I liked the way she did my nails but she did the gel a little too far from my cuticles, which means I have to redo my nails sooner than I'd like to. May was nice and did all that I asked her, but I noticed that she uses a nail file to remove previous gel, and doesn't use any machinery, additionally, I don't think I remember seeing her use a top coat. I'm on week 2 and the gel is already coming off.. the chipping started a few days after I got the nails done. I wouldn't come back here.

Of course, my mani/pedi came out great. The staff is super friendly, professional, and they all keep smiles on their faces despite how overwhelmingly busy they are. On my visit, a customer came in complaining about how her 12PM appointment time was not met. Well, we all know that hair and nail appointments are never exact due to walk-ins so maybe her time should have been better managed (apparently she had a 1PM hair appointment and a 3PM event in the west side). Despite that, the staff was able to maintain their composure and remained the professionals that they are. Great job, ladies! Lastly, this is not a bad place to take your husband/boyfriend/homie/lover/friend-- lots of men come here! Looking forward to my next visit!

Hilda recently acquired this business and has made major improvements to the salon! Talk about major renovation. Everything is so nice, clean, classy, and, the prices to their services are very reasonable. I love going to this place even though I live 35 miles away because they treat their customers like how they want to be treated. They are like family really. Hilda, Karine, Holly, Cindy are all professionals, and deliver great customer service. They're experts at what they do, and that is to make every customer feel relaxed, clean, princess for a day. When I feel really down, and I go to this place, I immediately feel like I am a million bucks. Not to mention they're very kind people too. I highly recommend this place.

I always had lifting issues with gel x but not with Ruzanna's application. My next appointment, Ruzanna started my builder gel nail journey, and I'm so happy with my nails. Came in for a pedicure like normal! Everyone was very friendly. I requested my regular French tip pedi. I had a very strange experience. I was never asked what shape I wanted my nails, and if I wanted them cut or just filed. I did have two nails that broke and were on the shorter side. Usually when I have shorter nails, we add some acrylic to even them out from breaking. Instead, I ended up with nails being cut even shorter. And then shorter, and shorter, and shorter...it seemed every time she didn't enjoy what she was doing with the polish, she just cut away more nail--and she was cutting with a cuticle clipper. In the end, my nails were extremely uneven and tender. None of them had the same shape, the polish was inconsistent, and the French tip extremely thick. Sadly I can't even go get them fixed somewhere else...some of my nails are sooo short now that the only solution is to let it grow out. I made them look a bit better with some filing (last photo). Unfortunately I loved coming here but won't be coming back now. Too inconsistent between really great and really subpar.

She was definitely very condescending.
