We got there about 7:30pm and walked in to the front desk, the guy at the desk was very helpful. We had to pay $75 to extend our check out to 3pm. Then we proceeded to our room to find that we were put into a room that had twin beds and we had paid for a deluxe king room, so we had to go back downstairs to inform the front desk attendant. That was the first issue, then came the others the first call to our room at 11pm to ask about the correct spelling of my boyfriend's name after he had to produce his ID when we got there, they came to our room knocking on the door inference to the check out time again, later on same thing this time trying to enter the room....smh plus we got another phone call from the front desk. We were becoming annoyed by the intrusion, I have never experienced that at any hotel before. When we were actually ready to leave here came the other issue, the guy at the front desk wanted us to pay $75 again claiming it never went through even though I used my debit card. Then my boyfriend had to pay a $100 deposit for the room which he did the night before in cash was told that he would be reimbursed upon us leaving, well when that time came the morning attendant had to call the night attendant to verify so we had to wait at least 10mins. While we waited they charged my boyfriend's card the $75 late check out fee again.....smh!!! This hotel leaves much room for improvement with the communication between staff. It has been a month since I've stayed a the hotel. There was a leak in the floor and when I spoke with the front desk I was told no other rooms were available. My belongings were wet and there was a terrible order caused by the leak. I've contacted the general manager, Vivian, who informed me that I'd get a partial refund and have yet to receive it. I contacted Expedia and unfortunately was told they don't issue the refund, so I'd have to call the hotel. It's been a month with no resolution. DO NOT STAY HERE. Do not stay here. My husband and younger son arrived at this hotel around midnight after their flight was delayed, only to be told that the hotel would not honor their confirmed and prepaid Hotels.com reservation. The front desk initially claimed that the hotel did not have a contract with Hotels.com and asked my husband to pay for a room despite the fact that the reservation had already been paid for. After nearly an hour of confusion and back-and-forth, the hotel then stated that it did not actually have any rooms available. With no assistance from the hotel, my husband and son were forced to find alternative accommodations on their own in the middle of the night. The entire ordeal took about an hour to resolve, and they ultimately did not arrive at their replacement hotel until approximately 2:00 a.m. The situation resulted in additional hotel and transportation expenses, as well as significant stress and inconvenience after a long day of travel. Most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability or assistance from the hotel. They offered no meaningful help in securing alternate lodging and left my family to deal with the consequences of their failure to honor a confirmed reservation. While I cannot comment on the rooms because my family was never given the opportunity to stay there, I can say that the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. The booking process is a joke. When you first book the room you're quoted one price but the day of arrival the price will be hundreds of dollars more. The front desk will say you booked something completely different so be prepared to dispute charges. After reading the reviews I see that just as I expected it's the hotel's fault. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I made a reservation on January 24th directly through their website, provided my credit card information, and received a confirmation email along with reservation updates. When I arrived to check in on Valentine's Day, the front desk informed me that they could not find my reservation because they had recently updated their system. That explanation made little sense, as reservation data should be migrated during a system update. I was then told that since they had not received payment, my reservation would not be honored. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially on such an important day. The lack of accountability and poor communication reflect very unprofessional customer service. I didn't get to actually STAY in this hotel, but the lack of professionalism is insane. I had an issue with my booking and I called the hotel because OBVIOUSLY and this hotel would purposely answer and immediately HANG UP! Seriously? So it would be this game of calling and getting hung up on, on the first ring. Whoever is in charge of those front desk workers need to seriously re-train them on customer service skills or just fire them because it's ridiculous to try to call a hotel THAT YOU BOOKED and NEED HELP RESOLVING AN ISSUE to just be purposely ignored. 1) The location is kinda inconvenient, only one 7-11 2 mins away by walking, no other restaurants and shops nearby. However, there is a laundry store downstairs. Ok for people who rent a car, I guess. 2) The hotel is very new! Bed and pillow are comfortable. Shower, toilet are new and decent. There are small fridge and safe in the room. 3) The housekeeping staff didn't do a good job. There switches near the room door to show "don't disturb" or "please clean up the room" but even I put "please clean up the room" they still didn't do the housekeeping. Also, my body shampoo was empty when I first checked in and the aisle carpet was dirty. 4) Some staffs are rude and not properly trained. I was waiting for elevator with one cleaning lady and when the elevator door open she just pulled her working cart into the elevator, I asked her can I fit in (there is no other people in the elevator), she just ignored me and closed the door right away. read more

Front desk are great, attentive and easily resolve any problems that may come up with your stay. They send people up right away. They have coffee and pastries in the morning. So no continental breakfast but coffee and pastries are just as nice The A/C / heating unit can get a little confusing to know how to use. The rooms are clean and have a modern aesthetic. They really made the best use of the space they have. The facility is seems to be energy efficient.. Great light placements and they provide slippers for you too. The bathroom/shower has a frosted glass door which leads to a toilet. Then you have the shower door. The shower is spacious but the toilet portion is a bit small. So it'll be a squeeze when getting out of the shower. Thankfully though the shower door can open inwards so i recommend doing that instead. Overall clean, affordable, and comfortable. 5/5 stay. read more

Absolutely DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL. They don't charge your card until a few hours before you're scheduled to check in. If you are traveling cross country and your card assumes fraud and denies your payment they will cancel and give your reservation to someone else. They will say they tried to call you, but I would assume a large amount of customers are literally flying in an airplane when they try and call you mere hours before you're scheduled to check in. 7/14/25 Update: spoke with the manager Vivian Marie. I was hopeful to be able to resolve but instead she was argumentative and made excuses and gaslit me. She basically said they would not offer a refund because I left an honest review regarding my actual experience. Highly do not advise staying here if you want to be treated with respect or dignity. Update in response to manager (7/14) I did communicate my concerns about being hung up on, issues with housekeeping, and the rude service during my stay via phone, and check out and was not offered anything. I've traveled all over the world and should not have these issues in the first place. Also, there is no policy (please show me where) in which a specific communication protocol is required for reimbursement, this seems like an arbitrary rule. I've also not waited a year to follow up as I've been trying to resolve this for 8 months since my stay (clearly the history of this review shows that). It's never ok to gaslight someone when they report harm and I hope your team can learn to treat everyone fairly and with dignity and respect which was not my experience despite being a kind, quiet and considerate guest, I was treated differently- it is clear I experienced multiple events during my stay that impacted my experience that other guests have not had to experience (as recent as this month), when I was again hung up on by Nudrat for no reason. That is a fact and I have more than enough evidence to demonstrate this. I'd recommend leadership training as I'm a board approved supervisor and manager at work and it's never acceptable to argue with a respectful customer. Also, to clarify the manager only offered 20% refund to remove my review and then refused if I would not. Also, review keeps "disappearing". I spent a few days here and I really enjoyed this place. This is a new hotel located in a residential/industrial neighborhood in Collage Point. The rooms are a good size with comfortable bed. The bathroom is a little bit small. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is parking. The Q25 stops right outside of the hotel with will take you to downtown Flushing. From there you can you can take the 7 line to Citi Field, US Open and the Manhattan. There's also a LIRR stop in Flushing. I would recommend this hotel. read more

The room it's self was pretty ok. The staff was horrible. I asked for the room to be cleaned two days in a row. It never happened. All the front desk said ill tell the manager who is in another country? Are you serious. They were so unconcerned. I had to ask for extra towels as well. The carpet in the elevator needs to be cleaned ad well.. it seemed like the housekeeping staff doesn't do well and no one manages them. Tables in the lobby are dirty as well. I will not stay here again. There are nicer hotels in the area. This hotel is newer but they got to get rid of the kinks . They need a new front desk staff and management who truly manages their staff. read more

I don't really have a lot of negative things to say about this place other than the air conditioning and lights in the room. Being as it's the middle of July and 93°, BRING A FAN. we went and bought one just down the road at target and we were just fine. All of the lights are in the bathroom area and the ones beside the bed do not give enough to do what you need if you're visionally inclined like myself XD. Otherwise, staff were so helpful and sweet, it's in a fairly central location, and the vibe is very futuristic! It was clean and smelled so nice. Would stay here again!! read more

The staff was very kind and patient. The hotel in general was very clean and smelled quite good. One family member got food poisoning on the trip and the staff was very kind and cleaned the room free of charge. Which was very kind. Getting to the hotel was not easy, you either have to take an Uber from the airport to the hotel or a bus, and the closest bus stop was 15-20 mins away; at least that's what our maps told us. Uber does pick up/ drop off directly at the hotel which was very nice! They are a brand new hotel, which isn't terrible. Just had construction work everywhere. My family had to get the queen bed and two full size bed room. I will say the beds are very,very comfortable, and the pillows are soft, yet supportive, but the lay-out of the room was weird. The bathrooms are very tiny and the toilet seats seemed magnetized to the stool. They also have the strangest doors for the bathroom. When using the toilet or shower we could see through bathroom doors. You can literally see the person in the toilet or undressing for the shower through the bathroom door! So, if we had to use the toilet we just went down to lobby toilets. We would then change in the shower or in the queen bed room, so there was a little privacy for everyone! The price was also amazing! Looking anything around the actual city of New York was way too expensive. But they were great for four people! Highly recommend this place! read more

The rooms are very modern but also have no closets or cabinet space for your clothes. I have also found that the rooms are very noisy during vehemently evening hours and on one occasion the fire alarm went off around 2:00 AM because a guest was having an argument with a roommate and the staff did not know how to turn it off and had to wait for the fire department to turn it off and no compensation was offered to the guests because of the inconvenience. The rooms are clean but the hallways i have found to be dirty and the parking is spotty as it seems spots are being taken by the locals. ThThe hotel itself is not in the best location to really anything you may want to see in NYC as you will need to take at least one bus or train to where ever you may want to go. Cancelation policy is 48 hours even if your stuck in a State of emergency as I was with a hurricane canceling my flights, I had canceled about 30 hours before and was charged 50%, this to me is poor for customer relations. The hotel is fairly new and has really no amenities such as a pool, gym or restaurant. read more
