The interior is filled with many Le Labo tester fragrances, Le Labo brand items (candles, hair care, lotions, merch), is nicely decorated, and has a very friendly and helpful staff member. One of the attractive selling features of Le Labo is, that they offer a 20% discount on refills, right on premises. Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I have already reported this case to: My credit card company The Better Business Bureau The appropriate authorities here in California These two companies are working together to scam people. The lines are really long every time I go and need to use it. They should use their speaking or communication devices to let their counterparts know to come to the register. Otherwise, the store is alright. They seem to have things in stock that aren't online, which is good. The return process is streamlined, too.
