Pros are the staff here are friendly and they have nice cars. Cons are it's a small location and for some reason, this entire place smells like cat. From the minute you enter the garage it smells like cat. I drove in today to return a rental, and the smell was so strong it came through the car vents. On the plus side, renting a car during the week is quick and easy. On weekends they get so backed up, i prefer the morris park location on weekends, especially since they are open on Sundays. This location had a dirty bathroom before but it's actually really clean now. I want to give a shout out to Frankelly who helped me get a great vehicle for the pool Day with my family.

He strikes me as a hard-working, caring, high quality professional who really cares about his job and the customers. If he isn't a manager yet, he should be one, climbing higher in the business. I rented the car through USAA. I got the car I wanted, got a great price, no hidden fees, was full of gas when I picked it up, it was a really great experience. Another man helped me later upon returning the car, I don't know his name, but he had a beard. He was also really nice, and you can tell he also really cares about his job and about doing well for the company and the customers.

I explained the same problems I wrote about -- every car reeking of cigarette smoke despite your no-smoking warnings, the hour-long waits even with a reservation, the disorganized operation that doesn't open on time, and especially the last rental where the tire pressure kept dropping and I had to add air eight separate times. I was told a supervisor would call me back to handle it. Nobody called. Not that day. Not the next day. Still nothing. This is the exact same pattern I warned people about. You respond to bad reviews so it looks like you care, but when a customer actually follows your instructions and reaches out, you ghost them. Zero follow-through. Zero accountability. It confirms everything: cheap prices to pull people in, then unsafe cars, unprofessional staff who talk slick instead of acting professional, and now broken promises when you get caught. I'm done. I'll never rent from the Riverdale location again and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away. Go to any other Enterprise (Upper West Side or Midtown) or a competitor and pay a little more. At least they might actually call you back and treat you like a customer instead of a number they're trying to manage online.

This place is putting people's lives at risk.
