Been here a few times. Made an appointment to have my hair colored. They did not guarantee exact result (ok) but when they were doing the bleaching, I asked and they told me it was coming good. 3 girls were on this case. Covering the main one mess. Never asked to have my hair lightened. And they applied bleach to half of my hair to adjust the highlights (I was not told). I asked about it and I was told that it was just the effect of the highlights, the girl blow dry my hair and left. The cashier distracted me from the actual result and I was charged double the amount I was told. They left orange and dark spots all around the front hair line. Not coming here again. read more

Lupita did my hair yesterday and all I can say is " I LOVE IT" ! When I walked in I was greeted and was shown around the salon while offered some coffee or tea. They also had some snacks while I waited. And even though I'm not a coffee drinker they had other options. I got a complete color change which I had to double bleacH and my hair has ZERO DAMAGE after my appointment. Honestly I think it's even healthier. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Unfortunately, this time around my experience at this salon was not great. Lupita the hairstylist was inconsiderate and unapologetic after making me wait over an hour to get a haircut while she instead attended another client who had come in an hour after me. During this whole time I was dressed in a salon robe and it got pretty cold in there. She should have communicated with me that I wasn't going to be seen right away, instead of making me change and wait all that time. I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer. My appt was at 2 and she did not honor that. I also don't appreciate people wasting my time. I never got my hair cut and won't be returning to this salon again. read more

This salon is amazing! It's very clean, organized, and professional. I had my hair cut by Lupita and she is just so awesome and friendly. She always has your best interest in mind and uses her professional knowledge to make sure you look the best (which I am very thankful for, or else I would have ruined my hair). Other than the staff, the prices are very affordable compared to the other salons, which cost an arm and a leg for simple things. I needed a root job badly because my grays were showing. I called my usual stylist but she wasn't available so took a chance on this salon. Lupita was great! She didn't try to up sell me her products, instead she suggested how I can better use the ones I currently have and if they work to continue them or try the ones she suggest. She didn't discourage me from getting my hair straighting done by someone else I have an appointment with next week (ddiffernt person then my stylist) but said if I wasn't happy in a few months to go see her for a Brazilian blowout. She said she does them often. I also thought I should have her trim my hair and layers but she said no I should wait till my straightening nextt week and maybe they'll do it then. All these services she could of profited from but instead thought of my benefit first. So final and most important part... she did a great job on matching my roots to my hair and blended it well!! I will absolutely go back to her for touch-ups or any dye job, a cut and possibly a Brazilian blowout. She is my new to-go too now! Oh let me mention that for the FIRST time ever, I didn't have to re-do any part of my hair after she styled it. You know how many times I've had to go home and touch it up?!?!
