This shop in Flatiron is so convenient and I can get my personal bottles in my rotation of the glorious Santal 33 scent refilled every time at 20% discount. Either way, Kpop Nara in Ktown is the closest and most convenient location in NYC. The new location is much bigger, and there is more room/tables by the storefront to trade photocards.

Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable.
