I have gone to Luxury Nails for over two years - every two weeks to had a manicure and pedicure. I would set up an appointment each time with a specific technician. During this period there were times where I had to wait 5 to 20 minutes in their salon waiting for my appointment to start. I was okay with waiting as I understood they were running behind. However, after the 4th time, I came in less than 5 to 8 minutes late - and they told me I would have to reschedule for another time as they were too busy for me - I decided I had enough. Taking care of good clients who pays over $100 (w/tip) each visit is very important in the service industry. I think they need to honor their appointments and not overbook to accommodate walk-ins and/or booking their clients so close together that they cannot accommodate their faithful good clients. My daughter and her friend had acrylic nails done a couple of days ago. I've never seen a worse job. They look horrible. They didn't realize the girls were together. The staff was talking poorly of my daughter's friend in front of my daughter. Truly unfortunate because I've heard good things about the salon. read more

Worst manicure ever. Immediately started off bad b/c manicurist kept pressuring me to get a gel manicure. I really don't like the "upsell" job at nail places. Nails not filed evenly and jagged edges left. Did not push cuticles back before cuticle trim which I have never seen before. Put polish on BEFORE hand massage and then tried to back step and do a short 1 minute palm massage. No one very friendly here. Been here 1 time before and not overly impressed but this time worse. They were very busy surprisingly given the poor service they provide. Best nail salon I've been to and I go to a lot of them is Iris Nails in Oakdale by the movie theater. read more

WATCH YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AMMOUNTS!! I brought my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time. The bill was $33.00, which I put on my debit card, along with a $7.00 tip. When the charge came through....a $22.00 tip had been added!!!! Shame to you people for defrauding your customers this way!! NOT THE TYPE OF BUSINESS I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I found great reviews on yelp so I gave it a try. I have to say they were absolutely right. Great place to go. I had a pedi and a gel manicure. Both gals did great job. They were super nice. The owners were helpful and very nice. I have never given a yelp review, but I did today because good salons staffed with good people are hard to find. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I feel they are a bit pricey. Pricey or not, I have found my new spot. read more

I have been here a number of times to get my nails done and everytime I have had kind and friendly service. The place looks clean and they use a lot of disposable tools. I have brought a few first timers and they all have had great experiences as well. This last time I went, I had a gift certificate to another place in town and still chose to go here instead. read more

In the past I would give Luxury Nails 5 stars..but the last experience I had was disappointing..Terri one of the owners was very rude and condescending..I wasn't happy with the end result of my nails as they were not finished as I had requested. read more
