I think the place is great and the service is very welcoming, however, when an appointment is scheduled, you shouldn't have to wait. Almost every time I made an appt. I walk in atleast 5 minutes early and still end up waiting a half hour or so. The spa chairs are not so comfortable and the last time I got a Pedi the young woman (who is a daughter of one of the elderly woman who also works there) hurt my toes trying to get my ingrown out. Love Love this place I have been their customer for 8 years now and never once have I had a complain or incident. Lynn and Ann are my favorite person to go to and each customer has there favorite. I have got my nails done, manicures, pedicures and eye brow wax I love there work.They are really nice, polite, very clean and always make you feel welcome. Typically I always wear acrylics. However lately I've been getting the gel manicure and I love love it. Last me about 2 and a half to 3weeks. I love luxury nails. Great service. Great prices. I've been coming here for years, however recently I had the worst experience I've ever had at any nail salon. The woman that helped me was rushing me, didn't understand what I was explaining to her and did my acrylic way too thick. She told me it was my nails not her. How are my nails thick, when acrylic nails are fake? But anyways, I told her to fix it and she said they were fine, that I was simply not used to the acrylic. So the next day I came in to try to have someone else fix them, and the manager refused to help me. She blamed me for not telling the woman who helped me to fix them same day. Are you kidding me?? It's bad customer service and racist to help everyone else before the black person and tell me to wait " a little bit"...all those people came after me and someone should've been started on my nails while my feet were being done. My favorite place to get my nails done in Riverside. I'm always shocked when I read reviews about people having bad experiences due to poor customer service. Every time I've had my nails done here (which is probably about a dozen times or so over the past year), I've always received excellent customer service. The technicians always do my nails exactly how I request and acryllics here seem to last at least three to four weeks without lifting. I drive here from Moreno Valley because I can't find a place even half as good near me. Every manicurist here is AMAZING.

My nails were done by the young girl who sits in station #5. I will never go back to this place again. She was rude and she did such a shitty job! I asked for colored powder for acrylic nails and they are so uneven and there are areas where there is no acrylic at all. I would never recommend this dump to anyone. They have such a small selection when it comes to nail colors. Not to mention, the workers seem to always have attitude. Every time I go I get charged more and more. I come every two weeks to get fills and they charge me 20 sometimes and almost 30 other times. Yet there's no change to my nails, no added length or trimmed or gel polish. I will not be back here again. I went in for a $12 fill. The lady said I needed 2 nails replaced and proceeded to take the 2 off. She then asked if I wanted them cut down. I told her yes, they are to long. So at the end she tells me it's $18. Seriously? $2 per nail that SHE took off, and $2 to cut them down. I have never been charged to cut the nail. A full set is $17, I asked the lady why I'm paying more to have a fill and 2 nails replaced versus a full set. She just said next time take my nails off myself before I come. it's been 3 days since I got them done and theyre already lifting. Deff not worth the $18. If I was purely rating on one of the employees Helen I would give her a 5.but yesterday when I stopped in to get a full Set it was about 20 min after opening and there was only one other customer who was in there and she was already being helped there where about 7 employees there not doing anything but playing on there phones.they asked me to have a seat and someone would be right with me.after waiting about 5 minutes I got up and walked around a little and they assured me again someone would be right with me.well after waiting another 10 minutes I still hadn't been helped so I walked out.that is a terrible way to do business.when you are on the clock you should not be able to have your cell phone out and just ignore customers it's rude. read more
