The first time I came here, I was extremely impressed with not only the service and quality of acrylic set I got but also with how beautiful the salon is. Because of this, I was excited and had thought I had found my forever nail salon. For reference, the manicurist I had the first time was Brian. The set lasted well over the time I expected, so when it started to grow out past my liking I went in on my birthday with my boyfriend to get a new set. Unfortunately, this set was broken within 2 days of getting them on. I wasn't too annoyed, mostly just frustrated. I went in, and they were able to fix it for no cost which I appreciated. However, a week from the day I had initially gotten the set on, another nail broke. Considering how much getting in acrylic set costs, I was extremely annoyed and very angry that this happened. I feel I wasted my money and my time. I will not be returning. Another thing to note is that when I went to get the one nail fixed, the girl who did it whose name I did not catch very rudely suggested that I should get my eyebrows done because they looked bad. I understand that these sorts of businesses thrive on upselling, but insulting customers is no way to go about doing that. Went in for a last minute pedicure and to get the dip on my nails redone. I wasn't sure they would take walk-ins, but as soon as I came in, they starting setting up a chair for me that was ready in a couple of minutes. My technician for my pedicure was John, and I absolutely ADORED him. Besides doing an absolutely fantastic job, he was so kind and funny. Poor service, unfriendly and non attentive staff. The person who did mine was rough and kept looking around the salon not paying any attention to what she was doing. I paid for the upgraded pedicure and received half the service. It was suppose to be 45-50 min, but only lasted 20. Will not be going back. read more

I am a person on my feet several hours a day and look forward to getting pedicures as a form of getting pampered and relaxation what I received from this salon was nothing close to being pampered or relaxing the lady that did my pedicure could not finish fast enough what was supposed to be an hour pedicure was less than 40 min no work done on my feet as far as attention to calluses very little filing and zero messaging don't know if she spoke any English was not concerned with what I asked her to do with the polish I chose I will never return to this salon this is the second time I have been unhappy never left a review before but couldn't let go for how I was not happy with the service I received do not recommend for pedicure read more

Took my teenage daughter here to get her nails done. The tech was extremely rude to her the entire time. Snapping at her and jerking on her hands. He seemed extremely annoyed to be working on her. We paid the same price as an adult so I'm not sure why we got all the nasty attitude. The nails looked terrible and began popping off within a few days. LV Nail Spa on Stuart: Poor customer service/front desk management. I went in for a pedi yesterday about 1:10 and left at 1:50 w/out the pedi. The lady next to me had a 1:00 appointment and she left at 1:45. Yikes! Later Someone sent me an apology text asking me to call back to 'make things right' so I called this morning and was told someone would return my call in 10 - 20 minutes Still haven't heard back. Not the best visit today. The girl that did my mani/pedi didn't do what I asked, did a terrible job painting my nails (only color in the middles and not the entire nail), terrible "massage", retrieved a tool out of the TRASH, rinsed it off in the sink and then used it on me . At first she set it aside and I forgot about it. Then I looked down later and noticed she was using it. I had also requested that my pedicure and manicure be done at the same time because I needed to be out of there quickly and that did not happen. At first she did my pedicure and then followed with the manicure which put me out way later than I anticipated. Overall it was very disappointing. read more

I received a gift card to L.V. for Mother's Day to get my nails done from a friend and finally had time to use it so decided to take my daughter with me. I scheduled us for Nail polish without manicure for nails and toes for myself, and Princess Toes and Nail Polish for my daughter. When we got there, they had is set up for pedicures with the water and when I explained what we wanted instead, their demeanor changed. My daughter's nail tech did a great job. My nail tech rushed through painting my nails, asked me to pay before painting (which I don't know if it's standard..but that's not happened before) not a big deal but I paid with a gift card and it had $75 and our total was $58. They said I had to tip in cash (not sure why I couldn't use the gift card balance of $17 to tip, also don't know if this is typical). After they finished painting they didn't say anything and started doing someone else's nails, told me from across the room to wait ten minutes then when they passed they said ok you're done , you can go and so my daughter and I took out the foam toe separators and walked out to go get a tip. I asked if they had an atm and she told me I could drive to King Soopers. Not a big deal but still not sure why I couldn't use my gift card or a credit card. We dropped off the tip, I let the other nail tech know there was still previous polish on my toes and on my skin and my fingers were already chipped. He offered to fix them but I said no. This was supposed to be a special experience for my daughter and I but it was ruined at that point and I just wanted to be done. I'm a single mom who works hard and wanted to have special time with my girl. Very sad. The lady that helped us up front was extremely nice forever and checked in on us. read more

As an individual with a disability I came into this establishment in September 7th, and was given the poorest service in my life from any nail salon. When the technicians actually chose to speak to me in English, they spoke to me very condescendingly just because I am in a wheelchair. They also chose to call over other technicians to point and laugh at my hands, that struggle with spasms and contracture. It was very belittling, shameful and disgusting. So much so, that I will make sure to NEVER return to this salon, nor recommend it to anyone EVER. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. Period. read more

That was a pretty bad experience! what was supposed to be a nice Mother--Daughter turned into a not so pleasant time. First, we were rushed to pick a color, I think they all do that but even when it took us a minute, one of the guys seemed annoyed. During the entire time these people seemed mad even when we hadn't said a word! when we go to pay they had charged us more, when I said that the price from the website was different, the girl got mad at me. The manager came to apologize saying the girl didn't understand English, and that the website hadn't been updated! the body language during the entire experience was far from friendly. When getting my nails removed they wore pried off with a fake nail so aggressively that two of my actual nails ripped and started bleeding. This was simply ignored and I had to ask to go wash the blood off because nothing was done to stop the bleeding. Once I got back, my seat had been taken by a new customer and I was asked to wait about 15 mins for someone else to come finish my nails. I ultimately had to leave with my nails half done because I had another appointment and this took significantly longer than usual and expected. Very upsetting. read more

Wow...what an interesting experience... I called two hours prior and made appointment for 130 for two people. We show up and say that we are here for our appointment and they just star at us. Finally they ask us to sit down and we wait for 30 more minutes. I walked up to the front to kindly ask how much longer it would take, since our appointment was initially 30 minutes prior. the lady at the desk, looked at me funny and finally went back and asked her coworkers something about it. She finally looked at me and told me to sit down and someone will be with me. I waited another 10 minutes before he came up, and my technician started on my nails. He was very aggressive and treated me very unprofessionally. After I was finished my friend who also had had an appointment just wanted to get her nails shortened. I went there for my prom nails and I chose something very simple they where just red french tip acrylics. The lady that was doing my nails accidentally cut me but didn't tell me and I didn't find out till I saw blood on her hands. She never told me or cleaned her hands or the cut she just continued to file. I have got my nails done before and understand sometimes you might get nicked but they have always told me to wash my hands or used something to clean it. I am lucky I didn't get a infection. She also didn't paint the corners of my nails and it was about $80. I have called the store three times and each time they say they will call me back the next day but almost 5 weeks later I still have never heard back. Jessie is wonderful. She gave me a pedicure. However when I went to Amy for my nails, she did a good job, however never looked at me once and spoke to others around her in Vietnamese very loudly. She would continue to talk while gesturing me to change hands etc. it was very rude and not peaceful at all. I told her kindly at the end and she said sorry, and then laughed at me when I left. I cannot express how much these people are miracle workers!! I got my nails done at Venus Nails Spa and the lady rushed and it looked a mess for a high price. I went to LV Nail since I couldn't get an appointment with Venus until Monday. As I walked in, I told them what had happened asked that if I could see them since my nails were in pain. I didn't have an appointment so I knew I wouldn't be able to get in immediately but they sat me down and took them off immediately! I was so relieved and relaxed here. I had a wonderful gentleman who did my new set with the dips I wanted and he was very gentle with my already raw nails from Venus. He didn't charge me for the nail removal so I left him a huge tip to express my gratitude. Anyone who loves to pamper themselves, please go to LV Nail Spa first! Despite the bad reviews, I should have come here first instead of Venus. Keep up the great work and I'll be back in a month for my Christmas nails! read more

The owner is wonderful, but the staff on the other hand no so much. I picked a color and the pedicure was very nice. But as I went to leave the paint smudged as soon as I walked out the door. The tech then blamed me for the smudging after sitting there for 25 minutes. She fixed the nail that smudged and then after another 25 minutes (they recommend 10 minutes to dry) the nail smudged again. I was continued to be blamed for the polish failing. The owner happily said to pick another polish and told the tech to throw away the first one. Three attempts later and we have a full, matching, perfect polish. Shame on the staff. read more

Horrible experience. Even though I had an appointment and arrived early, they wouldn't give me time to choose a color so ended up with what was near me. The person who did my pedicure was rude and barked at me. The receptionist yells when there is a new customer and it completely ruined the mood. Wanted a nice relax king experience instead they tag teamed me with the pedicure and manicure. I felt like I was part of a herd of cattle. Honestly, I was really impressed the first couple months I went. My medium length acrylic nails held up pretty well. BUT I got a new set about 3 weeks ago and one of them broke. Okay, no big deal they fixed it for free, I tipped them, I went on my way. I got a fill a week ago and my fourth nail has broken right at the tip and idk when they break it doesn't hurt. When I went in to get the last two fixed (at the same time) I asked if they could help me redo my set because they were too flat/thin and I work as server I can't have them breaking at work. ESPECIALLY as a waitress and I can't feel when they're falling off?!?! If I wanted pain free pop-off nails I would of spent $10 at Walmart, not $45. They told me I didn't know what I was talking about. They said my nails were too old that's why they were breaking. When they fixed my thumb it's even flatter that when it broke. So I don't have a pinky nail and am going to find a new nail salon. Just to add: I had one experience a couple months ago that none of my nails were even or the same coffin shape on either hand. I asked her to fix them then and there and she just made it worse, but on the way to a funeral in Arizona I was going to I filed them down the best I could. read more

I went to try this place out for the first time since they had just opened. I got a dip manicure on my natural nails and four days later they started cracking, and they fell off right at the week mark. Do not recommend for dip- he used gel topcoat that started rubbing off two days after I went. The staff was friendly but I do not recommend the dip service here. read more
