I finally went on Yelp to find someone new, booked a company with great reviews, paid in advance, and only afterward realized it was Wayne's company. I had forgotten the business name because I'd always dealt with him directly by phone. I've always paid whatever he charged and tipped, so this experience was disappointing. After my last two services, there were obvious areas inside the car that hadn't been cleaned, including makeup marks that I was able to wipe off myself in seconds with a damp microfiber towel. My windows were also left hazy, and I was told it was because of the Vegas heat. After being a regular customer for two years, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them anymore. The service has become unreliable and the way my concerns were handled was extremely unprofessional.

Because of this, and the reviews, I thought I was going to get a great wash. I chose the top, (most expensive) wash that was offered, because it looked like it was offering my car the best of the best wash, but after all the soap, suds, wax, and blow dry, my car was still dirty. The best thing about the carwash was the vacuum cleaner. There were many vacuum hoses, suction was very strong, and there were lots of trash cans. Because the bird poop remained on my windshield, and my car was left with a dirty, dull finish, I will not be a return customer.

I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this!
