I'm from California and I came here three months ago to try it out. Obviously i am back a third time and i absolutely love the shape they do to my pedicure. The time they take with me and the care. This is very nice and friendly place. The reviews is what helped me chose this place and I am not disappointed. I now be living in forney and it takes me about 30+ minutes to get here but it is worth the drive. The price is reasonable and my son loved his pedicure as well. Thank you Ty and Donna for the care today!

New job, new nail place to seek out a new favorite. First one to try in this area. I based my choice after reading Yelp reviews and checking out the pics. There are a TON of salons here. Finding Luxury Nails on the first shot and seeing my nails and my sister's, receiving the level of service we did was phenomenal. I won't be searching for a new spot, because THIS PLACE IS MY PLACE now. Called about an hour ahead and was graciously given an appointment for one dip and one mani. The service was above par. Jenny did my dip set. First time and Jenny is my favorite. The tech who did my sisters mani was very nice too. I will try the pedi next time I return. Treat yourself. You deserve it!! I've been coming to the salon for about 4 months now. I've seen Bon the most and she does a great job!! Today I had the pleasure of working with Judy and she did a fantastic job. I seriously love this salon and the Manager is one of the nicest salon managers I've met. She knows all the customers by name and loves her job you can tell. Friendly and inviting atmosphere.

The ladies are wonderful and sweet. However, The gel manicure was sloppy as the cuticle area is uneven and jagged and the layers are visible and lumpy. Since the top polish was applied it'd be unable to fix unless starting the polish over so I never mentioned the quality.

Worst gel nails ever in my life. The nail tech was in a rush and when I asked her to fix that cat eye effect she acted as if it was too much $45 for this raggedy nail set this place is for old ladies. They CANNOT DO any of the styles they have displayed it's a waste of money this is 5 days after playing $45 for GEL POLISH!! I'm glad I didn't tip her and would only recommend this place for senior citizens that don't care what their nails look like. Worst salon in Texas.

I walked right in and was seated right away. But the tech I had never asked what shape I wanted. I told her I wanted the nails cut down to my shortest nail. She clipped them then filed so much I lost most of my length and ended up with nails almond shape, not the long, round nails I came in with. Luckily nails grow out. I'm still willing to try again, but I'll be very firm from the beginning next time.

I came here last week for a pedicure, amazing service! $37 for regular polish and sea salt scrub. (the basic pedicure is cheaper) I came here today for dip powder and design on my natural nails. I wasn't go leave a review but now I'm starting to wonder about how I get charged different. First time I went here I was taking off nails and I called they gave me one price once the lady started another lady told her another price !! I went to get a full set dip and the lady told me $45 in the shop in front of the nail tech and then once I'm done the lady told me $50 I'm like how I didn't get nothing different . I like going to individual nail techs outside of the salon because they try to give you something you don't want then try to change the price!!!!! read more

I've been going here for 1.5 years now and Bon is my gal! She is so detail oriented and always takes her time with her work. My go-to is almond french, unless I get tired of the length and go back to square for a month for shorter nails. Katie and Judy (nails) and Nikki (pedis) are also amazing! I'm very particular about my nails, and they each do a wonderful job. It's truly a joy going to the salon - they all make you feel like family. 10/10! read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. They took me in at 5:15 for a manicure and pedicure despite the fact that they close at six and still accommodated me with smiles on their face and kindness the whole time. I have been coming to see Tracy for 15+ years. She is always so nice and has attention to detail. People always comment on how great my nails look. I do acrylic white (solar nails). The place is neat and clean. At times I enjoy just relaxing while my nails are getting down and Tracy respects not chatting with me. Other times I chat a bit more with her.. she is super nice. I sometimes bring my husband too... he falls a sleep during her pedicure. Over the years Tracy has given me some good advice on a few Vietnamese coffees and food. My husband has loved me learning how to make Vietnamese coffee. read more

Well this salon doesn't have a drying station for nails or feet. That wasn't disclosed until I received services. The salon asked me to pay after receiving my pedicure so I had to leave and figure out how I was going to handle drying my nails. There price was too high my cuticles wasn't properly clean up after paying 38.00. For the services I received I was totally dissatisfied and not customer friendly. Donot go this salon if you want professional service. When I inquired about drying station they said they are too small for that. I just moved to the area I will never go back. read more

This is literally the best nail experience ever. Katie always fits me in no matter what's going on. The date always makes you feel so excepted and incredibly invited to stay a while. My manicure is ALWAYS perfect. Even when it's busy they come out amazing. I have standing appointments here and Katie is simply fabulous. This is the worst salon I have ever been to. The staff had a very nasty attitude and was only worried about getting you in and out. I will never be returning! I was sent on my way when my nails were not even fully dry, causing them to smudge when I got in my car. read more

If you don't mind a pedicure with a side of attitude, then this is your nail place. I can't think of a worse experience, and I've had some bad ones. After very politely requesting a problem nail be clipped in a certain way, the girl doing my pedicure became very rough while whispering repeatedly to the man doing my nails (not in English). She actually shoved my foot. I tried explaining it wasn't anything she was doing, but my nail grew crooked. It didn't help. Very uncomfortable, unrelaxing experience. read more

When I pointed out that my thumbnail was not shaped evenly like the rest of my nails, she seemed irritated that I asked her to fix it twice. What bothered me the most was that she over-sanded my natural nails and damaged my nail bed/enamel. Three weeks later, my nails are still growing back thin and weak, and I ended up cutting all of them because of the damage. I also asked the owner to explain the manicure service and what it included. After reviewing it, I realized the nail tech skipped steps such as lotion and the hand massage. Even after the owner brought it to her attention, she still refused to complete the service properly. As someone who lives only two minutes away, I really wanted to support this business, but I no longer feel valued or respected as an African American customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where professionalism, customer care, and respect are a priority.

For me, finding a nail salon has been hit or miss but Luxury Nails has definitely been a HIT. Katie and her staff really know how to cater and deliver phenomenal service. The first time we went, it was about 45 minutes before they closed, but they took care of us as if it was the beginning of their work day. She explains what she is doing, why she is doing it and the benefits of her way of doing things. We absolutely love them!! I drive from McKinney to Garland and will continue to do so because I have found the best nail salon in the DFW. I get the nexgen set, pedicure, massage and whatever else offered :). This was my second time going to this salon. I came in with a picture and asked if they were capable of recreating it, with only a few minor changes. They understood the assignment!! It was my birthday weekend and I decided to step out of my comfort zone of just regular square dip nails. I'm so glad I came to them. I have never received so many compliments. For them to soak off my old nails, clean my cuticles, and put a new dip set with tips and design, AND wax my eyebrows, it only came out to $70. Anywhere else I would've paid at least $140. I LOVE LUXURY NAILS SALON‼ I have been going to them for years. They are very professional with excellent service and very clean. The pedicures, manicures and Nexgen or acrylic nails last up to a month with rarely any breakage or chipping of nails. Please do NOT get Luxury Nails Salon mixed up with a nail salon that also faces George Bush 190 on the Walmart side. I really love the way Katy did my nails! This was the first time coming into this Nail Salon and I do not regret it one bit! They were so quick to sit me down and ask if I wanted something to drink. She was so precise with every coat she did and always made sure that I liked the color and the shape. I was being indecisive on which color and everyone there helped me and was patient with me. I've been a customer at Luxury Nails for many years and have never had a bad experience. Other salons may offer more pedicure choices with scented water, etc, but if you want the best pedicure, then Luxury Nails is your place. Try the Deluxe Spa treatment or any of the others; you won't be disappointed. They charge less than other salons and do an infinitely better job. You'll leave with feet that look fantastic and most important to me, they'll feel fantastic, too. read more

This is the friendliest place ever! I am a regular and am greeted by all the staff every time I enter the salon! The salon is clean and the service is excellent and I have never had a complaint. Everyone is great but I have my regulars, Nikki and Judy. They also have service for tattooed eyebrows and lips which I have had done.
