Cirque de Soleil never disappoints! My hat off to the performers. They do an incredible job multiple times a day and don't skip a beat. I loved the revolving stage in this show, you can sit anywhere and enjoy it. It was funny and emotional. I think it's fair to address 1. how hot it was in the tent, not that it would prevent me from attending another show and I really love the tent setting. 2. The bathroom lines during intermission, make sure you go before the show! 3.,The very high food and drink prices, specially for alcohol.

I absolutely love LUZIA by Cirque du Soleil! I have seen many Cirque shows before, including "O" in Vegas, and I really put Luzia up there as one of my favorites! I loved how they incorporated the water features it kinda reminded me of "O," but the intimate seating was so much better. The performers were really talented and funny as well, and I loved the use of the animatronic puppets. It reminded me of "The Lion King" on Broadway. I ended up upgrading my seat to the front row of section 204, and it was totally worth it!

Show was great. Bought my tickets thru fever wish they would have explained the show started at 5 and the vio one hour before. Bio ticket said 5 pm so I thought that accounted for the hour. Seats great show great area for drinks and snacks lovely. Swag bag nice. Service nice and bathrooms great.

Went to see Cirque du Soleil Luzia and it was a great experience. The visuals, costumes, music and water effects were beautiful, and the performers are so talented. Every act kept the audience engaged. Such a fun show! Definitely worth seeing if it's in town.

A big Cirque Du Soleil fan here. I've seen 5-6 of shows of theirs. All were amazing. This one was a…read moredisappointment. Never thought I'd ever give them 1 star. I'd give none if I could. Saw it at Marymoor Park, Kirkland WA. Coms: 1. Story line poorly developed, unclear. So much unlike Cirque Du Soleil 2. Stage design and decorations so unattractive, ugly, just a bunch of boxes 3. Costume design so unattractive, disturbing even, ugly 4. Choreography unattractive, non-existent pretty much 5. Quite boring 6. Too contemporary/new age 7. I paid 200 per ticket for second 200, row O. Tickets are outrageously expensive and totally not worth it. 8. No beauty in the show unlike their other shows Cons: 1. Always admire the acrobatics. These athletes are amazing no matter the design and choreography 2. The 2 entertainers/clowns were very funny and I'd say the only bright thing about the show. 3. Beautiful music I absolutely love Cirque Du Soleil and I'm so disappointed.

Also, the tent is nice, and the rotating stage allows you to have a good view no matter where you are sitting, and everyone in the team is nice and willing to help. The price may be in the high range, but definitely worth it.

As for the seating for a symphony concert, you can hear the music from anywhere except there is a sound gap that starts in the middle of the seats going back but I think improving the sound system can fix that. That is why I rate it adequate and can be improved. I live in Hollywood and am proud that we have a performing arts center which also has a gallery.

Today, during the Saturday World Cup Watch Party, I decided to go to the movie. Now some may say that was the less smart part, but I disagree. Even though I wasn't there to cheer on Colombia, the excitement of the whole scene was palpable. And when I ducked into the cold AC of the theatre, I felt smarter indeed. Today's movie was Tuner, which has a 94 score on Rotten Tomatoes. Dustin Hoffman plays a great supporting role. Suspenseful, emotional, exciting, a but nerve wracking. A popcorn-shoving spectacle to behold.

Passed by last Sunday to see White As Snow. We were a group of at least a dozen Francophiles, seeing as the leader of our Meetup group had spoken to the manager to get us to see this movie. The movie itself was a modern retelling of Snow White with some quirks. The movie was in French and I heavily recommend it. For those who don't speak French, don't worry as there are subtitles. Anyway, the movie theatre itself is small and intimate. I believe there is only one room where they show movies. The bathrooms are adjacent and were quite clean. They have a food stand up front, and on that day, Josh was manning it and running around after us. I'm not too sure how normal the set-up we had was as it seems the movie theatre was closed just for us, but I do have to say I was impressed. They gave us complimentary water and popcorn, and given my tardiness, I was even sought out personally in the dark to make sure I got my goodies. The customer service was superb and they really want to make sure their patrons feel welcome. This seems to be part of a trio of movie theatres that play unique movies in the area (the other two being Gateway Cinema and Savor Cinema). Have to say I'm pleased to have found this out. I just love movies!
