely making this my regular nail spa. read more

If I could give this place a 0, I would. 0/5 Absolutely DO NOT go here. I went here Monday 4/26 to get my nails done for a wedding on Friday. I made my appointment for 6:30. Then I received two phone calls back to back and a text message desperately asking me to come in earlier. I had work until 5:45. But I still made it in early to my appointment. They didn't even say thank you to me for coming in early. They were very rude. My nail tech told me I should've been off earlier because I work at a bank and the banks around there close at 4. She barely spoke to me at all otherwise. She was distracted and doing other things while doing my nails. When she was done I asked to pay with a credit card, but she made me pay through Venmo. Then the worst part is, two nails chipped after one day. Then by Friday I had 6 nails chipped/ broken. I was so angry. I politely asked if they could refund me some money and they said no because I liked my nails when I left and I left a tip. I've never had more unprofessional service in my life. We had two gel manicures and a gel pedicure. They did an awesome job. One of the gel ma I cured started to peel about 3 days later so we went back and they re-did the entire gel mani without a fuss. They were super nice about it and the second time around it was perfect. GREAT prices and service. Will go back when in town again. read more

My daughter went to this salon for the first time and was expecting to pay about $80 for a full set, which is high compared to other salons in the area, but she went with a girlfriend and was willing to pay that price. The nail tech asked her if she'd like some jewels, so she agreed that would be great. However, the nail tech did not give her a price until after the work was completed. No communication whatsoever regarding how much the additional charge would be.. Her total was $130. My issue is that the pricing was not communicated and was not a choice as to how much extra she'd like done. When I called to discuss the situation, I was told if she doesn't have the money, they'll take the jewels off and leave just her her nails. I asked about paying $100 to be more reasonable. No.. they would only accept the full amount or take the design off. She was not able to make a decision about how much extra she'd like to pay for a design.. and at other salons she's never paid that much and didn't know in regards to comparison. They ended up making a scene and took the jewels off, still charged her $90. Will they be able to use those jewels again? No compromise. Just rude. I agree with Megan F from 6/9/20. read more

This place is awesome!!!! Amazing customer service and fantastic nail services! The staff was so gracious and friendly! I came in with 2 of my friends and they took us right away with no appointments. All 3 of us wanted fingers and toes but as it was late,6:30, we decided to come back a day later but they insisted on doing manicures AND pedicures! Great experience. Staff very friendly. John was technician and did a very thorough job on my cuticles which were a big reason for my visit. Went w a friend and they seated us together and offered if we like any refreshments. My friend had to leave quickly due to an emergency. The staff gathered her things and brought them close to where I was sitting while she took the call outside. They were very compassionate about her situation. I asked for Jennifer as soon as I arrived. Peter told me she was available, but started to remove my polish and polish my toes himself. Again, I stated I asked for Jennifer and you told me she was available. Peter, shrugged his shoulders and stated you can go ask her if she can do for you. Jennifer, came from the room and started to assist him. Jennifer had to tell him not to put the top coat on so quickly, Peter is very inexperienced! Also, Jennifer rushed to do my nails and my nails needed to be cleaning from under, Peter used a drill to get the loose particles and Jennifer rushed over to tell him he couldn't use the drill being that I had the dipping powder.
