Extremely rude receptionist , I called in and was treated very poorly. The receptionist refused to allow me a question to the doctor. She told me that I could speak to the doctor when doctor is free at first But then she insisted that she answered my question I had no idea I had called the psychics office. How does the receptionist know if I had a specific question that was confidential for the doctor or not. I asked to speak to the doctor or get a call back from the doctor or even come in person within 1 minuet of the call. The remaining 9 minuets of my call was me asking the receptionist if I can talk to the doctor and the receptionist saying she answered my question and I don't need to talk to the doctor. I wouldn't take the time to make a review if I wasn't being treated poorly. read more

the doctor, here is unethical...they would not treat my cavities because i would not agree to a deep cleaning ... trying to push un necessary procedure ...i will never go back ... Thank you for getting back to me. However, that is not the case when I asked your office staff to just do the cavities. They denied my request and said I had to have the deep cleaning I've done some research online and there's a lot of controversy about deep cleaning and it's affectiveness,,,,, It is a most cases an unnecessary procedure..... Not only was the entire scheduling/paperwork process easy but everyone in the office is sooo nice. We were in and out in just over an hour and they made my daughter feel so at ease being there. This awesome establishment deserves 5 stars! The staff makes you feel welcome and at home. Doctor Silver is very knowledgeable about each procedure and answers any of your questions while care is provided. So far, I've had tooth fillings, plaque removal, and 2 sets of braces from this facility. After each visit, the staff at the desk gives a quick and detailed teaching on what and what NOT to do after you had your procedure. Ate Jojette and Ate Emma always welcome you with a welcoming smile! Their teeth are perfect and inspire you to get yours done as well LOL! They also gave my family and I a dental hygiene kit including a toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste. The building itself is very clean and professional- looking. And perfect for a family setting, as you have comfortable sofas and cushioned chairs in the lobby. I recommend brushing beforehand just for common courtesy. I've been through many dentists, and I've gotta say, this is the cleanest dentist clinic I've ever been to. The staff is all very friendly and their equipment is all up to date. Dr. Silver is a great dentist, she's very careful when dealing with your teeth. The chair you sit in when they work on your teeth is very comfortable and you can watch netflix at the same time on their TV. Amazing! Everyone here is really attentive and nice. They are keeping the place clean and ask that you use the hand sanitizer before entering. I was really scared of the numbing process but didn't feel it. They do their crowns there so in a couple of hours you are all done. Dr. Chua was very professional, and the entire staff, as well; they're very courteous and prompt; the dental office has a very welcoming aura to it. When it was my turn to be seen by Dr. Chua, when she was cleaning my teeth; I didn't feel the pain I used to experience during teeth cleaning I had from my previous dentists, at all, here. Compared to my previous dentists who I felt like they were butchering my entire mouth! (Hence, my phobia of going to the dentist!); Dr. Chua was very careful and -- I don't know how to explain it, but it was a breeze. Dr. Chua also showed me on a tv monitor, before proceeding, the pics of my teeth that needed treatment--very transparent (one sure sign of how much a person really cares) you would not feel like she's pulling a fast one on you, like what mechanics do to their unsuspecting customers, you know?. She tells you what's up, no sugar-coating it. Other dentists I have seen before never ever have showed me the real condition (proof) of my teeth, they always just tell you--you need this and/or that type of work for your teeth.
